天津市全民健身公共服务运行机制发展对策研究

【摘要】：我国的生产力水平在不断提高,相应产生的社会财富也在不断上升,城市中居民实际获取的劳动报酬也就相应的增加,体现在消费能力和生活质量上相应的指标也就呈现出不断上升的态势,在衣食住行各个领域都得到了很大的改变。在这种情况下,人们对于健身服务的需求也在不断增加,但是,从目前的基本情况来看,国内的全民建设基础设施还不够健全,地区分布不均匀,而且缺乏科学合理的全民健身服务构架体系,这使得国内的全民健身事业在进行发展的过程当中面临着巨大的困难和阻碍。因此,为了更好的解决这些问题,需要对于现有的全民健身服务体系进行进一步的改进和完善,不断促进全面健身事业的全民发展和进步,进而全面促进和实现社会的健康稳定发展。对于问题进行研究和分析的过程当中,围绕着天津市全民健身公共服务的供给方式,供给主体,以及其运行中的模式等进行研究分析,对于其基本内容实施全面的调查和分析,并且借助于文献资料法、比较法以及逻辑演绎法对于当地的全民健身体系实施分析,分析天津市全民健身服务体系运行机制存在的问题,针对问题产生的原因来制定天津市全民健身公共性服务有效运行机制的发展对策。对于其基本情况进行深入细致的分析,使得国内的全民健身公共服务体系获得全面的改进和完善。

The comparative method and logical deduction analysis of the local national fitness system, analysis of Tianjin National Fitness Service system operating mechanism problems. In the light of the causes of the problems to formulate the effective operation mechanism of Tianjin National Fitness public service development countermeasures. For its basic situation of in-depth and detailed analysis. Make the national fitness public service system to get comprehensive improvement and improvement.
