广场舞锻炼对农村妇女身体自尊与主观幸福感的影响

【摘要】:20世纪90年代,广场舞开始在城市盛行并且丰富了城市居民的生活。国家大力发展农村经济,加快向城镇化建设的步伐,农业的机械化普及,农民的休闲时间也大大增加,广场舞就这样由城市传入了农村。另外政府也特别支持广场舞在农村的发展,颁布了《全民健身指导纲要》和《全民健身计划条例》等文件,由此广场舞运动在农村得到了广泛开展,成为农村居民日常健身的首选项目之一。虽然广场舞在农村的发展速度较快,但相关的研究还很欠缺,目前为止针对农村妇女这个特殊群体参与广场舞锻炼研究的文章非常有限。本研究选取山东省济南市济阳县庙廊曹家村40名农村妇女为调查对象,以广场舞锻炼作为干预手段,分别在实验前、实验中、实验后对实验组与控制组发放徐霞等(2001)改编的身体自尊量表(PSPP)及段建华(1996)改编的总体幸福感量表(GWB),通过8周32个学时的广场舞锻炼,研究广场舞锻炼对农村妇女身体自尊及主观幸福感有何影响。全部数据采用SPSS.22进行数理统计分析,得出以下结论:1、经过4周的广场舞锻炼,实验组与控制组身体自尊方面无显著性差异,但身体素质这个维度已经开始有显著变化;主观幸福感6个因子通过独立样本T检验后P0.05,说明两组被试的主观幸福感水平并不存在显著差异。除精力这个因子以外,其他各项因子的分值上,实验组均高于控制组。2、通过8周实验,农村妇女经过广场舞的锻炼,实验组与控制组身体自尊方面身体自我价值感与身体状况两个维度P0.05,不具有显著性差异。运动能力、身体吸引力和身体素质三个维度P0.01,说明差异非常显著;主观幸福感方面对健康的担心、忧郁或愉快的心境、松弛和紧张三维度有变化,变化不是很显著,在对生活的满足和兴趣、精力与对情感和行为的控制三个维度P0.01,有非常显著性差异。3.经过8周的广场舞锻炼后,农村妇女身体自尊与主观幸福感各维度水平与实验前相比均有显著性差异,尤其以身体自尊的运动能力、身体吸引力和身体素质三个维度差异非常显著;主观幸福感方面对生活的满足和兴趣、精力和对情感和行为的控制三个维度差异非常显著。说明广场舞的锻炼可以有效地提高农村妇女的身体自尊与主观幸福感水平。
[Abstract]:In 1990s, the square dance began to prevail in the city and enriched the life of the city residents. The state vigorously developed the rural economy, quickened the pace of urbanization, the mechanization of agriculture became popular, and the leisure time of the peasants increased greatly. In addition, the government especially supported the development of the square dance in rural areas, and promulgated documents such as the guidelines for National Fitness and the regulations on the National Fitness Plan. As a result, square dance has been widely carried out in rural areas and has become one of the first choice items for rural residents' daily fitness. Although square dance is developing rapidly in rural areas, the relevant research is still lacking. So far, the research on the participation of rural women as a special group in square dance exercise is very limited. In this study, 40 rural women in Miaolang Caojia Village, Jinan City, Shandong Province, were selected as the subjects, and the square dance exercise was taken as the intervention method. Before and after the experiment, the body self-esteem scale (PSPP) and the general well-being scale (GWBX), which were adapted from the experimental group and the control group, which were distributed by Xu Xia et al. 2001) and Duan Jianhua (1996), were trained by 32 hours of square dancing in 8 weeks. To study the effect of square dance exercise on rural women's physical self-esteem and subjective well-being. All the data were analyzed by SPSS.22, and the following conclusions were drawn: 1, after 4 weeks of square dance exercise, There was no significant difference in physical self-esteem between the experimental group and the control group, but the dimension of physical fitness had begun to change significantly. Six factors of subjective well-being were tested by independent sample T (P0.05), indicating that there was no significant difference in the level of subjective well-being between the two groups. The two dimensions of physical self-worth and physical condition of the experimental group and control group were P0.05. there was no significant difference in exercise ability between the experimental group and the control group, after 8 weeks of experiment, the rural women were trained by square dancing, and the two dimensions of physical self-worth and physical condition in the experimental group and the control group were not significantly different. The three dimensions of physical attractiveness and physical fitness (P0.01) indicate that the difference is very significant; the difference in subjective well-being concerns about health, melancholy or pleasant mood, relaxation and tension changes in three dimensions, but the change is not very significant. There were significant differences in three dimensions (P0.01) of satisfaction and interest in life, energy and control of emotion and behavior. After 8 weeks of square dance exercise, There were significant differences between the three dimensions of physical self-esteem and subjective well-being in rural women, especially in the three dimensions of physical self-esteem, physical attractiveness and physical fitness. The difference of satisfaction and interest in life, energy and control of emotion and behavior in subjective well-being is very significant, which indicates that the exercise of square dance can effectively improve the level of physical self-esteem and subjective well-being of rural women.
