重庆市青少年田径后备人才资源流向与影响因素分析

【摘要】：青少年田径后备人才是我国田径运动的发展根基,田径后备人才的流向情况关系到其自身的可持续发展。我国在田径运动发展相对落后的状况下,应特别注重田径后备人才资源的培养工作,这项工作的重视程度是权衡我国田径运动发展成熟的重要标志之一。本文通过检索和查阅国内外关于青少年田径后备人才资源流向的相关研究表明:目前国内外关于青少年田径后备人才的技术水平、发展现状、培养模式等方面的研究较多,关于田径后备人才资源流向的研究较少,且研究较为单一、片面,缺乏有效调查数据的“量化”支撑,而青少年田径后备人才资源流向问题作为田径后备人才培养过程的重要组成环节,并且是社会、学校、家庭和后备人才本身都十分关注的问题,非常有必要通过具体的调查数据对青少年田径后备人才资源流向选择与影响因素相关方面的论述进行分析。本研究以重庆市国家级体育传统项目学校、重庆市体育传统项目学校、重庆市运动技术学校、普通中学等15所在训的青少年田径后备人才为研究对象,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、以及数理统计法对重庆市青少年田径后备人才资源的流向意愿选择及影响因素进行分析,研究表明:1.重庆市在训的青少年田径后备人才多数都对自身的流向意愿做好了选择,只有少数运动员在选择时还没有考虑,在已做好选择的后备人才中,选择意愿为进入高校运动队、进入专业队和从事体育相关工作的比例相差不大,选择进入高校运动队的比例要高一些,选择进入专业队的比例要低一些,选择意愿与以往实际流向存在差异;2.青少年田径后备人才的不同背景如运动员的性别、年龄段、运动等级、学校所在地、运动项目、参训年限、参训原因、未来规划等与他们的流向选择存在差异;3.通过运用SPSS23.0统计软件和探索性因素分析得出,重庆市青少年田径后备人才资源流向的影响因子有学校引导因子、家庭环境因子、社会评价因子、自身内向因子,各因子对重庆市青少年田径后备人才资源流向影响程度和贡献水平不同,且各因子中不同维度的负荷量得分不同。针对重庆市青少年田径后备人才资源流向的影响因素,本研究给出以下几点建议:1培养单位为在训队伍提供优惠政策,提高教练员素质;2加强田径运动的社会宣传和引导,促进田径运动“四化”发展;3利用教育资源,提高文化成绩,解决“学训”矛盾;4提高个人专项技术水平,增加自身选择途径;5落实重庆市田径体制改革,完善青少年田径后备人才的培养机制。
[Abstract]:The youth track and field reserve talent is the development foundation of our country track and field sports, the track and field reserve talented person's flow situation relates to its own sustainable development. Special attention should be paid to the training of reserve talents in track and field. The importance of this work is one of the important indicators to weigh the maturity of track and field sports development in China. Through the retrieval and reference of domestic and foreign research on the direction of youth track and field reserve talent resources, it is shown that: at present, domestic and foreign research shows that:. Regarding the technical level of young track and field reserve talents, There are a lot of researches on the current situation of development, training mode and so on. The research on the direction of track and field reserve talent resources is less, and the research is single and one-sided, which lacks the support of "quantification" of effective investigation data. As an important part of the track and field reserve talent training process, the problem of youth track and field reserve talent resource flow is also a problem that society, schools, families and reserve talents themselves pay close attention to. It is very necessary to analyze the direction of youth track and field reserve talent resource selection and related factors through the specific investigation data. As the research object, the 15 young track and field reserve talents of Chongqing Sports traditional event School, Chongqing Sports Technology School, General Middle School, etc., are studied by using the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, etc. As well as the mathematical statistics method to Chongqing youth track and field reserve talent resources flow direction choice and the influence factor carries on the analysis, the research indicated that the Chongqing youth track and field reserve talent in training in the youth all made the choice to own direction will. Only a few athletes have not considered when they choose. Among the reserve talents who have made a good choice, the proportion of those who choose to enter the college sports team and enter the professional team and engage in sports related work is not much different. The proportion of sports teams in colleges and universities is higher, the proportion of professional teams is lower, the choice willingness is different from the actual direction of the past 2.The different backgrounds of young track and field reserve talents, such as the athletes' gender, age, etc. There are differences between sports grade, school location, sports events, training years, training reasons, future planning and their choice of direction of movement. 3. Through the use of SPSS23.0 statistical software and exploratory factor analysis, The factors influencing the flow of reserve talent resources of track and field in Chongqing include school guidance factor, family environment factor, social evaluation factor, self introversion factor, etc. The influence degree and contribution level of each factor on the flow of youth track and field reserve talent resources in Chongqing are different, and the load scores of different dimensions of each factor are different. The following suggestions are given in this study: the following suggestions should be made: 1. To provide preferential policies for the training team, to improve the quality of coaches and to strengthen the social propaganda and guidance of track and field sports, and to promote the development of the "four modernizations" in track and field sports and the utilization of educational resources. To improve the cultural achievement, to solve the contradiction of "learning and training" and to raise the level of individual special skills, to increase the way of choosing one's own way to carry out the reform of track and field system in Chongqing, and to perfect the training mechanism of reserve talents in track and field for young people.
