南京高职类院校学生课外体育锻炼的现状与分析

【摘要】:大学生是建设祖国未来的希望,他们具备良好的体质健康水平是为国家工作50年的重要保证。高校课外体育作为高校体育的重要组成部分,是高校体育教学的延伸和拓展,是大学生树立终身体育思想和形成良好锻炼习惯的重要途径。因此,研究高校大学生课外体育现状并进而有效的开展课外体育锻炼具有十分重要的现实意义。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、观察调查法、访谈调查法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法,对南京八所高职类院校,共发放问卷900份,并对问卷调查的数据进行统计处理,对南京高职类院校在校大学生的体育锻炼情况进行分析研究,找出影响大学生参加体育锻炼的积极和消极因素。通过研究得出以下结论:1.南京高职院校学生对运动技能有一定的掌握,对体育锻炼基本常识有一定认知,但仍需加强。2.现有的体育教学模式仍然存在一定的弊端,在对学生进行体育教学的过程中,应该强调课内课外一体化,突出课外体育的作用。3.从整体上看,高职院校的学生参加课外体育锻炼态度比较积极,对体育运动的认识持主观、肯定的态度。4.就参加课外体育锻炼的频度和持续时间来看,男生和女生存在明显差异,男生的体育锻炼习惯要好于女生,整体情况都不太理想。5.课外体育锻炼的场地选择,反映出学生的消费观念正在发生着变化,应加强引导“花钱买健康”的体育消费观念。6.影响南京高职院校学生参加课外体育锻炼的因素是多方面的,主要因素有:没有充足的场地设施、学习压力大没有时间和缺少锻炼知识等,学校良好的体育氛围是促进学生进行课外体育锻炼最重要的因素。文章针对南京高职类院校存在的问题,提出了以下对策:建立健全的南京高职院校课外体育锻炼目标体系;培养学生体育锻炼的自觉性;强化体育理论课的教学比重;发挥体育教师课外体育锻炼中的指导作用;完善课外体育场地设施;建立多种课外体育锻炼模式;促进体育锻炼意识的形成与发展。
[Abstract]:College students are the hope of building the future of the motherland, and their good physical health level is an important guarantee for working for the country for 50 years. As an important part of college physical education, extracurricular sports is an extension and expansion of physical education teaching in colleges and universities. It is an important way for college students to set up lifelong physical education thought and form good exercise habits. It is of great practical significance to study the present situation of college students' extracurricular physical education and to carry out extracurricular physical exercise effectively. This paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, observation and investigation, interview and investigation. Through logical analysis and mathematical statistics, 900 questionnaires were sent out to eight vocational colleges in Nanjing, and the data of the questionnaire were statistically processed, and the physical exercise of college students in Nanjing higher vocational colleges was analyzed and studied. To find out the positive and negative factors that affect college students' participation in physical exercise. 1. The students in Nanjing higher vocational college have a certain grasp of sports skills and have a certain understanding of the basic knowledge of physical exercise. However, there are still some drawbacks in the existing physical education teaching mode. In the process of teaching physical education to students, we should emphasize the integration of extracurricular and extracurricular activities, and emphasize the function of extracurricular sports. The attitude of students in higher vocational colleges to take part in extracurricular physical exercise is more positive, the cognition of sports is subjective and positive. 4. In terms of the frequency and duration of extracurricular physical exercise, there are obvious differences between boys and girls. Boys' physical exercise habits are better than girls', and the overall situation is not ideal. 5. the choice of venues for extracurricular physical exercise reflects that students' consumption concept is changing. The sports consumption concept of "spending money to buy health" should be strengthened. 6. There are many factors that affect the students' participation in extracurricular physical exercise in Nanjing higher vocational college, the main factors are: there are not enough facilities, There is no time to study and lack of exercise knowledge. The good sports atmosphere is the most important factor to promote students' extracurricular physical exercise. This paper aims at the problems existing in Nanjing higher vocational colleges. The following countermeasures are put forward: establishing a sound objective system of extracurricular physical exercise in Nanjing higher vocational colleges; cultivating students' consciousness of physical exercise; strengthening the teaching proportion of physical education theory course; giving full play to the guiding role of physical education teachers in extracurricular physical exercise; Improve the extracurricular sports facilities; establish a variety of extracurricular sports exercise mode; promote the formation and development of physical exercise consciousness.
