不同瑜伽教学方式对高校女生体质健康影响的实验研究

【摘要】:目的:本论文研究不同瑜伽教学方式(传统教学方式与新型教学方式)对高校女生体质健康的影响以及与不参与任何有规律体育锻炼学生的体质进行比较。目前对高校瑜伽课程与体育教学相结合的研究较少,什么样的瑜伽教学方式更适合在高校开展的研究则更少。本文通过普通高校女生实际参与不同瑜伽教学方式的锻炼,来探讨不同瑜伽教学方式对高校女生体质健康的影响,了解瑜伽项目在增进高校女生体质健康的积极意义,进一步明确瑜伽课的教学目标、教学方法,发挥瑜伽教学在素质教育中的作用,为新兴体育项目能够在高校体育教学中更好的开展提供参考,为进一步加强对高校开设瑜伽课程提供指导依据,也为促进瑜伽项目能更好的融入大众健身和在社会其他阶层进一步开展提供参考依据。方法:本实验选取上海师范大学85名女生年龄19-23岁为研究对象,分成三个组:传统瑜伽教学方式(实验组Ⅰ)28人、新型瑜伽教学方式(实验组Ⅱ)28人、对照组29人。分别对实验组Ⅰ与实验组Ⅱ采取为期16周、每周1次、每次90分钟不同瑜伽教学方式的身体练习。在实验前、后对三个组的所有研究对象进行身体形态、身体素质、身体成分测试,将所有测得的数据运用spss17.0软件进行数理统计分析。分别比较各组研究对象训练前后自身指标的变化和三组之间研究对象各项指标的变化情况。结论:1、传统瑜伽教学方式只改变了高校女生的腰臀比、胸外围、腹外围、臀围、大腿外围、腹部皮脂厚度、背部皮脂厚度、上臂皮脂厚度、体重、BMI、肺活量、仰卧起坐、坐位体前屈、闭眼单脚站立、脂肪量、体脂肪率、脂肪百分比、基础代谢、肥胖程度p值均(P0.05)。2、新型瑜伽教学方式对高校女生的腹外围、腹部皮脂厚度、背部皮脂厚度、体重、BMI、肺活量、握力、台阶指数、仰卧起坐、坐位体前屈、闭眼单脚站立、脂肪量、体脂肪率、脂肪百分比、肥胖程度均有非常显著性差异(P0.01);腰臀比、胸外围、臀外围、大腿外围、上臂外围、上臂皮脂厚度、原地纵跳、肌肉量、肌肉量比值、去脂体重、基础代谢均有显著性差异(P0.05)。3、锻炼后对新型瑜伽教学方式与传统瑜伽教学方式相比在台阶指数、仰卧起坐、坐位体前屈、闭眼单腿站立、肥胖程度均有非常显著性差异(P0.01);在上臂外围、上臂皮脂厚度、体重、肺活量、握力、原地纵跳、肌肉量、肌肉比值、脂肪量、体脂肪率、脂肪百分比、去脂体重、基础代谢有显著性差异(P0.05);可以发现这两种方式都可以改善高校女生的身体形态、身体素质、身体成分的相关指标。但是新型瑜伽教学方式的教学效果更加全面、更加显著,说明新型瑜伽教学方式是一种更适合在高校公共体育课上开展的教学方式。4、对照组受试者腹外围、腹部皮脂厚度、脂肪量、体脂肪率、脂肪百分比、肥胖程度均有显著差异(P0.05)。说明高校女生如果长时间不进行运动容易造成脂肪在核心部位的堆积。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effects of different teaching methods of yoga (traditional and new) on the physical health of college girls and compare them with those of students who do not participate in any regular physical exercise. There are few studies on the combination of yoga courses and physical education in colleges and universities. There is less research on what kind of yoga teaching methods are more suitable to be carried out in colleges and universities. This paper discusses the influence of different yoga teaching methods on the physical health of college girls through the actual participation of ordinary college girls in different yoga teaching methods. To understand the positive significance of Yoga project in improving the physical health of female students in colleges and universities, to further clarify the teaching objectives and teaching methods of Yoga, and to give full play to the role of Yoga teaching in quality education. It provides a reference for the new sports items to be better carried out in the physical education teaching of colleges and universities, and provides guidance basis for further strengthening the establishment of yoga courses in colleges and universities. It also provides a reference for promoting the yoga project to better integrate into the public fitness and further develop in other social classes.
