健康中国视域下我国校园毒跑道治理研究

【摘要】：运用文献资料等研究方法,基于"健康中国"视角分析我国校园"毒跑道"问题,发现校园"毒跑道"的危害主要包括:造成学生身体心理创伤、社会大众信任危机以及生态环境破坏等诸多方面。与此同时,基于"健康中国"规划纲要主旨分析、总结我国校园"毒跑道"问题,发现其形成原因主要有:国家法律制度缺失、跑道铺设环节混乱、思想道德观念缺失以及社会监督体系不完善等。藉此,我国校园"毒跑道"治理路径主要有:深化体制机制改革,完善国家法律制度;健全实施保障体系,强化项目组织实施;开展爱国健康教育,营造良好社会氛围;加强健康法治建设,建立健全监督体系。
[Abstract]:Based on the research methods of "healthy China", this paper analyzes the problem of "poison runway" in Chinese campus, and finds out that the harm of campus "poison runway" mainly includes: causing students' physical and psychological trauma. At the same time, based on the analysis of the main purpose of the "healthy China" program, this paper summarizes the problem of "toxic runway" in Chinese campus. It is found that the main reasons for its formation are: the lack of national legal system, the confusion of runway laying, the lack of ideological and moral concepts, and the imperfect social supervision system, etc. The main ways to manage the poison runway in Chinese campus are as follows: deepening the reform of the system and mechanism, perfecting the national legal system, perfecting the security system, strengthening the implementation of the project organization, carrying out patriotic health education, and creating a good social atmosphere; We will strengthen the construction of healthy rule of law and establish a sound supervisory system.
