“健康中国”视域下的传统体育养生文化

【摘要】：为促进传统体育养生文化更好的发展,为人民提供更完善的健康服务。文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对"健康中国"视域下传统体育养生文化发展所面临的机遇、挑战以及路径选择进行研究:中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程的实施、防治慢性病中长期规划的执行以及全民健身活动的开展为传统体育养生文化提供了政策叠加的历史发展机遇;新媒体传播打破传承发展路径、多元文化冲击下的文化认同障碍以及国际化背景带来的价值观念碰撞是传统体育养生文化面临的挑战;坚持中国特色社会主义核心价值观、重视原色教学以弥补文化缺失、提升文化自信以增强文化认同是传统体育养生文化应对挑战的路径选择。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the better development of the traditional sports health culture and provide better health services for the people, this paper applies the methods of literature and logical analysis, etc. This paper studies the opportunities, challenges and path selection of the development of traditional sports health preservation culture in the view of "healthy China": the implementation of the project of inheriting and developing Chinese excellent traditional culture, The implementation of the long-term plan for the prevention and control of chronic diseases and the development of national fitness activities provide a historical development opportunity for the traditional sports health preservation culture, and new media communication breaks down the path of inheritance and development. The obstacles of cultural identity under the impact of multiculturalism and the collision of values brought by the background of internationalization are the challenges faced by the traditional sports health preservation culture, the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics are adhered to, and primary color teaching is paid attention to to make up for the cultural deficiency. Promoting cultural confidence to enhance cultural identity is the path choice of traditional sports health culture to meet the challenges.
