篮球运动在济南市高职院校女生中的开展现状分析研究

【摘要】：高职教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分。近年来,随着社会对专业型、技术型人才需求的增大,国家十分重视职业教育的发展,出台相应政策鼓励民间资本创办高职院校,高职教育教育进入崭新的时代。但根据我国目前人口男、女比例的现实情况,高职教育的主要目标群体仍为女生。山东省是我国人口大省、经济大省也是教育强省,高等职业教育也处于全国领先水准,济南市拥有全省数量最多的职业院校,进入21世纪以来,济南市委市政府高度重视发展高等教育,扩建职业院校、扩大招生规模、改进校园硬件设施建设,力求建设一批特色职业院校。各高职院校间相互竞争,不断提高各自教学水平,长善救失,突出办学特点,为济南市高等职业教育的发展起到推波助澜的作用。在注重提高学生专业知识和技能的同时,同样不应忽视学生的身心健康,二者相辅相成。篮球运动是目前在高职院校中开展得最普遍的球类运动,根据本人的实习经验,篮球运动在高职女生中的普及程度不大,女生体育课学习积极性不高,这不利于高职女生群体的身心健康,也阻碍女子篮球运动在高校的推广。本文随机选定10所济南市高职院校女生为研究对象,通过文献资料法、访谈调查法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,从学校师资及场地、篮球课的开展、课余篮球运动的普及、篮球文化的传播等多方面分析济南市高职女生中篮球运动的开展现状,为篮球运动的进一步开展提供可行性参考,研究结果表明:第一,在篮球运动师资及场地现状方面,师资结构不合理,存在女教师数量严重不足、教师年龄过于集中在中年层面、职称晋升困难、业务能力有待提高等诸多问题;篮球基础设施不完善,场地器材数量较少,只能勉强维持正常的上课需要,且质量较差,缺少室内篮球场地降低学生篮球学习热情,这些都影响济南市高职院校篮球运动的开展。第二,在高职院校篮球课的开设现状方面,女生的学习动机以获得学分为主;课程设置缺乏兴趣引导,大部分学校依旧使用传统的班级分组教学,授课形式上没有创新,难以激发高职院校女生篮球学习的兴趣;教学评价以结果评价为主,考核内容千篇一律,造成女生过度重视考试内容的练习,脱离篮球运动的本质,使女生的篮球技术无法得到提高。第三,在课余篮球运动的普及现状方面,女生课余学习篮球的途径以打篮球和观看比赛为主,但参与不积极;济南市高职院校很少重视女篮队伍的建设,队员缺乏系统训练;女篮赛事开展的也较少,制约高职院校女子篮球竞技的发展。第四,在篮球文化的传播方面,传播内容以NBA篮球文化为代表的篮球文化为主,传播手段借助超酷篮球装备,新媒体成为主要的传播媒介,相比较其他几个方面,篮球文化传播现状较为乐观。在此基础上,针对篮球运动在济南市高职院校女生中推广的现状和发现的问题,提出了以下几方面的建议:第一合理调整师资结构,提高教师业务能力;第二,完善篮球场地器材,营造女生篮球氛围;第三,针对女生编排课程,更新课程评价体系;第四,增加女子篮球比赛,促进高校之间交流;第五,发挥媒体推广优势,深耕校园篮球文化等可行性建议。力图为篮球运动在高职院校女生中的进一步推广提供思路。

This paper randomly selected 10 students of Higher Vocational Colleges in Ji'nan city as the research object, through the literature data method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, logical analysis, from school teachers and the venue, basketball class development, popularization of extracurricular basketball, basketball culture, etc. Many aspects of analysis on the current situation of basketball in Ji'nan city college students, in order to provide a reference for the further development of basketball, the results show that: first, in the basketball teaching and the site situation, teachers structure is irrational, the number of female teachers are insufficient, the age of teachers is too concentrated in the middle level, job promotion difficult. Business problems ability needs to improve; basketball infrastructure facilities, less in quantity, can barely maintain normal school needs, and poor quality, lack of indoor basketball venue lower students' basketball learning enthusiasm, the influence of basketball training in Higher Vocational Colleges in Ji'nan carried out.
