黑龙江省普通高校定向运动开展现状与发展对策研究

【摘要】：定向运动是利用一张详细精准的定向专用地图和一个指北针,按照地图上所标注的各个点标按顺序依次到访,以最短时间到达所有点标者为胜的一项新兴运动项目。定向运动在高等学校的推广有利于提高学生的综合素质,通过对黑龙江省普通高校中定向运动的开展现状进行调查,综合分析出其影响因素,并结合相关的一些因素提出恰当的、符合客观实际的对策建议,对于改变目前黑龙江省普通高校定向运动开展不乐观的局面具有现实的意义。本文采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等研究方法对黑龙江省普通高校定向运动的开展现状进行了分析,主要从自然环境和社会环境两大方面进行阐述,根据实际的开展情况分析出影响本省普通高校定向运动开展的影响因素,其中包括一些优势因素,最后综合提出能促进本省普通高校定向运动大力开展的可行性建议。研究结果:定向运动在黑龙江省普通高校的发展很不乐观,据调查黑龙江省共81所普通高校中,只有15所高校开展了定向运动,比例仅占到18.5%。而同为“东北三省”的吉林省开展了定向运动的高校占到了38.1%[36],相比之下有较大的差异,更是落后于教育部制定的“全国开展定向运动的高校达到50”的目标。但是黑龙江省有得天独厚的自然环境资源,益于定向运动的广泛开展,而且黑龙江省普通高校学生有较浓厚的兴趣。制约黑龙江省普通高校中定向运动开展的因素是多方面的:相关领导对定向运动的重视程度、资金问题、器材设施与地图资源能否满足学生需要、师资力量以及教师的业务水平、组织开展方法的多样性、学生对定向运动的兴趣程度、学生在开展过程中的安全问题、赛事的开展宣传情况等。针对黑龙江省普通高校定向运动的开展现状提出的对策:利用各种手段吸引各级领导的关注,不断扩大资金投入;以积极的态度解决器材设施和地图问题;增加师资力量,提高相关教师的专业素质;创新组织方法,提高学生的兴趣;大力开展省内相关的赛事,推动定向运动的发展;设置完善的安全监督体系。

Through the investigation of the present situation of orienteering in Heilongjiang Province, the author makes a survey on the development of orienteering in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province. Synthetically analyze its influence factors, and combine with some relevant factors to put forward appropriate, objective and realistic countermeasures and suggestions, It is of practical significance to change the current situation of unoptimistic orienteering in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province. This paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, logic analysis, etc. This paper analyzes the current situation of orienteering in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province by means of mathematical statistics and other research methods, mainly from the aspects of natural environment and social environment. According to the actual development situation, the paper analyzes the influencing factors, including some advantages, which affect the development of orienteering in colleges and universities in this province. Finally, the author puts forward some feasible suggestions to promote the development of orienteering in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province. The results show that the development of orienteering in Heilongjiang Province is not optimistic. According to the investigation, there are 81 colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province. Only 15 colleges and universities have carried out orienteering, the proportion is only 18.5.The proportion of colleges and universities that conducted orienteering in Jilin Province, which is also the "three Northeast provinces", accounted for 38.1% [36]. But Heilongjiang Province has unique natural resources, which is beneficial to the extensive development of orienteering. The factors that restrict the development of orienteering in Heilongjiang Province are various: the degree of attention to orienteering, the problem of funds, the related leaders' attention to orienteering, Equipment, facilities and map resources can meet the needs of students, teachers and their professional level, the diversity of organization and development methods, students' interest in orienteering, the safety of students in the process of development, Aiming at the current situation of orienteering in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province, the countermeasures are put forward: the use of various means to attract the attention of leaders at all levels, and the continuous expansion of capital input; To solve the problems of equipment, facilities and maps with a positive attitude; to increase teachers' strength and improve the professional quality of relevant teachers; to innovate organization methods and improve students' interest; to vigorously carry out relevant events in the province to promote the development of orienteering; Set up perfect safety supervision system.
