我国篮球教练员高级岗位培训现状及发展对策研究

【摘要】:为提高我国篮球教练员业务能力,进一步完善我国篮球教练员高级岗位培训工作,探索适合我国国情的高水平教练员培养模式,进而促进我国篮球训练和竞赛水平的提高。本文运用文献资料法、专家咨询法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对2015年全国篮球教练员高级岗位培训第十八期高级培训班全体学员进行了调查。结果表明:现阶段我国篮球教练员高级岗位培训存在部分管理制度落实不到位;学员偏少;少数理论教学内容较为深奥;国外讲师授课内容与学员需求出现偏差;培训讲师团队人员中重美国轻欧洲;集中面授的教学模式单一;观摩高水平篮球训练营效果不佳等问题。对此提出几点对策:1、严格控制岗位培训晋级制度,提高教练员岗位培训的权威性;2、调整培训时间,避开比赛期间,提高参训学员的积极性,增加培训人数;3、基础理论授课内容难易程度应规划合理,实行“选修课”制度;4、更新国外讲师授课内容,聘请欧洲球队执教人员或管理人员加入讲师团队:5、按照教练员基础不同,进行“分类”培训;6、采用远程教学、自学等多种模式代替传统的集中面授的单一模式;7、把观摩高水平篮球训练营改为组织学员个人示范课演示。最后在培训现状的基础上,从教学内容的安排上、从授课专家的选拔上、从教学方法到管理水平上不断改进,增强培训的针对性,不断创新,吸收世界优秀篮球强国的执教理念和执教方法,缩小与世界强国的差距,进一步促进我国篮球事业的发展。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the professional ability of basketball coaches in our country, further improve the training work of senior positions of basketball coaches in our country, explore the training mode of high-level coaches suitable for the national conditions of our country, and then promote the improvement of basketball training and competition level of our country.This paper uses the methods of literature, expert consultation, questionnaire survey, field investigation, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, etc.This paper investigates all the students of the 18th advanced training course for basketball coaches in 2015.The results show that: at the present stage, some management system of basketball coaches' advanced post training in China is not in place; the number of students is on the low side; a few theoretical teaching contents are more profound; the teaching contents of foreign lecturers deviate from the needs of the trainees;In the training of lecturers, the emphasis is placed on America and not Europe; the teaching mode of concentrated face-to-face teaching is single; and the effect of high level basketball training camp is not good.To this end, several countermeasures: 1, strictly control the promotion system of post training, improve the authority of the training of coaches, adjust the training time, avoid the competition period, and improve the enthusiasm of the trainees participating in the training.To increase the number of people trained, the difficulty and ease of basic theoretical teaching should be planned reasonably, the "elective course" system should be implemented and the contents of lectures given by foreign lecturers should be updated.Invite European team coach or manager to join the instructor team: 5, according to the coach base, carry on the "classification" training, use distance teaching,Instead of the traditional single mode of concentrated face-to-face teaching, self-study and other models change the observation of high-level basketball training camp into organizing individual demonstration class demonstrations.Finally, on the basis of the current situation of training, from the arrangement of teaching content, from the selection of teaching experts, from the teaching methods to the level of management, to improve the training, enhance the pertinence of the training, and constantly innovate.Absorbing the teaching ideas and methods of the world's outstanding basketball powers, narrowing the gap with the world's powerful countries, and further promoting the development of our country's basketball cause.
