贵州省校园足球教练员培训现状与策略研究

【摘要】:为贯彻落实《国务院、国家体育总局关于增强青少年身体素质的意见》,在全国各级学校广泛开展了阳光体育运动,我国的校园足球发展计划通过了不懈的努力将以科学的方法、创新的思维、战略的眼光分别认真地实施,使校园足球运动纳入中小学教学大纲,成为学校体育的重要组成部分,让学生在足球运动中以增强体质、增进健康、锻炼意志、发挥个人天赋、培养团队意识和拼搏精神,为我国广大青少年的发展需求、我国足球运动的振兴和发展打下坚实的基础。足球教练员作为足球运动中最重要的组成部分之一,受到了来自全社会的广泛关注。作为一支足球队日常运营的管理者和决策者,足球运动训练与比赛的组织者与实施者,对基层教练员的培养则是足球进校园能否顺利开展的前提条件。因此,拥有高质量、高水平的足球教练员对于一个地区或者一个学校足球运动的开展和实施效果起着决定性作用。以校园足球教练员的培训为研究视角,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对贵州省校园足球教练员的基本情况和培养情况进行梳理,对参与培训的学员,讲师团队、专家和教练进行访谈,找出制约贵州校园足球教练员培训效果的主要因素,探寻符合贵州省情的校园足球教练员的培训体系,为贵州省校园足球事业的发展提供相关的参考,为提高贵州校园足球教练员的培训质量提供可行性建议,并得出以下结论:一、随着社会经济的高速发展,贵州省在体育事业的发展方面勇往直前。近两年来,省内各地区定期开展的校园足球四级联赛,极大地提升了贵州省校园足球运动的整体水平。二、贵州省缺少接受过专业培训的校园足球教练员及相关领域的人才,省教育厅联合省足协针对省内校园足球教练员的专项计划培训班,但存在培训形式、选拔机制、讲师团队、培训内容、经费支持、协作交流方面的不足。三、提高贵州省校园足球教练员培训质量,需进一步研究完善培训体系,从基层学校选拔具有一定足球基础的体育教师参与系统培训学习,从注重实践方面改革和创新授课内容,加强教育部门与各足协(国内外职业队俱乐部)交流、合作培训、建立梯度培训考核标准和保障体系。
[Abstract]:In order to implement the opinions of the State Council and the State Administration of physical Education on enhancing the physical fitness of young people, sunshine sports have been widely carried out in schools at all levels throughout the country. Our country's campus football development plan has adopted unremitting efforts and will be carried out in a scientific way.Innovative thinking and strategic vision are implemented in earnest, so that the school football movement is brought into the syllabus of primary and secondary schools, and it becomes an important part of school physical education, so that students can strengthen their physique, improve their health, and exercise their will in football.Giving full play to individual talent, cultivating team consciousness and fighting spirit, laying a solid foundation for the development of our youth and the development of football in our country.As one of the most important parts of football, football coaches have received wide attention from the whole society.As a manager and decision maker of the daily operation of a football team, the organizers and implementers of football training and competition, the training of grass-roots coaches is the prerequisite for the smooth development of football into the campus.Therefore, having a high quality and high level of football coaches plays a decisive role in the development and implementation of football in a region or a school.Taking the training of campus football coaches as the research angle, the basic situation and training situation of campus football coaches in Guizhou Province are combed by the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, logic analysis, etc.The participants, lecturers, experts and coaches were interviewed to find out the main factors restricting the training effect of Guizhou campus football coaches, and to explore the training system of campus football coaches in accordance with the situation of Guizhou province.To provide relevant reference for the development of campus football in Guizhou province, to provide feasible suggestions for improving the training quality of Guizhou campus football coaches, and to draw the following conclusions: first, with the rapid development of social economy,Guizhou Province in the development of sports industry to move forward.In the past two years, the four-level league matches of campus football have been carried out regularly in various regions of the province, which has greatly improved the overall level of campus football in Guizhou province.Second, there is a lack of trained campus football coaches and talents in related fields in Guizhou Province. The Provincial Education Department and the Provincial Football Association have a special training course for the provincial campus football coaches, but there are training forms and selection mechanisms.Lecturer team, training content, financial support, coordination and communication deficiencies.Third, to improve the training quality of campus football coaches in Guizhou Province, we should further study and improve the training system, and select physical education teachers with a certain football foundation from grass-roots schools to participate in systematic training and learning.The teaching contents should be reformed and innovated from the aspect of practice, the exchange between the educational departments and the football associations (professional teams at home and abroad) should be strengthened, the cooperative training should be established, and the assessment standard and guarantee system of gradient training should be established.
