青少年篮球运动员位置因素实证分析与选材应用

【摘要】：运用文献调研、调查、测试及数理统计等方法,以篮球运动员竞技能力特征为基础,以年龄和位置为划分依据,通过对2015—2016年我国职业篮球后备人才、部分省市体校及代表队等各个层次70多支队伍,男女篮球运动员共计889名进行身体形态、生理机能、专项能力、心智能力等20项指标测试分析及教练员问卷评定。结论:1)重新释义了现代篮球运动员位置技术趋同化、职责多重化、结构多样化、区域模糊化现象及发展趋势;2)青少年篮球运动员竞技能力结构具有鲜明的位置特征,选材实践中应注重篮球运动员位置类别的划分;3)从位置视角入手,优化选材指标结构体系,使选材理论与实践更好地相结合。
[Abstract]:With the methods of literature investigation, investigation, test and mathematical statistics, based on the characteristics of basketball players' competitive ability and on the basis of age and location, this paper analyzes the reserve talents of professional basketball in China from 2015 to 2016.More than 70 teams of sports schools and teams in some provinces and cities, 889 basketball players of both sexes were tested and analyzed by 20 indexes, such as body shape, physiological function, special ability and mental ability, and the coaches were assessed by questionnaire.Conclusion: (1) reinterprets the position technology of modern basketball players, the responsibilities are multiple, the structure is diversified, the regional fuzzy phenomenon and the trend of development. 2) the competitive ability structure of the young basketball players has the distinct position characteristic.In the practice of material selection, we should pay attention to the division of basketball players' position categories. (3) from the perspective of position, we should optimize the index structure system of material selection, so that the theory and practice of material selection can be combined better.
