【摘要】：2015年第二十八届亚洲男子篮球锦标赛在湖南省长沙市举行,中国队派出了以易建联为核心辅以众多国内青年才俊的新中国男篮出征,在此之前中国男篮曾经经历新老交替时亚锦赛惨败,仅第5名的阵痛,此次出征亚锦赛,这支年轻的中国男篮并不被人看好,结果中国男篮以强势的姿态击败韩国、伊朗、菲律宾等亚洲豪强,九战全胜获得冠军,重回亚洲之巅。本文通过对中国队全部比赛的制胜因素研究,以找出中国男篮击败众多队伍的优势所在,为以后中国队的备战训练以及参赛提供参考依据。本文通过文献资料法、录像观察法、数据统计法和逻辑分析法对中国队本届亚锦赛的制胜因素进行了详细的分析和整合,并结合录像观察找出中国队决定比赛胜负走向的一些关键的制胜因素,加以整合。本文通过分析比赛得出:1、本届比赛中国队在进攻端流畅合理,外线命中率高,这主要是依赖于核心队员的出色发挥,本届中国男篮的核心领袖易建联在攻防两端的发挥无可替代,同时中国队后场的两名核心后卫表现十分抢眼,这些核心球员的出色发挥,使中国队的进攻更加合理,减少了无谓强攻单打,球的运转更加流畅,进攻选择更加合理,从而提高了外线命中率,使中国队获得了全部比赛的胜利。2、防守是中国队的立足之本,本届比赛中国队防守第一的战术理念贯彻到底,并且中国队身高优势明显,队员更加顽强拼搏,并且体能优势明显,这些才是中国队赢球的本根原因。3、本届男篮中国队的教练组在临场指挥上战术布置合理,用人果断大胆,,并且教练组管理人性化,更为重要的是宫鲁鸣指导坚持“三从一大,科学训练”的训练理念,使球队的很多队员在比赛中能有超出在俱乐部时的表现,而且还提高了中国队整体的命中率,使中国队在进攻端有了充足的信心和多样的进攻选择,最为重要的是,根据“三从一大,科学训练”的理念训练,使中国队所有队员的体能有了质的飞跃,与西亚诸强甚至归化队员比起来丝毫不落下风,也正是有这么好的体能作为基础,中国队才能保持全场的压迫性防守,这种训练才是中国队获胜的基础保障。
[Abstract]:The 28 Asian Men's Basketball Championship was held in Changsha, Hunan Province in 2015. The Chinese team sent Yi Jianlian as the core, supplemented by a number of talented Chinese men's basketball teams from China.Prior to this, the Chinese men's basketball team had experienced a tragic defeat in the Asian Championships between the old and the new. It was only the fifth place labor pain. This time around, this young Chinese men's basketball team was not expected. As a result, the Chinese men's basketball team defeated South Korea and Iran in a strong manner.Philippines and other Asian powerhouse, nine wins won the championship, returned to the top of Asia.By studying the winning factors of all the Chinese teams, this paper tries to find out the superiority of the Chinese men's basketball team in defeating many teams, and to provide the reference basis for the preparation training and the participation of the Chinese team in the future.This paper makes a detailed analysis and integration of the winning factors of the Chinese team in the Asian Championships through the methods of literature, video observation, data statistics and logical analysis.And combined with video observation to find out the Chinese team to determine the winning and losing of some key winning factors, to be integrated.By analyzing the competition, this paper draws a conclusion that the Chinese team in this competition is smooth and reasonable in the offensive end and has a high shooting rate on the outside, which mainly depends on the outstanding play of the core players.Yi Jianlian, the core leader of this year's Chinese men's basketball team, has played irreplaceable at both ends of the attack and defense. At the same time, the performance of the two core guards in the Chinese team's backcourt has been very impressive. The outstanding performance of these core players has made the Chinese team's offensive more reasonable.With the reduction of pointless strong attack singles, the operation of the ball is more smooth, the attack choice is more reasonable, thus improving the shooting rate on the outside, making the Chinese team win all the matches. 2. Defense is the foundation of the Chinese team.In this competition, the Chinese team's defensive first tactical concept has been carried out to the end, and the Chinese team's height advantage is obvious, the team members are fighting more tenaciously, and their physical strength is obvious.These are the root causes for the Chinese team to win the game. The coaching staff of the current men's basketball team have a reasonable tactical arrangement on the spot, bold and decisive personnel, and humane management of the coaching team. What is more important is Gong Luming's guidance and adherence to "three from one, one big,"The training concept of "scientific training" has enabled many members of the team to outperform the performance of the club in the match, and has also improved the overall hit rate of the Chinese team, enabling the Chinese team to have sufficient confidence and a variety of offensive options at the offensive end.The most important thing is that according to the concept of "three, one, one big, scientific training", all the team members of the Chinese team have made a qualitative leap in their physical fitness. Compared with the strong members of Western Asia and even the naturalized members, they will not fall behind in the slightest.It is precisely with such good physical strength that the Chinese team can maintain full-court oppressive defense, and this kind of training is the basic guarantee for the Chinese team to win.
