微课在我校篮球技术教学中的应用研究

【摘要】:通过理论研究与实践应用,本研究主要达到以下目的:首先,利用“SWOT分析法”判断微课教学在我校篮球教学中的适用性;其次,基于教学系统设计的理论、自主学习理论、ARCS动机原理等科学理论,设计出旨在提高我校篮球技术教学的微课教学模式;最后,用实验法验证微课教学在我校篮球技术教学中的实践效果。总结归纳研究材料,得出结论和建议,为高校教师提供相关材料,为改善篮球技术教学模式提供参考。本研究采用了文献研究法、调查问卷法、数理统计法、实验法和逻辑分析法等开展研究。对我校微课篮球技术教学的应用进行分析归纳,在对教学实践反思的基础上,运用教学实验法对微课篮球教学进行论证,为今后推进高校篮球技术教学提供实践依据。通过研究得出微课在我校技术教学应用的可行性和有效性,运用微课教学模式开展我校篮球技术教学,不仅充分发挥了学生的主观能动性,还进一步提高学生的综合能力,促进学生自主学习的能力。本文通过查阅历年来关于微课的文献资料,设计并进行教学实验的研究,得出结论:(1)以单手肩上投篮技术的特点为基础,并结合微视频属性,从微课设计内容-目标、教学过程的顺序结构和策略等维度设计了篮球教学微视频设计模式。极大的丰富了篮球教学内容体系,并为篮球教学实践提供重要的参考价值。(2)微课教学实验后得知,学生运球往返上篮技评成绩由43.23分增长到71.23分,增长幅度非常明显;单手肩上投篮总分成绩(82.70分)明显好于实验前成绩,且具有显著性差异;说明微课教学模式应用到我校篮球技术教学中是有效的,可行的。(3)调查结果显示,84%的学生会在课余时间自学篮球,67.5%的学生认为结合视频自学对篮球技术的理解更为深刻,说明微课教学能够提高学生的自学能力,充分发挥学生在篮球技术学习中的主体作用。(4)数据显示86.4%的学生会用微课的模式去进行其它专项技术的学习,表明微课不仅增强教学形式的新颖性,还可以提高学生学习兴趣。
[Abstract]:Through theoretical research and practical application, this research mainly achieves the following purposes: first, using "SWOT analysis" to judge the applicability of micro-course teaching in basketball teaching in our school; secondly, based on the theory of teaching system design,Based on the theory of ARCS motivation and other scientific theories, this paper designs a teaching mode of micro-course aimed at improving the teaching of basketball technology in our school. Finally, the experiment method is used to verify the practical effect of micro-course teaching in basketball technology teaching in our school.Summarize and summarize the research materials, draw conclusions and suggestions, provide relevant materials for college teachers, and provide reference for improving the teaching mode of basketball technology.This research adopts literature research, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, experiment and logic analysis.This paper analyzes and induces the application of basketball technique teaching in micro-course in our university, and on the basis of reflection on teaching practice, proves the teaching of micro-basketball by teaching experiment method, which provides practical basis for promoting basketball technology teaching in colleges and universities in the future.Through the research, the feasibility and effectiveness of the application of micro-course in our school's technical teaching are obtained. The application of micro-course teaching mode in basketball teaching in our school not only brings into full play the students' subjective initiative, but also further improves the students' comprehensive ability.To promote the ability of students to learn independently.In this paper, by referring to the literature on microlessons over the years, designing and carrying out teaching experiments, we draw a conclusion that: 1) based on the characteristics of one-handed shoulder shooting, and combining with the attributes of micro-video, we design the contents and objectives of micro-lessons.The design mode of micro video in basketball teaching is designed in the dimensions of sequence structure and strategy of teaching process.It greatly enriches the basketball teaching content system, and provides important reference value for basketball teaching practice.The total score of one-handed shoulder shooting (82.70 points) was obviously better than that before experiment, and there were significant differences, which indicated that the teaching mode of micro-class was effective in basketball technology teaching in our school.The results show that 84% of students study basketball in their spare time. 67.5% of students think that video self-study has a better understanding of basketball technology, which shows that micro-class teaching can improve students' self-study ability.The data show that 86.4% students use the mode of micro-class to study other special techniques, which indicates that micro-lesson can not only enhance the novelty of teaching form, but also enhance students' interest in learning.
