自由泳临界速度测定方法比较研究

【摘要】:比较3种测定自由泳临界速度(critical velocity,CV)的方法,旨在寻求一种简便易行的测定自由泳临界速度的方法。选择12名男性自由泳运动员为研究对象,运动等级为二级,年龄为(18.39±1.24)岁,身高为(1.86±0.07)m,体质量为(79.47±7.06)kg。结果表明:3种方法测得的CV具有显著差异(P0.01)。方法 1得到的CV最大,为(1.43±0.03)m/s;方法 2得到的CV最小,为(1.28±0.00)m/s;方法3测得的数据为(1.38±0.01)m/s。若将方法 3测得的数据作为CV的"真实值",则方法 1高估了运动员的CV(3.62%),而方法 2则较严重地低估了运动员的CV(7.24%);因此,可以确定方法 1是在实际训练中较为可行的CV测定方法,但仍需进一步研究。
[Abstract]:Three methods for determining critical velocity of freestyle are compared in order to find a simple and convenient method for determining critical velocity of freestyle.Twelve male freestyle athletes were selected as the subjects. The sports grade was second grade, the age was 18.39 卤1.24) years old, the height was 1.86 卤0.07m, the body weight was 79.47 卤7.06kg.The results showed that the CV measured by the three methods had significant difference (P 0.01).Method 1 got the largest CV (1.43 卤0.03) m / s, method 2 got the smallest CV (1.28 卤0.00m / s), and the data obtained in method 3 was 1.38 卤0.01 m / s.If the data measured in method 3 are taken as the "true value" of the CV, method 1 overestimates the athlete's CVN 3.622, while method 2 seriously underestimates the athlete's CVN 7.24; therefore,It can be confirmed that method 1 is a feasible method for CV determination in practical training, but it needs further study.
