艺术体操在新疆普通高校公共体育教学中运用的可行性研究

【摘要】:艺术体操在我国是一个年轻的项目,学校开展艺术体操项目主要是以增强学生体质,提高学生体育文化素养为目的。自2013年8月起,中国大学生体育协会举办的全国体育艺术类项目教练员、裁判员培训班中首次加入了艺术体操项目的普及与推广工作。2013年11月,由中国大学生体育协会健美操艺术体操分会举办的“中国大学生健康活力大赛”也加入了艺术体操项目比赛。2015年9月,新疆暂停艺术体操项目35年后,首次开展了艺术体操项目的培训。本研究一方面通过心理测量法、身体测量法以及教学实验法对随机抽取34名2015级非体育专业选项班女大学生进行为期一学年的艺术体操教学实验,通过实验探究艺术体操教学训练对女大学生身体形态、身体机能、柔韧素质以及对心理健康方面的影响;另一方面,通过对文献资料的查阅,以问卷调查对新疆12所普通高等院校中随机选取各50名,共600名公共体育选项班的女大学生及各学校全体体育艺术类教师为调查对象,就艺术体操项目的认知程度、学习及课程设置意愿、考核等方面进行调查研究,分析新疆普通高校开设公共体育艺术体操选项课的可行性。结果表明:新疆普通高校师生多数通过电视节目和文艺演出了解艺术体操;对该项目特性、功能掌握较为准确;进一步了解意愿强烈,无非常排斥该项目的师生;新疆普通高校师生对艺术体操项目开课意愿较为强烈,教师主张以一学年选项课形式为主,通过多媒体、使学生对艺术体操项目理论进行深入的了解,实践部分以较简单的艺术体操徒手套路教学为主,第二学期再加入艺术体操轻器械的教学,最终考核以提高学生创新能力为主。这些都足以表明艺术体操在学校开设的重要性与必要性。通过26周实验,在身体健康方面:受试者身体脂肪、围度及其他测试指标有所降低,但没有达到显著性差异;心血管机能得到显著性改善;肺活量功能得到显著性增强,说明受试者机体有氧代谢能力得到提升,肺部和胸廊的弹性增强;血红蛋白含量发生显著性变化,提示受试者有氧耐力增强,有更好运动的状态;柔韧素质显著性提升,提示受试者身体柔软度增强,动作幅度和艺术表现力得到提高;在心理健康方面:受试者身体自尊得到显著性提高,其中对自身的运动能力、身体自我价值感方面均产生显著性提升;参加锻炼的原因也不仅限于塑造好的形体以及控制体重,更多的开始关注增强体质的重要性;社会性体格焦虑有较小幅度的降低,但无统计学意义。
[Abstract]:Rhythmic gymnastics is a young project in China. The main purpose of artistic gymnastics in school is to enhance students' physical fitness and improve their sports cultural accomplishment. Since August 2013, the national sports art project coach of China University Sports Association has joined the art gymnastics program for the first time. And in November.2013 year, the "Chinese college student health and vitality competition" held by the Chinese University Sports Association Aerobics Gymnastics Division also joined the rhythmic gymnastics event in September. After 35 years' suspension of the rhythmic gymnastics project in Xinjiang, it was the first time to carry out the training of the art physical exercises project. The methods of measurement, physical measurement and teaching experiment were carried out for 34 randomly selected women college students of 2015 classes of non sports majors for one year. The experiment was conducted to explore the effects of rhythmic gymnastics on the physical form, body function, flexibility and mental health of the female college students. On the basis of literature review, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 50 female college students and all sports art teachers in all schools in 12 general colleges and universities in Xinjiang, which were randomly selected from 12 ordinary colleges and universities, and investigated the degree of cognition, learning and curriculum setting, assessment and so on. The feasibility of the public sports rhythmic gymnastic elective courses in Xinjiang colleges and universities is analyzed. The results show that most of the teachers and students in Xinjiang colleges and students learn Rhythmic Gymnastics through TV programs and theatrical performances; the characteristics of the project are more accurate; further understanding of the strong intention, the teachers and students who are not very exclusive of the project; and the common high of Xinjiang. Teachers and students have a strong willingness to teach rhythmic gymnastics. Teachers advocate taking the form of one year option class as the main form. Through multimedia, students can make a thorough understanding of the theory of rhythmic gymnastics. In practice, the teaching of artistic gymnastics and bare hands is the main part of the second semester. Assessment to improve students' creative ability. These are all enough to show the importance and necessity of artistic gymnastics in school. Through 26 weeks of experiments, the body's health: body fat, degree of circumference, and other test indicators have been reduced, but there is no significant difference; the cardiovascular function has been significantly improved; the vital capacity function is the function of the cardiovascular function. It was significantly enhanced, indicating that the subjects' aerobic capacity was enhanced and the elasticity of the lungs and the thorax was enhanced; the hemoglobin content was significantly changed, suggesting that the subjects had enhanced aerobic endurance, a better state of exercise, and a significant improvement in flexibility, suggesting that the participants' body softness increased, movement amplitude and artistic expressiveness. In the aspect of mental health, the body self-esteem of the subjects improved significantly, among which the exercise ability and the sense of self-worth of the body increased significantly; the reasons for participating in the exercise were not only limited to the shape of the shape and the weight control, and more attention was paid to the importance of strengthening the constitution; the social physical coke was more important. There is a small reduction in concern, but there is no statistical significance.
