国际田联“少儿田径运动”在北京市海淀区开展的实践研究

【摘要】: 在新的体育教学改革的大背景下,由于传统田径项目的高竞技性和内容的单调性特点田径项目在中小学开展中遇到了阻碍。国际田联“少儿田径”从提高学生的体育兴趣出发,想建立一种新的田径观念,来促进田径项目的开展。 北京市海淀区由于其较强的经济实力,得天独厚的教育氛围,使得海淀区的居民思想文化素质较高,对新事物的接受能力比较强,少儿田径在海淀区开展具有很大的优势。 这项研究以北京市海淀区的少儿田径示范校和清河五小三年级一班和三班的学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查法实验研究法、文献资料法、数理统计法对研究对象和统计结果进行分析,得出关于国际田联“少儿田径”的如下结论: 1.学生的体育兴趣有显著性提高,学生不仅喜欢体育课也喜欢体育课的教学内容,少儿田径激发了学生对田径的兴趣,学生愿意再次进行这个项目。 2.在项目的进行过程中,表现出较高的注意力集中度和尽力参与比赛的竞争意识,融洽的师生关系和越来越喜欢的集体项目。 3.少儿田径运动对学生的立定跳远、25×2、立位体前屈、下蹲伸臂距、8分耐力、十字变向折回跑、平衡测试这些项目产生了显著性提高,说明北京市海淀区部分小学传统的体育教学尚不能满足学生全面身体素质发展的要求,而国际田联“少儿田径”更有利于学生身体素质的全面提高。 4.在自主制作简易少儿田径体育器材过程中,调动学生参与器材制作的积极性,既可以锻炼学生的发散思维,培养团队合作精神,有能锻炼学生的实际动手能力。在体育课上使用学生制作的器材更有利于提高学生的学习兴趣和锻炼热情。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new physical education reform, the track and field projects encountered obstacles in the development of primary and secondary schools because of the high athleticism of the traditional track and field events and the monotonic characteristics of the contents. In order to improve students' interest in sports, IAAF "Children's track and Field" wants to establish a new concept of track and field to promote the development of track and field events. Because of its strong economic strength and unique educational atmosphere, Haidian District of Beijing has a high ideological and cultural quality, a strong acceptance of new things, and children's track and field development in Haidian District has a great advantage. This study took the children's track and field demonstration school in Haidian District of Beijing and the students of Class one and Class three of Grade three of Qinghe five Junior High School as the research objects. Through the method of questionnaire investigation, the method of experimental research and the method of literature and materials were used. The mathematical statistics method analyzes the research object and the statistical results, and draws the following conclusions about the IAAF "Children's track and Field": 1. Students' interest in physical education has been significantly improved. Students not only like physical education but also like the teaching content of physical education. Children's track and field stimulate students' interest in track and field. Students are willing to carry out this project again. 2. In the process of the project, it shows a high concentration of attention, a sense of competition to participate in the competition, a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, and a group project that is more and more popular. 3. Children's track and field sports to students standing long jump 25 脳 2, standing forward flexion, squatting and stretching arm distance, 8 minutes of endurance, cross turn back run, balance test these items produced significant improvement. It shows that the traditional physical education in some primary schools in Haidian District of Beijing can not meet the requirements of the development of students' overall physical fitness, and the International Athletic Federation's "Children's track and Field" is more conducive to the overall improvement of students' physical quality. 4. In the process of making simple children's track and field sports equipment independently, we can arouse the enthusiasm of the students to participate in the equipment production, can not only train the students' divergent thinking, cultivate the spirit of team cooperation, but also have the ability to exercise the students' practical practical ability. The use of the equipment made by students in physical education class is more helpful to enhance students' interest in learning and enthusiasm for exercise.
