南京市主城区初级中学排球教学现状及发展对策研究

【摘要】:本文采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、实地考察、数理统计等方法,以南京市主城区初级中学排球教学为研究对象,对南京市主城区初级中学排球教学现状进行调查,调查内容主要包括排球课程设置、师资队伍、场地与器材设施、学生对排球运动的认知与学习情况以及课余排球活动情况等方面。该研究通过对南京市主城区初级中学排球教学进行全面深入的调查分析,目的在于全面了解南京市主城区初级中学排球教学开展的情况,探讨制约排球教学的因素,并针对出现的问题提出建议与措施,为南京市初中排球教学的改进提供理论依据与参考,进而推动南京市初级中学排球教学更好的发展。本研究的主要结论如下:1.从总体上看,南京市主城区初级中学排球课程开课率较低。2.教材使用上整体符合体育课程改革“一个标准,多本教材”的要求;教学内容以基本的垫球、发球、准备姿势与移动步法为主,其它技术涉及较少;教学时数偏少;教学方法多以传统教学方法为主,新颖的、有创造性的教学方法运用的相对比较少;教学评价内容以达标成绩和身体素质为主,未能兼顾到学生在全面发展和社会适应能力等方面上所能发挥的作用,不能很好地体现出新课标的指导思想。3.南京市主城区初级中学排球教师的年龄、学历、职称、教学年限等结构相对比较合理;从事排球专项的教师比较缺乏,且参与相关培训的次数比较少,整体上教师所具备的排球技能水平不高,排球技能仍需进一步加强提高。4.南京市主城区初级中学的排球场地器材设施比较欠缺,虽然大多数学校能够配备一定数量的排球场地器材,但与《中小学体育器材设施标准》还有差距,且多数教师与学生对排球场地器材设施持不满意态度。5.排球传统校学生喜爱程度整体上高于非排球传统校,而非传统学校中已开设学校高于未开设学校学生的喜爱程度;大多数学生对排球运动不太了解;多数学生只是粗略掌握垫、发、传等基本技术,能够熟练掌握并运用到实战比赛的学生较少。6.学生参与排球运动的动机比较明确,但课余排球活动次数偏少;除排球传统学校之外,绝大多数学校没有成立排球队,排球队建设整体上呈现不均衡趋势;多数学生愿意参加排球比赛,但排球比赛组织较少。7.制约南京市主城区初级中学排球教学及开展的因素是领导重视程度、场地器材设施、师资力量水平、排球项目自身特点、排球比赛、排球课程设置与学生排球兴趣等几个方面。针对南京市主城区初级中学排球教学存在的问题,提出以下发展对策:一、转变领导观念,加强对排球运动的重视;二、完善排球场地器材设施,并提高利用率;三、强化排球师资队伍建设,逐步完善培训体系;四、适当弱化排球竞技性特点;五、开展多层次、多形式的排球比赛;六、健全排球课程设置体系;七、积极加强宣传力度,努力营造校园排球氛围。
[Abstract]:Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, field investigation, mathematical statistics and so on, this paper investigates the present situation of volleyball teaching in junior middle schools in Nanjing. The contents of the investigation mainly include volleyball curriculum, teaching staff, venues and facilities, students' knowledge and learning of volleyball, and extracurricular volleyball activities. Through the comprehensive investigation and analysis of volleyball teaching in junior middle schools in main urban areas of Nanjing, the purpose of this study is to understand the situation of volleyball teaching in junior middle schools in Nanjing, and to explore the factors restricting volleyball teaching. Suggestions and measures are put forward to provide theoretical basis and reference for the improvement of junior high school volleyball teaching in Nanjing, and then to promote the better development of volleyball teaching in Nanjing junior middle school. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. On the whole, the volleyball curriculum rate of junior middle school in Nanjing is low. 2. 2. The use of teaching materials is in line with the requirements of "one standard, more textbooks" in the reform of physical education curriculum, the teaching content is based on basic ball cushion, serve, preparation posture and moving footwork, other techniques are less involved, teaching hours are less; Most of the teaching methods are based on traditional teaching methods, but relatively few are used in new and creative teaching methods, and the contents of teaching evaluation are mainly to meet the standards of achievement and physical quality. Failed to give consideration to the students in the overall development and social adaptability and other aspects can not play a good role in the new curriculum standards can not reflect the guiding ideology. 3. The structure of volleyball teachers in Nanjing junior middle school is relatively reasonable, such as age, academic background, professional title, teaching years, etc. On the whole, the level of volleyball skills of teachers is not high, volleyball skills still need to be further strengthened and improved. The volleyball facilities of junior middle schools in Nanjing's main urban area are relatively short. Although most schools can provide a certain number of volleyball facilities, there is still a gap with the "Standard of Sports equipment facilities in Primary and Middle Schools". And most teachers and students are dissatisfied with volleyball facilities. The students in the traditional school of volleyball are generally higher than those in the traditional school of volleyball, and the students who have opened the school in the non-traditional school have a higher degree of affection than the students who have not opened the school; most of the students do not know much about volleyball; most of the students only have a rough grasp of the mats. Hair, transmission and other basic skills, can be proficient and can be applied to the actual game of students are less. 6. The motivation of students to participate in volleyball is clear, but the number of extracurricular volleyball activities is on the low side; in addition to traditional volleyball schools, most schools do not set up volleyball teams, volleyball team construction on the whole presents an unbalanced trend; Most students are willing to take part in volleyball matches, but volleyball matches are less organized. The factors restricting the teaching and development of volleyball in junior middle schools in Nanjing are the degree of leadership attention, the facilities and facilities of the site, the level of teachers' strength, the characteristics of volleyball items themselves, the volleyball match, the volleyball curriculum and the students' interest in volleyball, and so on. In view of the problems existing in volleyball teaching in junior middle schools in Nanjing's main urban areas, the following countermeasures are put forward: first, to change the concept of leadership, and to pay more attention to volleyball; second, to improve the facilities of volleyball venues and equipment and to improve the utilization ratio; third, Strengthen the construction of volleyball teachers and gradually improve the training system; fourth, appropriately weaken the characteristics of volleyball competition; fifth, carry out multi-level, multi-form volleyball matches; sixthly, improve the volleyball curriculum system; seventh, actively strengthen publicity, Strive to create a campus volleyball atmosphere.
