私人健身工作室与高校体育专门人才培养的协同发展研究

【摘要】:现阶段,随着社会经济的快速发展以及人民生活水平的不断提高,同时在国家大力号召全民健身的大背景下,人们的健身意识不断增强,越来越多的人倾向于将更多的时间和精力投入到健身活动中,使得私人健身工作室的发展势头较快。然而,由于私人健身工作室的不断发展,导致其对健身教练的需求量不断扩大。与此同时,当前高校体育专业学生就业困难,就业前景不容乐观。事实表明,当前高校体育专业人才培养与私人健身工作室的需求之间还存在着不协调、不一致,甚至是两者间相互背离的情况。所以说,只有深入了解当前私人健身工作室的发展现状,并及时地对高校体育专业人才的培养情况进行有效的把握,才可能使两者之间逐步实现协同发展,最终为社会培养出合格乃至优秀的体育专业人才,才能更好地符合今后社会发展的现实需要。本研究采用文献资料法、调查问卷法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,以广州市天河区10家不同规模的私人健身工作室为研究对象,通过对私人健身工作室的经营者、管理者、私人健身教练、健身会员以及部分高校体育相关专业的专家进行访谈、调研,以深入了解和把握当前天河区私人健身工作室的运营状况、私人健身教练的基本构成情况以及现阶段高校培养体育专业人才的主要现状,从而为有效推动私人健身工作室的今后发展出谋划策,同时为进一步推动当前高校体育教学和体育专业人才培养模式的变革,以朝着体育专门人才培养的方向发展和提高当前高校体育人才的就业质量提供一定的参考和建议,最终实现两者之间的协同发展,达到双赢的目的。研究得出的主要结论如下:1、广州市天河区作为广州市最为繁荣的地区,是中高端收入人群的聚集地,私人健身工作室主要聚集于中高端小区,平均占地约为100m2,以独立经营为主,课程以教练员与会员一对一会小团体形式进行,其规模有逐年增长的势头。2、广州市天河区私人健身工作室的私人健身教练其年龄呈现出年轻化趋势且文化程度普遍较高。其中,男性多于女性,具有专业指导证书的教练员较多,普遍收入可观。3、健身会员以20-40岁为主要消费群体,其中女性会员明显多于男性会员,会员对健身环境的私密性、健身计划的个性化有较高要求,以教练员的专业素质是否高以及服务是否周到作为选择工作室的主要考虑因素,健身会员对于健身工作室环境、服务满意度较高,对于私人健身教练的知识水平满意度不够理想。4、高校体育教育以及对体育专业人才的培养现状,与当前私人健身工作室的发展之间还未能够紧密的结合起来,两者之间在发展上存在着不协调、不一致的状况。5、当前高等院校体育专业学生在对理论课与实践课的学习方面,并没有形成有效的结合,理论与实践之间存在脱节情况,并且带着功利性学习的态度应对理论课,高校体育专业学生对科研能力的重视程度明显不足,科研能力水平有待提高。6、通过对私人健身工作室的相关研究,不仅可以有效解决很多高校体育专业学生就业难的问题,包括就业机会少、实践能力不强以及缺乏社会经验等,而且也为今后高校的科学研究挖掘并指明了一个新的方向,同时也在很大程度上为今后私人健身工作室与高校体育专业人才培养相结合的研究提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:At the present stage, with the rapid development of the social economy and the improvement of the people's living standard, at the same time, in the background of the national exercise of the national fitness, people's fitness awareness is increasing, more and more people tend to devote more time and energy to the fitness activities, making the development of the private fitness studio more rapid. However, as a result of the continuous development of private fitness studio, the demand for fitness trainers is expanding. At the same time, the employment prospect of college sports students is difficult and the prospect of employment is not optimistic. The fact shows that there is still a disharmony between the training of physical education professionals and the needs of the private fitness studio. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the current situation of the development of the current private fitness studio and the effective grasp of the training situation of the physical education professionals in a timely manner, so that it is possible to realize the coordinated development between the two and develop the qualified and excellent sports major at the end of the society. Talent can better meet the needs of the future social development. This study adopts the literature method, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and other research methods, taking 10 different scale private fitness workshops in Tianhe District, Guangzhou as the research object, through the private fitness studio managers, managers, private fitness. The coach, the fitness members and the experts of some college sports related specialties are interviewed and investigated to understand and grasp the current situation of the private fitness studio in Tianhe District, the basic composition of the personal fitness trainer and the main status of the training of sports professionals at the present stage, so as to promote the private fitness work effectively. In order to further promote the reform of the current college sports teaching and the training mode of sports professionals, it provides some reference and suggestions to develop and improve the quality of the current college sports talents, and finally achieve the coordinated development between the two. The main conclusions of the study are as follows: 1, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, as the most prosperous area in Guangzhou, is the gathering place of middle and high end income groups. The private fitness studio is mainly concentrated in the middle and high end areas, with an average area of about 100m2, based on independent operation, and the course is carried out in a small group form with a coach and a member for a couple of minutes. The size of the private fitness trainer in Tianhe District private fitness studio in Guangzhou, Guangzhou City, has a tendency to be young and highly educated. Among them, there are more men than women. There are more coaches with professional guidance certificates, the general income is.3, and the fitness members are 20-40 years old as the main consumer group. Female members are more than male members. Members have higher requirements for the privacy of the fitness environment, the individualization of fitness programs, the high professional quality of the coaches and the thoughtful service of the service as the main consideration for the studio. The fitness members have higher service satisfaction for the workroom environment and the private fitness teaching. The knowledge level satisfaction of practice is not ideal.4, the college physical education and the training status of sports professionals and the development of the current private fitness studio have not been closely combined. There is a disharmony and inconsistency between the two in the development of the two,.5, the current college physical education students are in the theory course. There is no effective combination with the practice course, and there is a disjointed situation between theory and practice, and with the attitude of utilitarian learning, the students' attention to scientific research ability is obviously insufficient. The level of scientific research ability needs to be raised.6, through the related research on private fitness studio, It can not only effectively solve the problem of many college sports students' difficult employment, including less employment opportunities, poor practical ability and lack of social experience. It also points out a new direction for the scientific research of colleges and universities in the future, and also to a great extent, it is also to a large extent for the future private fitness studio and college sports professionals. The study of the combination of only culture provides a new way of thinking.
