体育硕士健美操方向研究生实践能力培养现状的调查与分析

【摘要】:随着“创新驱动发展战略”及“中国制造2025”国家重大发展战略的实施,我国对高层次应用型人才的需求不断扩大。在体育事业的新形势下,重视对体育硕士专业学位研究生实践能力的培养,已成为社会发展的需要。体育硕士健美操方向研究生,作为应用性要求较强的专业学位研究生,对其实践能力培养现状的分析,将有助于满足社会对其较快适应社会能力及职业能力的需求。本研究采用文献资料、问卷调查、个案分析等研究方法,以成都体育学院全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养方案为基准,对体育硕士健美操方向研究生实践能力培养现状进行了调查。并根据目前所存在的问题进行了原因分析和对策研究,得出了以下结论:1、体育硕士各专业领域的实践能力构成因素尚未进行明确的界定,导致各培养单位对体育硕士实践能力的认识不够清晰、准确。2、我院全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生的培养方案中,有关实践能力培养方面的课程学分占总学分的32.5%,可见我院以学生的就业为导向,注重对学生实践能力的培养。但培养方案的设置内容较为笼统,尚未对体育硕士各专业领域的培养做出具体、有针对性的方案。3、就本研究特定的研究对象而言,实践性课程设置不够合理。一些具有实践性的理论课程设置在选修课中;术科课程内容跟不上行业的前沿,具有灵活创编性的操舞类内容不够新颖和全面。4、实践基地建设的涉及面不够广泛。目前集中在高校进行,个别自主实习的研究生选择非学校的单位进行教学实习。5、实践能力培养的监督评价机制有待进一步完善。术科考核局限在仅对运动能力的考核;专业实践指导的考核尚未有明确的监督考核形式;教学实习仅以学生撰写实习或实践总结报告及实习所在单位的评定进行考评,无法鉴定教学实习的真实效果。校外实践的管理及考核制度有待进一步明确。6、实践能力培养流程有待调整与创新。体育硕士健美操方向研究生第一学年以提高理论知识储备和专项运动能力为主;第二学年以提高教学实践能力为主;第三学年则以科研创作为主。这样的实践能力培养流程的设计,将会造成个人的专项技术能力在毕业找工作之时有所下降。7、双导师制有待进一步落实和完善。目前拥有校外导师的体育硕士健美操方向研究生的数量屈指可数,校外导师资源严重匮乏。所聘任的校外导师资源不够全面,多以有丰富实战经验的体育教师为主,而体育行业企业管理者及资深教练员相对较少。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of "innovation-driven development strategy" and "made in China 2025" national major development strategy, the demand for high-level applied talents is expanding. Under the new situation of sports, it has become the need of social development to pay attention to the cultivation of the practical ability of the postgraduates majoring in physical education. As a professional graduate student with strong application requirements, the analysis of the current situation of practical ability cultivation will be helpful to meet the needs of society to adapt to the social ability and professional ability quickly. This study adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, case analysis and so on. It is based on the full-time professional degree and master's training program of Chengdu Institute of physical Education. This paper investigates the present situation of the cultivation of the practical ability of the postgraduates in the direction of Aerobics for the Master of physical Education. And according to the existing problems of the cause analysis and countermeasures, reached the following conclusions: 1, the composition of the professional field of physical education has not been clearly defined, As a result of the lack of clear and accurate understanding of the practical ability of the Master of physical Education in various training units, in the training program of full-time graduate students of the Master's degree of physical Education in our hospital, The course credit of the training of practical ability accounts for 32.5% of the total credit. It can be seen that our college takes the employment of students as the guide and pays attention to the cultivation of students' practical ability. However, the content of the training program is relatively general, and it has not yet made a specific and targeted plan for the cultivation of various professional fields of the Master of physical Education. As far as the specific research object of this study is concerned, the practical curriculum setup is not reasonable. Some practical theoretical courses are set up in elective courses; the contents of technical courses can not keep up with the frontier of the industry, the contents of dance exercises with flexibility and creativity are not new and comprehensive enough, and the construction of practice bases is not extensive enough. At present, it is concentrated in colleges and universities, and individual graduate students choose non-school units for teaching practice. The supervision and evaluation mechanism of practical ability cultivation needs to be further improved. The examination of technical subjects is limited to the examination of sports ability; the examination of professional practice guidance has not yet had a clear form of supervision and assessment; the teaching practice is evaluated only by the students writing a summary report of practice or practice and the evaluation of the units in which the practice takes place. Unable to identify the true effect of teaching practice. The management and examination system of practice outside school needs to be further clarified, and the training process of practical ability needs to be adjusted and innovated. In the first year of physical education, the direction of aerobics is to improve the theoretical knowledge reserve and special sports ability; the second school year is to improve the ability of teaching practice; the third school year is mainly to create scientific research. The design of this practical ability training process will result in a decline of personal special technical ability at the time of graduation and job search, and the double tutoring system needs to be further implemented and perfected. At present, the number of graduate students with physical education master's aerobics is limited, and the resources of outside tutors are scarce. The resources of the external mentors employed are not comprehensive enough, most of them are physical education teachers with rich experience in actual combat, while the managers and senior coaches of sports enterprises are relatively few.
