第十三届全国冬季运动会观众现场观赛行为的调查研究

【摘要】:国发46号文件指出,发展体育事业和产业是提高中华民族身体素质和健康水平的必然要求,有利于满足群众多样化的体育需求。虽然我国体育产业快速发展,但总规模依然不大、活力不强,还存在某些体制机制缺陷。为贯彻46号文件的精神,国家体育总局制定了《冰雪运动发展规划(2016-2025年)》(简称《规划》)。《规划》指出发展冰雪运动有利于满足群众的体育文化需求,对建设健康中国和体育强国具有重要意义;到2025年实现直接参加冰雪运动的人数超过五千万,并“带动三亿人参与冰雪运动”;为确保该目标的顺利实现,国家相关部门制定了《全国冰雪场地设施建设规划(2016-2022年)》(简称《设施建设规划》)。同年,国家体育总局、国家发改委等23部委联合制定了《群众冬季运动推广普及计划(2016-2020年)》(简称《计划》),亦为该目标的实现提供政策支持。因此,调查分析第十三届全国冬季运动会比赛现场观众的观赛行为,探索影响他们现场观赛的各种因素,了解现场观众对冰雪运动的需求,并有效地提出对策及建议,可以为我国冬运会赛事的举办提供参考,也能更好地促进冰雪运动在新疆乃至全国的推广,并以竞技体育带动大众体育发展。本文采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法等多种方法,对第十三届全国冬季运动会现场观众的观赛行为进行调查研究,通过调查分析得出如下结论:(1)本届冬运会现场观众呈现男女比例均衡、汉族较多、中青年居多并以高文化人口为主。(2)现场观众观赛动机明确,获取比赛信息、门票途径及期望票价与服务等方面特征明显。(3)大部分观众有出席经历,而此次出席的时间与“经营半径理论”不相符。(4)现场观众的观赛素质和对规则的了解程度具有明显的差异,其文明观赛意识较强。(5)交通不便、业余时间与赛事举办时间相冲突是影响观众不到现场观赛的重要因素。(6)现场观众对赛会的总体满意度较高。针对以上调查结果提出以下建议:(1)根据新疆本土情况因地制宜,运用多种语言推广本届冬运会,吸引少数民族现场观赛。(2)通过不同方式促进观众形成良好的观赛行为。(3)制作多样化纪念品宣传冬运会理念。(4)推广休闲体育理念,促进生活方式转变,让更多的人走入赛场,愉悦身心。(5)提高观赛保障体系,以此提升赛会服务质量。(6)以冬运会为契机,推广新疆冰雪运动,吸引疆内外人群。
[Abstract]:Document No. 46 pointed out that the development of sports undertakings and industries is an inevitable requirement for improving the physical fitness and health level of the Chinese nation, and is conducive to meeting the diverse sports needs of the masses. Although our country sports industry develops rapidly, but the total scale is still not big, the vigor is not strong, still has some system mechanism flaw. In order to carry out the spirit of document 46, the State Sports Administration formulated the "Development Plan for Ice and Snow Sports 2016-2025" (abbreviated as "Planning" for short). It is pointed out that the development of ice and snow sports is conducive to meeting the sports and cultural needs of the masses. Important for building a healthy China and a sports power; achieving direct participation in ice and snow sports in excess of 50 million by 2025 and "bringing 300 million people to participate in ice and snow sports"; and to ensure the smooth achievement of this goal, The national ice and snow site facilities construction plan 2016-2022 was formulated by the relevant departments of the state. In the same year, the State General Administration of Sports, the State Development and Reform Commission and other 23 ministries jointly formulated the "popularizing and popularizing Plan for the masses of Winter Sports (2016-2020)", which also provided policy support for the realization of this goal. Therefore, the investigation and analysis of the behavior of the spectators at the 13th National Winter Games, the exploration of various factors that affect their on-site watching, the understanding of the audience's demand for ice and snow sports, and the effective countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. It can provide reference for the holding of winter games in our country, promote the promotion of ice and snow sports in Xinjiang and even the whole country, and promote the development of mass sports with competitive sports. By means of questionnaire, literature, mathematical statistics and other methods, this paper investigates the behavior of the spectators in the Thirteenth National Winter Games. Through the investigation and analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) the proportion of male and female audience in the Winter Games is balanced, the Han nationality is more, the middle and young people are the majority and the high educated population is the main factor.) the motive of the audience watching the match is clear, and the information of the competition is obtained. Ticket routes and expected fares and services are clearly characterized by the majority of the audience who have been present. However, the attendance time does not accord with the "business radius theory." 4) the audience's quality of watching the match and their understanding of the rules are obviously different, and their sense of civilized watching is relatively strong. The conflict between the free time and the running time is an important factor that affects the audience not watching the event on the spot. 6) the overall satisfaction of the audience to the event is high. Based on the above findings, the following suggestions are put forward: (1) according to the local conditions in Xinjiang, we should use various languages to promote this Winter Games. Attract ethnic minorities to watch the games live. 2) through different ways to promote the audience to form a good viewing behavior. 3) to produce a variety of souvenirs to promote the concept of the Winter Games. 4) to promote the concept of leisure sports, to promote lifestyle changes, and to allow more people to enter the arena. (5) improve the security system of watching the games, and improve the service quality of the games. 6) take the winter games as an opportunity to promote the ice and snow sports in Xinjiang and attract the people inside and outside Xinjiang.
