内蒙古自治区蒙古族传统体育开展现状调查研究

【摘要】：本文通过对内蒙古自治区蒙古族主要聚居区:锡林郭勒盟、呼伦贝尔市、赤峰市、通辽市、呼和浩特市5地进行传统体育的实地考察,对内蒙古自治区蒙古族传统体育开展的现状以及学校民族传统体育开展所遇到的问题进行了问卷调查,旨在了解蒙古族一些风俗习惯、地理环境、生产方式、宗教信仰对民族传统体育项目的发展状况和影响,结合文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等方法,对蒙古族传统体育开展现状分析如下:1、蒙古族传统的生活方式和文化特点,是产生草原特色的民族传统体育项目的重要原因。各项目的开展现状受到了地域的影响,其中搏克、赛马、射箭、蒙古象棋和布鲁五个项目具有浓厚的民族特色,在蒙古族传统体育中具有鲜明的代表性。2、蒙古族传统项目是中华民族的文化瑰宝,从传统项目的历史沿革和状况分析来看,是蒙古人与大自然以及动物的竞争中形成的,具有鲜明的民族姓、实用性、传统性、地域性、迁移性和时代性特征。3、在传统体育项目的传承方式中,比赛活动是主要方式。家庭传承在传承过程中具有重要的作用。与此同时,社区也是文化传播的重要载体。现代体育文化的冲击和传统思维观念的淡薄是影响传统体育文化传播的重要因素。4、开展传统体育过程中,中老年人对传统体育的认识,态度和发展方面高于青年人,男性高于女性,而在参与方面青年人明显高于中老年人。但喜爱程度总体下降。接触途径较少,传统体育的开展遇到阻碍。5、学校在开展传统体育项目中,根据不同的年龄阶段开展的项目是不同的,但很多传统项目由于学校考虑学生的安全问题,而限制了其在学校体育课和运动竞赛中的开设,不利于民族传统体育发展和普及。通过探讨民族传统体育传承模式,分析目前面临的困境,最终研究给出蒙古族传统体育发展的建议:重视民族传统体育项目并将其纳入全民健身体系;将蒙古族传统体育与学校现代体育相结合;规范传统体育项目规则,促进传统项目发展;加强家庭和社区传统体育文化认识和建设。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a field study of traditional sports in five main Mongolian areas of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region: Xilinguole League, Hulunbeir City, Chifeng City, Tongliao City, and Hohhot City. The present situation of Mongolian traditional sports in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region and the problems encountered in the development of traditional Mongolian sports in schools were investigated in order to understand some customs, geographical environment and production mode of Mongolian nationality. The development and influence of religious belief on the traditional national sports events, combined with the methods of literature, expert interview, mathematical statistics, etc. The current situation of Mongolian traditional sports development is analyzed as follows: 1. The Mongolian traditional life style and cultural characteristics are the important reasons for the national traditional sports with grassland characteristics. The status quo of each project has been affected by the region. Among them, five projects, namely, Boke, horse racing, archery, Mongolian chess and Blu, have strong national characteristics. The Mongolian traditional sports is the cultural treasure of the Chinese nation. From the historical evolution and condition analysis of the traditional sports, it is formed in the competition between the Mongols and nature and animals. It has distinct national surname, practicability, tradition, region, migration and times. In the traditional sports, competition is the main way. Family inheritance plays an important role in the process of inheritance. At the same time, the community is also an important carrier of cultural communication. The impact of modern sports culture and the weakness of traditional thinking are the important factors affecting the spread of traditional sports culture. In the process of developing traditional sports, the middle and old people have higher understanding, attitude and development of traditional sports than young people. Men are higher than women, and young people are significantly higher in participation than middle and old people. But the overall degree of affection declined. The way of contact is less, the development of traditional sports encountered obstacles. 5, schools in the development of traditional sports, according to different age stages of the project is different, but many traditional projects because schools consider the safety of students, It limits its opening in school physical education and sports competitions, which is not conducive to the development and popularization of traditional national sports. Through probing into the inheritance mode of national traditional sports and analyzing the predicament that it is facing at present, the paper finally gives some suggestions on the development of Mongolian traditional sports: attaching importance to the national traditional sports and bringing them into the national fitness system; Combining Mongolian traditional sports with school modern sports; standardizing the rules of traditional sports to promote the development of traditional sports; strengthening the understanding and construction of traditional sports culture in families and communities.
