黑龙江省高尔夫球运动发展现状调查研究

【摘要】：当今社会的进步、人们生活方式的转变,使体育运动越来越受到人们的关注。随着生活水平的提高,人们不再满足于吃饱穿暖,更多追求身体素质的提高与精神的愉悦。这些因素的出现直接促进了休闲体育运动的兴起,户外运动、远足、高尔夫等新兴体育项目越来越多的受到人们的喜爱。高尔夫作为一种健康,绿色有氧的的休闲运动,从出现便吸引着越来越多人的参与。全国通过清理违章建造的高尔夫球场等手段,来实现高尔夫球场合理规范发展。黑龙江省虽然是高尔夫球运动发展较为落后的一个省份,但是随着黑龙江省经济水平的提升,政府加大第三运动尤其是旅游运动的发展,高尔夫运动也有长足的发展。本文以黑龙江省高尔夫球运动发展现状作为研究对象,通过文献调查、专家访谈、实地调查、比较分析等方法对黑龙江省高尔夫球运动发展现状进行研究,并系统分析自然环境、人才储备及培养、运动布局及结构、市场以及客源、经营管理方式、地方性政策等条件对黑龙江省高尔夫球运动的发展提供科学的理论依据和借鉴方法,从而推动黑龙江省高尔夫球运动的可持续性发展。通过研究得出:黑龙江省高尔夫球运动经过十数年的发展,现已拥有多家标准高尔夫球场以及高尔夫练习场和高尔夫室内模拟练习场。但是由于黑龙江省的地域特点,加之黑龙江省的气候四季变换鲜明,可以进行高尔夫运动的时间基本集中在五月初到十月末,所以高尔夫球运动爱好者人数比较集中,同时借助黑龙江省是避暑、旅游、度假的天堂,也拥有一些高尔夫球游客。黑龙江省的高尔夫球练习场消费价格在全国处于中下游水平,消费人群集中在节假日和周末,采用团购进行体验的人群较多,可以看出大众对高尔夫还是有较高兴趣。高尔夫室内模拟练习场配置设备中绝大部分是进口的模拟机器,国产机器所占的比例相对较少。经调查黑龙江省各个高校当中已经开展高尔夫球专项的学校有:哈尔滨体育学院,黑龙江省冰雪体育职业学院、哈尔滨科学技术职业学院。其中各学校学习高尔夫球专项的学生平均人数在100人以上。黑龙江省在高尔夫球青少年推广方面主要还是依靠各俱乐部自发组织,比较注重盈利,由地方体育局和政府推广基本没有,导致黑龙江省高尔夫后备人才和青少年发展处于全国落后地位。通过调查更加清楚的了解黑龙江省高尔夫球运动的发展现状,黑龙江省需要配合区域特色,充分发挥区域优势,打造出一流高尔夫球旅游品牌;通过建立完善的法制保障体系,促进高尔夫球运动的可持续发展;加大高尔夫球配套运动开发力度,从而推动黑龙江省高尔夫球运动的链条式发展。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the progress of society and the change of people's way of life, people pay more and more attention to sports. With the improvement of living standards, people are no longer satisfied with food and clothing, more pursuit of physical quality and spiritual pleasure. These factors directly promote the rise of leisure sports, outdoor sports, hiking, golf and other emerging sports are more and more popular. Golf, as a healthy, green aerobic leisure sport, has attracted more and more people since its emergence. In order to realize the rational and standardized development of golf course, the whole country can clean up the golf course built in violation of regulations and other means. Although Heilongjiang Province is a backward province in the development of golf, with the improvement of the economic level of Heilongjiang Province, the government has increased the development of the third sport, especially tourism, and golf has also made great progress. This article takes the present situation of Heilongjiang Province golf as the research object, through the literature investigation, the expert interview, the field investigation, the comparative analysis and so on, carries on the research to the Heilongjiang Province golf sports development present situation. It also systematically analyzes the natural environment, talent reserve and training, sports layout and structure, market and source of tourists, management mode, local policy and other conditions to provide scientific theoretical basis and reference methods for the development of golf in Heilongjiang Province. So as to promote the sustainable development of golf in Heilongjiang Province. After more than ten years' development, there are many standard golf courses, golf driving range and indoor simulation driving range in Heilongjiang Province. However, due to the regional characteristics of Heilongjiang Province and the distinct climate changes in Heilongjiang Province, the time for golf can be basically concentrated from the beginning of May to the end of October, so the number of golf enthusiasts is relatively concentrated. At the same time, with the help of Heilongjiang Province is a summer, tourism, vacation paradise, but also some golf tourists. The consumption price of golf driving range in Heilongjiang Province is in the middle and lower reaches of the country, the consumption crowd is concentrated in holidays and weekends, and the group purchase experience is more, it can be seen that the public still has a high interest in golf. Most of the equipments in the indoor simulation driving range are imported analog machines, and the proportion of domestic machines is relatively small. Among the colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province, the ones that have developed golf programs are: Harbin Institute of physical Education, Heilongjiang Academy of Ice and Snow Sports, Harbin Vocational College of Science and Technology. The average number of students studying golf in each school is more than 100. In Heilongjiang Province, the promotion of golf teenagers mainly depends on the spontaneous organization of various clubs and pays more attention to profit. There is basically no promotion by the local sports bureaus and the government. As a result of Heilongjiang Province golf reserve talent and youth development in the country behind. By investigating the current situation of golf in Heilongjiang Province, we need to cooperate with the regional characteristics, give full play to the regional advantages, and create a first-class golf tourism brand. Through the establishment of a sound legal security system, To promote the sustainable development of golf, to increase the development of golf supporting sports, thus to promote the chain development of golf in Heilongjiang Province.
