团队教学模式在高校公共体育排球教学中的实验研究

【摘要】:现阶段我国的体育教学还远不能适应社会发展和时代变革的需要,体育教学改革还依旧在通往目标的路上前进着。新《纲要》已经为我们高校体育教学提供了改革的方向,但是在具体的体育教学中如何去做?这是值得我们探讨的问题。在体育教学改革中,先导是体育教学思想的转变,而基础则是体育教学手段与方法的更新。在经过实践之后,人们却发现在体育教学工作中产生了体育理论与体育实践研究之间分离的现象。而这这种现象正是当时教学改革的形态在某种程度上导致的。在这种情况下,从80年代后期开始出现了体育教学模式的研究。这种体育教学模式的研究是对与教学思想和教学方法密切联系的体育教学过程进行的,对提高教学质量有着非常重要的意义。自我国相关人员开始研究体育教学模式起至今,我们已取得了较多的成果,体育教学模式的种类也是各种各样。其中能够培养团队精神的教学模式,如“小群体教学模式”和“团队教学模式”等,都是符合现代社会需求的。随着社会的发展,我国独生子女增多,而这些子女在家庭中往往是父母极为关注和宠爱的对象,再加上家庭教育的不当,则很容易促使这些独生子女养成以自我为中心的习惯,不能够很好的关心别人和与人相处,当然也就更无法学会竞争与合作共融。正是这种情况下,利用这类教学模式来帮助独生子女类的学生学会如何与同伴沟通、交流与合作,培养他们的团队精神,从而有利于他们的全面发展就显得更为迫切。根据以往的研究成果,以体育学、教育学理论为基础,以团队合作为指导思想,结合河南师范大学公共体育排球教学的实际情况,设计了团队教学模式实验研究方案,通过教学实验研究团队教学模式的应用,提高教学效果。本次实验研究表明,在高校公共体育排球教学中使用团队教学模式是可行的,并且能发挥其独特的作用,同时得出如下结论:1、在高校公共体育排球教学中采用团队教学模式,能够有效促进学生体能的发展,有利于学生健康水平的提高。2、在高校公共体育排球教学中采用团队教学模式,有利于提高学生排球技能。II3、在高校公共体育排球教学中采用团队教学模式,能增强学生团体凝聚力。4、团队教学模式和传统教学模式相比,在多方面具有一定的优势。5、要灵活运用团队教学模式、增强教师综合素质和加强学生学习能力培养。
[Abstract]:At the present stage, the physical education teaching in our country is far from meeting the needs of the social development and the change of the times, and the reform of the physical education teaching is still on the way to the goal. The new outline has already provided the reform direction for our university physical education teaching, but how to do in the concrete physical education teaching? This is a problem worthy of our discussion. In the reform of physical education teaching, the forerunner is the change of physical education teaching thought, and the foundation is the renewal of physical education teaching means and methods. After practice, it is found that the separation between sports theory and sports practice occurs in the teaching of physical education. And this phenomenon is the form of teaching reform at that time, to some extent. In this case, since the late 80 s, there has been a physical education teaching model research. The research of this kind of physical education teaching mode is carried out in the process of physical education which is closely related to the teaching thought and teaching method, and it is of great significance to improve the teaching quality. Since the relevant personnel began to study the physical education teaching model, we have made more achievements, and the types of physical education teaching model are also various. The teaching models which can cultivate team spirit, such as "small group teaching mode" and "team teaching mode", all meet the needs of modern society. With the development of our society, the number of only children in our country has increased, and these children are often the object of great concern and affection of their parents in the family. In addition, it is easy to urge these only children to form the habit of self-centered, in addition to improper family education. If you don't care about others and get along with others, you can't learn to compete and cooperate. In this case, it is more urgent to use this kind of teaching mode to help the one-child students learn how to communicate, communicate and cooperate with their peers, and cultivate their team spirit, which is beneficial to their all-round development. According to the previous research results, based on the theory of physical education and pedagogy, taking team cooperation as the guiding ideology, combining with the actual situation of public sports volleyball teaching in Henan normal University, the experimental research scheme of team teaching model is designed. The application of team teaching model is studied through teaching experiment to improve teaching effect. The experimental study shows that it is feasible to use the team teaching mode in college public sports volleyball teaching, and it can play a unique role. At the same time, the following conclusion is drawn: 1: 1, the team teaching mode is adopted in the public sports volleyball teaching in colleges and universities. It can effectively promote the development of students' physical ability and improve the health level of students. The team teaching mode is adopted in the teaching of public sports volleyball in colleges and universities. It is beneficial to improve the students' volleyball skills .II3, to adopt the team teaching mode in the university public sports volleyball teaching, can enhance the student group cohesive force. 4, the team teaching mode is compared with the traditional teaching mode. It has certain advantages in many aspects. 5. It is necessary to flexibly use the team teaching mode, strengthen the comprehensive quality of teachers and strengthen the cultivation of students' learning ability.
