益阳市中专学校学生亚健康状况及对策研究

【摘要】:目的:随着我国高等院校和中专学校每年的毕业生人数越来越多,社会就业压力也越来越大,中专学生也切实感受到社会就业压力大对自身造成的影响,由此带来的心理压力非常大,学生对自己能否适应社会现实显得也不够自信,再加上中专学生的作息习惯不好,不参加体育锻炼的学生也比较多,学生的亚健康状况就显得不够乐观,有的甚至出现了抑郁学生。在这种情况下,对益阳市四所中专学校进行问卷调查,了解这些学校学生亚健康的现状,剖析学生亚健康状况,为改进学生亚健康状况问题,提供一些借鉴。研究方法:采用问卷调查法和数理统计法,对益阳市中专学校的学生亚健康问题进行调查分析。结论:经过问卷调查的整理和分析,结果发现,第一,益阳中专学校学生总体自测生理健康状况不错,有95%的人自测生理健康情况良好,只有不到5%的人群有生理亚健康问题。第二,有76%的学生自测属于中度心理亚健康,其他人都有不同程度的心理亚健康问题,只有不到1%的份额的人是心理健康人。第三,益阳中专学校学生社会适应亚健康状况比心理亚健康更差,大部分学生处于中度社会适应亚健康状况,占比为58.42%;处于轻度社会适应亚健康状况的学生23.72%;处于重度社会适应亚健康的学生有15.18%;还有0.77%的学生为社会适应亚健康病态。第四,女学生在生理健康方面比男同学好,二年级各项指标均值要比一年级和三年级高等。建议:通过益阳市中专学校学生的亚健康状况分析,提出在我国改善中专学生亚健康问题的建议,第一,建立一种长效的全民健身锻炼机制,一劳永逸地发展我国健身活动;第二,通过学校的各种运动实践,促使学生加强体育锻炼;第三,借助家长的配合,让学生每天转移对电子产品的关注,参与体育锻炼等等措施,帮助学生改善亚健康问题;第四,学生要积极加强体育锻炼,积极参加社会实践,强化自身的社会交际能力等,通过这些措施改善自身的亚健康状况。
[Abstract]:Objective: with more and more graduates of colleges and secondary schools in China each year, the pressure of social employment is increasing, and the students of technical secondary schools also feel the influence of the pressure of social employment on themselves. The psychological pressure brought about by this is very great. Students are not confident enough about whether they can adapt to the social reality. In addition, the students in technical secondary schools do not have good working habits, and more students do not take part in physical exercise. The student's sub-health condition is not optimistic enough, some even appeared the depression student. In this case, four secondary schools in Yiyang City were investigated by questionnaire to find out the present situation of students' sub-health in these schools, to analyze the status of students' sub-health, and to provide some reference for improving the students' sub-health status. Methods: questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics were used to investigate and analyze the sub-health problems of students in Yiyang technical secondary school. Conclusion: through the questionnaire survey and analysis, the results show that, first, the self-rated physiological health of students in Yiyang Technical Secondary School is good, 95% of the students have good self-rated physical health, and less than 5% of the population have physical sub-health problems. Second, 76% of the students rated themselves as moderate mental sub-health, others had different degree of mental sub-health problems, and only less than 1% of the students were psychologically healthy. Third, the students of Yiyang Polytechnic School have worse social adaptation than mental sub-health. Most of the students are in moderate social adaptation to sub-health. The proportion was 58.42; the students in mild social adaptation were 23.722; the students in severe social adaptation were 15.18; and 0.77% of students were ill with social adaptation. Fourth, female students are better than male students in physical health, the average of every index in grade two is higher than that in grade one and grade three. Suggestions: based on the analysis of the sub-health status of the students in Yiyang technical secondary school, some suggestions are put forward to improve the sub-health of the secondary school students in China. First, establish a long-term national fitness training mechanism to develop the fitness activities of our country once and for all. Second, through the school's various sports practice, urges the student to strengthen the physical exercise; third, with the help of the parent's cooperation, lets the student transfer the attention to the electronic product every day, participates in the physical exercise and so on the measure and so on, helps the student to improve the sub-health question; Fourth, students should actively strengthen physical exercise, actively participate in social practice, strengthen their own social communicative competence, and improve their sub-health through these measures.
