新一轮校园足球背景下延吉市足球特色学校教练员执教现状调研报告

【摘要】:新一轮校园足球提出了"八大任务"必是校园足球的新方法,新思路,因此认真把握和理解"八大任务"是理解新校园足球整体设计的重要途径,由此极大地推动了我国青少年足球教育事业的开展。而各类足球教练员作为校园足球教育的实施者与策划者更是"八大任务"工作中的重要一环,其素质直接影响到校园足球教育工作的开展效率和质量。基于此,本论文通过对延吉市足球特色学校教练员执教现状进行调研,分析新校园足球背景下基层足球特色学校教练员的基本素质、训练理念、指教方法等方面的实际问题,为本地区在新校园足球大环境中更好地开展足球活动提出改进的建议。本文主要研究新校园背景下延吉市足球特色学校教练员基本情况执教现状,通过文献资料法,专家访谈法,问卷调查法和数理统计法,对延吉市足球特色学校教练员执教现状进行调查研究。经研究得出以下结论;1、目前延吉市足球特色学校教练员队伍年轻富有活力,学历基本本科化,职称配置合理。同时足球教练员拥有高级别岗位等级的太少。2、目前延吉市足球特色学校足球教练员,师资队伍现状存在一系列解决的问题,学术能力明显偏低,不具备专业知识理论支持与实践脱节。3、足球师资培训是我国校园足球发展活动过程中师资建设的一个重要的组成,本地区各地相关机关组织在教练员培训项目中非常支持。为延吉校园足球的发展作出贡献。4、新校园足球背景下,校长和家长对教练员执教工作非常支持与重视。对延吉市校园足球的发展造成良好的环境和局面。5、延吉市足球特色学校足球教练员对统一大纲认识较浅,这也是延吉市校园足球发展的一大问题。建议:1、应提高足球特色学校师资队伍的专业水平。应重视高级别足球专业师资的引进,加大研究生学历的足球教练员比例,使延吉市校园足球教练员的专业指教水平得到提高。2、加强足球特色学校足球教练员的对青少年足球训练理论的系统性培训。聘请延边大学、全国校园足球讲师等专家学者有计划地定期组织培训,建立教练员受训分数评价制与教练员等级相结合的培训机制。3、应组织相关专业人员编制出符合本地区特点的统一的训练大纲。组织由专家学者组成的编写组,根据足球运动的特点和青少年足球训练新的理念,撰写符合本地区不同年龄组的足球教学训练指南(大纲),同时以此为标准建立校园足球训练的评价体系。4、坚决贯彻执行每周一节足球课,同时保障足球特色学校足球训练时间。5、有关决策部门持续性地做好家长和校长的激励机制,以一点带面,普及与提高相结合,使延吉市校园足球活动健康发展。
[Abstract]:The new round of campus football has put forward that "eight major tasks" must be a new method and new thinking of campus football. Therefore, it is an important way to understand the overall design of new campus football to grasp and understand the "eight major tasks" seriously. This has greatly promoted the development of youth football education in China. As the implementers and planners of campus football education, all kinds of football coaches play an important role in the work of "eight major tasks", whose quality directly affects the efficiency and quality of campus football education. Based on this, this paper through the Yanji football characteristic school coach teaching present situation carries on the investigation, analyzes the basic quality, the training idea, the instruction method and so on actual question of the basic level soccer characteristic school coach under the new campus soccer background. Some suggestions for the improvement of football activities in the new campus football environment are put forward. This paper mainly studies the current situation of coaches teaching in Yanji Football characteristic School under the new campus background, through the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. The present situation of coaches teaching in Yanji Football characteristic School is investigated and studied. The conclusions are as follows: at present, the coaches of Yanji Football characteristic School are young and energetic, their academic qualifications are basically undergraduate, and their professional titles are reasonable. At the same time, the football coaches have too few high-level posts. 2. At present, there are a series of problems solved by the football coaches and teachers of Yanji Football characteristic School, and the academic ability is obviously low. There is no theoretical support and practice with professional knowledge. 3. Football teacher training is an important component of the construction of teachers in the process of campus football development activities in our country, and the relevant organizations in the region are very supportive in the coaches training projects. Contribution to the development of Yanchi campus football. Under the background of new campus football, the principal and parents support and attach great importance to the coaching work of coaches. The development of campus football in Yanji has created a good environment and situation. 5. The football coaches of Yanji football characteristic school have a shallow understanding of the unified outline, which is also a big problem in the development of Yanji campus football. It is suggested that the professional level of football characteristic school teachers should be improved. We should pay attention to the introduction of high-level football teachers and increase the proportion of football coaches with graduate degrees. So that the professional instruction level of the football coaches in Yanji City is improved, and the systematic training of the football coaches of the football characteristic schools on the theory of juvenile football training is strengthened. Engaging experts and scholars such as Yanbian University, National Campus Football Lecturers, etc., to organize regular training in a planned manner. In order to establish a training mechanism which combines the evaluation system of coaches' training scores with the coaches' grade, the relevant professionals should be organized to compile a uniform training outline according to the characteristics of the region. Organize a writing group composed of experts and scholars, according to the characteristics of football and the new concept of youth football training, Write a guide for football teaching and training in accordance with different age groups in the region (outline and set up a school football training evaluation system. 4) resolutely implement the weekly football class. At the same time, the football training time of football characteristic school should be ensured. The relevant decision-making departments should continuously do well the incentive mechanism of parents and principals, and combine the popularization with improvement to make the campus football activities in Yanji develop healthily.
