【摘要】:随着世界各国高水平乒乓球运动员技战术水平的不断提升,运动员之间技术水平的差距越来越小,加上运动员之间的身体素质相差无几,那么对乒乓球运动员心理素质和心理品质的训练就成为提高运动成绩争取比赛胜利的关键条件之一。 在心理素质中,,情绪与认知风格都是非常重要的因素,其与环境因素共同起作用影响乒乓球运动员的成绩。探讨比赛情境、情绪与认知风格对乒乓球运动员成绩的影响,搞清楚影响比赛成绩的心理因素,为今后在日常训练中对运动员进行相应的情绪调控与认知训练,教会他们情绪、认知训练的方法与策略,也为教练员科学地指导和训练乒乓球运动员提供依据。中国乒乓球残奥队运动员作为一个十分特殊的群体,不仅有着普通运动员的心理特征,还有残疾人特有的心理特点。由于他们长期生活在枯燥的训练和紧张频繁的比赛中,承担着比正常人更大的心理压力。因此,研究在不同比赛情境下,探明情绪这一特殊心理因素对不同认知风格残疾人乒乓球运动员成绩的影响,让残疾人乒乓球运动员接受适当的心理训练是很有必要的。 本研究共分为四个研究: 研究一,以29名在山东师范大学乒乓球训练基地集训的中国乒乓球残奥队运动员为被试,用《镶嵌图形测验》为测量工具,调查中国残奥队乒乓球运动员的认知风格,了解各位运动员的认知风格类型。 研究二,以13名场依存型认知风格残奥队乒乓球运动员为被试,采用2(比赛情境:比分落后与比分领先)X2(情绪:积极情绪与消极情绪)两因素被试内设计,探讨比赛情境与情绪及二者相互作用对场依存认知风格中国乒乓球残奥队运动员“前三板”技术质量的影响。 研究三,以16名场独立型认知风格中国乒乓球残奥队运动员为被试,也是采用2(比赛情境:比分落后与比分领先)X2(情绪:积极情绪与消极情绪)两因素被试内设计,探讨比赛情境与情绪及二者相互作用对场独立认知风格中国乒乓球残奥队运动员“前三板”技术质量的影响。 研究四,以29名中国乒乓球残奥队运动员为被试,采用2(比赛情境:比分落后与比分领先)X2(情绪:积极情绪与消极情绪)X2(认知风格:场依存与场独立)三因素混合设计,探讨比赛情境、情绪、认知风格及三者相互作用对中国乒乓球残奥队运动员“前三板”技术质量的影响及影响程度的大小。 根据实验结果与分析,得出的结论如下: (1)29名中国残奥队乒乓球运动员以场独立型认知风格为主。 (2)比赛情境、情绪对不同认知风格乒乓球运动员“前三板”技术质量有影响,且比赛情境的影响要强于情绪,对场依存型认知风格运动员运动成绩的影响要大于场独立型认知风格运动员;但认知风格对乒乓球运动员“前三板”技术质量没有影响。 (3)比赛情境与情绪存在相互作用对场依存认知风格乒乓球运动员“前三板”技术质量有影响。 (4)比赛情境、情绪分别与认知风格存在交互作用对乒乓球运动员“前三板”技术质量有影响。 (5)各因素对乒乓球运动员“前三板”技术质量影响的程度大小依次为:比赛情境、情绪、认知风格。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the technical and tactical level of the high level table tennis players in the world, the gap between the athletes' technical level is becoming smaller and smaller, and the physical quality of the athletes is different. Then the training of the psychological quality and psychological quality of the table tennis players is the key condition for the success of the competition. One of.
In psychological quality, both emotion and cognitive style are very important factors. It affects the performance of table tennis players together with the environmental factors. The influence of competition situation, emotion and cognitive style on the performance of table tennis players is discussed, and the factors that affect the performance of the game are clear. The corresponding emotional regulation and cognitive training teach them emotion, the method and strategy of cognitive training. It also provides the basis for coaches to guide and train table tennis players scientifically. As a very special group, Chinese table tennis players have not only the psychological characteristics of ordinary athletes, but also the special heart of the disabled. As a result of their long life in boring training and frequent competition, they bear more psychological pressure than normal people. Therefore, the study of the influence of the special psychological factors on the achievements of the disabled table tennis players in different cognitive styles in different competition situations makes the table tennis players of the disabled accept the acceptance. Proper psychological training is necessary.
This study is divided into four studies.
In the first place, 29 Chinese table tennis athletes who were trained at the Shandong Normal University table tennis training base were tested by the Chinese table tennis players who were trained in the table tennis training base. The cognitive style of the Chinese Paralympic table tennis players was investigated and the cognitive styles of the athletes were investigated by the "mosaic graph test" as the measuring tool.
Study two, taking 13 field dependent cognitive style Paralympic table tennis players as subjects, using 2 (mood, positive and negative emotions) X2 (mood: positive emotion and negative emotion) in the trial of table tennis players, the competition situation and emotion and the mutual cognitive style of Chinese table tennis Paralympics with field dependent cognitive style were discussed. The influence of the technical quality of the "top three boards".
In study three, Chinese table tennis players with 16 field independent cognitive styles were tested by Chinese table tennis players, and the two factors were designed in 2 (game situation: score lag and score lead) X2 (emotion: positive emotion and negative emotion), and the interaction between competition situation and emotion and the interaction of the two parties on the field independent cognitive style of Chinese table tennis disability. According to the experimental results and analysis, the conclusions are as follows:
(1) 29 Chinese Paralympic team table tennis players are mainly independent cognitive styles.
(2) the situation of the competition situation, the emotion affects the technical quality of the top three boards of the table tennis players with different cognitive styles, and the influence of the competition situation is stronger than the emotion. The influence on the athletic performance of the field dependent cognitive style athletes is greater than that of the field independent cognitive style athletes; but the cognitive style is the "top three board" technique of the table tennis players. The quality has no effect.
(3) the interaction between competition situation and emotion has an influence on the technical quality of the first three boards of the field dependent cognitive style table tennis players.
(4) competition situation and emotion interact with cognitive style respectively, which have an impact on the quality of table tennis players.
