“体教结合”视角下江苏省艺术体操后备人才培养的研究

【摘要】:江苏省艺术体操队在经历了上世纪90年代和本世纪初的辉煌之后,成绩出现严重滑坡现象,后备人才匮乏成为艺术体操人的困惑。在我国竞技体育后备人才培养由“举国体制”体校模式向“体教结合”学校模式转变的今天,江苏省艺术体操后备人才培养过程中出了哪些问题、如何解决,是本文研究的出发点。本文以科学发展观为理论指导,通过查阅文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理分析等研究方法,回顾了“体教结合”培养竞技体育后备人才的产生与发展历程,探讨了 “体教结合”的本质特征和基本发展规律,并通过对江苏省艺术体操后备人才培养现状的调查与客观分析,提出新时期通过“体教结合”培养后备人才的策略。主要结论如下:(1)江苏省艺术体操后备人才的培养目标依然是以“培养竞技体育后备人才”为主,缺乏多层次培养人才的思想定位,在一定程度上制约了该项目的普及性发展。(2)艺术体操体校学生已经全部纳入到有“九年义务教育”阶段的学校,“体教结合”模式在形式上完成了体育与教育部门之间的合作,管理主体由体校转向学校,管理方法与手段期待创新。(3)资源整合后,艺术体操后备人才训练的基本条件得到保障,但依然存在升学渠道不畅、教练员训练水平有待提高、选材育才等遗留问题。(4)学训方面,学生每周坚持8-10小时的训练,约41%的学生认为训练“累”。对文化课学习的情况调查发现,学生的自我评价较好,但管理人员认为一般。(5)学生的训练动机,依次为塑造身材提高气质、锻炼身体、获得运动特长等,从培养专业运动员的视角看,训练动机较低。影响学生坚持训练的因素依次为进步缓慢、伤病困扰、文化课成绩下降等。(6)艺术体操教练员呈年轻化、高学历化趋势,科研能力、执教经验期待进一步提高。(7)江苏省艺术体操后备人才的“体教结合”处于阶段性普及时期,目前仅体现在小学阶段,此后直至退役为专业化训练阶段,普通中学、大学对艺术体操运动员的招生指标较少。
[Abstract]:After the glory of the 1990s and the beginning of this century, the achievements of Jiangsu Art Gymnastics team showed a serious decline, and the shortage of reserve personnel became the confusion of rhythmic gymnasts. Today, when the training of reserve talents of competitive sports in our country is changing from "national system" to "combination of sports and education", what problems have emerged and how to solve the problems in the process of cultivating reserve talents of rhythmic gymnastics in Jiangsu Province. Is the starting point of this study. Under the guidance of scientific concept of development, through consulting literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical analysis and other research methods, this paper reviews the production and development process of "combination of sports and education" to train reserve talents of competitive sports. This paper probes into the essential characteristics and basic development rules of the combination of physical education and education, and through the investigation and objective analysis of the present situation of cultivating reserve talents of rhythmic gymnastics in Jiangsu Province, puts forward the strategy of cultivating reserve talents through the combination of sports and education in the new period. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the training goal of the reserve talents of rhythmic gymnastics in Jiangsu Province is still to "train the reserve talents of competitive sports", lacking the ideological orientation of cultivating talents at different levels. To a certain extent, the popularization of the project has been restricted. (2) the students of rhythmic gymnastics sports school have all been brought into the schools with the stage of "nine-year compulsory education", and the "combination of physical education and education" model has formally completed the cooperation between sports and education departments. The main body of management changes from sports school to school, management method and means expect innovation. 3) after the integration of resources, the basic conditions of reserve talent training of rhythmic gymnastics are guaranteed, but there are still not enough channels for further study, and the training level of coaches needs to be improved. About 41% of the students thought that the training was "tired". The investigation on the study of culture course found that the students' self-evaluation was better, but the management thought that the training motivation of the students was, in turn, to build their physique, improve their temperament, exercise their bodies, and acquire their sports specialty, etc. From the perspective of training professional athletes, training motivation is low. The factors that affect the students' persistence in training are slow progress, injury and injury troubles, and the decline of cultural class results, etc.) rhythmic gymnastics coaches show a trend of younger age, higher academic qualifications, scientific research ability, etc. Teaching experience looks forward to further improving the "combination of physical education and teaching" of the reserve talents of rhythmic gymnastics in Jiangsu Province. At present, it is only reflected in the primary school stage, after which time it is retired to the stage of professional training, and the ordinary middle school, There are few enrollment indexes for rhythmic gymnasts in universities.
