足球改革背景下江西省校园足球特色学校发展瓶颈及突破策略研究

【摘要】：从几些年前起,我国男足在世界大赛中的成绩就开始屡屡不堪入目,这不禁让国人产生了疑问,我国足球队到底怎么了?为了普及和提高足球运动水平,我国创造性地实施了发展职业足球、推广校园足球和建设校园足球特色学校的改革。在这样的足球改革背景下,本研究以教育部2015年和2016年遴选的江西省内的校园足球特色学校为调查对象,采用文献资料、调查问卷和专家访谈等方法对江西省足球特色学校发展的瓶颈和突破策略进行分析,旨在为更好地促进江西省乃至全国中小学校园足球特色学校建设,加快足球运动在学校体育建设中的前进步伐提供参考。研究结果表明:第一,江西省校园足球特色学校数量在地区间分布不均衡,小学、初中和高中的足球特色学校呈现出“断崖式”的递减现象,拥有衔接高中足球特色学校职能的职业俱乐部发展落后。第二,足球特色学校在“足球课教学”、“足球队训练”、“观念因素”、“足球课外活动”和“足球队竞赛”等5个方面存在的问题是江西省校园足球特色学校发展的瓶颈。第三,加强校园足球特色学校的足球课程建设,确保校园足球队合理训练,树立长远发展校园足球的观念,优化课外足球活动结构和构建与全国校园足球联赛相衔接的足球竞赛体系是江西省校园足球特色学校突破发展瓶颈的重要举措。根据以上研究结果,提出的建议如下:一是逐步均衡校园足球地域资源分布,消除江西省校园足球特色学校发展的地域差距和城乡差距;大力推动高中校园足球特色学校建设,最终形成“小学→初中→高中→大学”的校园足球发展内部机制。二是提高教练员总体素质,合理安排学校足球课教学,普及学生课外足球运动参与度,贯彻落实“体教结合”的校园足球特色学校发展方式。三是加强资金投入力度,完善校园足球竞赛体系,加快发展校园足球高中部与职业足球俱乐的衔接、规模与质量。
[Abstract]:From a few years ago, China's men's soccer team in the world began to fail to see the results of the game, this can not help but let the Chinese people have questions, our football team in the end how? In order to popularize and improve the level of football, our country has creatively implemented the reform of developing professional football, popularizing campus football and constructing the characteristic school of campus football. Against this background of football reform, this study is based on the campus football schools in Jiangxi province selected by the Ministry of Education in 2015 and 2016. The methods of questionnaire and expert interview are used to analyze the bottleneck and breakthrough strategy of the development of the characteristic school of football in Jiangxi Province, in order to promote the construction of the characteristic school of football on campus in Jiangxi province and even in the whole country. To speed up the pace of football in the school sports construction to provide reference. The results show that: first, the number of football characteristic schools on campus in Jiangxi Province is not evenly distributed among different regions, and the football characteristic schools in primary, junior middle and high schools show a decreasing phenomenon of "cliff-style". The professional club which has the function of connecting the high school football characteristic school is backward in development. Second, the problems existing in football characteristic schools in five aspects, such as "football teaching", "football training", "concept factors", "football extracurricular activities" and "football competition", are the bottleneck of the development of the characteristic school of campus football in Jiangxi Province. Third, to strengthen the football curriculum construction of the school with campus football characteristics, to ensure the reasonable training of the campus football team, and to establish the concept of long-term development of campus football. Optimizing the structure of extracurricular football activities and constructing the soccer competition system which is connected with the national campus football league is an important measure to break through the bottleneck of the development of the characteristic school of campus football in Jiangxi Province. According to the above research results, the following suggestions are put forward: first, to gradually balance the distribution of campus football regional resources, to eliminate the regional gap and the urban-rural gap in the development of the characteristic school of campus football in Jiangxi Province, and to promote the construction of the characteristic school of campus football in senior high school. Finally, the internal mechanism of campus football development is formed. Second, it is necessary to improve the overall quality of coaches, arrange the teaching of football courses in schools reasonably, popularize the participation of students in extracurricular football, and carry out the development mode of the characteristic schools of campus football which combines physical education with physical education. Third, strengthen the investment of funds, perfect the system of campus football competition, speed up the development of campus football high school and professional football music link, scale and quality.
