北京体育大学创建国家级青少年户外体育活动营地的研究

【摘要】：随着学校体育课程改革不断深化,青少年户外体育活动营地作为学校体育的延伸显得越发重要。建设青少年户外体育营地能够拓展青少年体育活动空间,有效解决目前青少年户外体育活动开展存在的困境。而高等院校,尤其是体育类院校,作为培养体育人才的重要基地,具有户外体育活动的环境、场地、设施等综合优势。因此,以高等体育院校为平台创建青少年户外体育活动营地,实现资源社会化服务,是对营地发展模式的补充和有益尝试。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、个案分析法、实地考察法、访谈法、数理统计法,结合浙江农林大学国家级青少年户外体育活动营地建设的基本情况与经验,对北京体育大学进行国家级青少年户外体育活动营地创建的SWOT分析,从营地的场地规划、项目设置、组织结构、安全机制及运营流程方面提出模型规划及创建计划。研究结论:(1)北京体育大学拥有青少年户外体育活动营地创建的优势与机会,也面临着营地运营管理经验不足的劣势与威胁,根据SWOT分析得出战略组合计划,可以发挥优势弥补劣势,利用机会应对威胁,使营地创建成为可能。(2)北京体育大学国家级青少年户外体育活动营地模型建设以规范性、实践性、人文性、发展性为创建原则,规划为活动区、生活服务区和后勤保障区三大功能区。设置拓展训练、攀岩、先锋工程、自然教育、露营、野外生存、定向运动、应急自护、特色体验九类活动项目,在组织机构、安全机制构建、运营流程设计上坚持以人为本,充分突出青少年的主体地位。(3)北京体育大学国家级青少年户外体育活动营地建设共分为四个阶段,计划用时三年,分别完成营地模型创建、营地建设及营地开放,并于2018年完成国家级青少年户外体育活动营地申报书,正式提出申报。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of school physical education curriculum, the outdoor sports activity camp is becoming more and more important as the extension of school sports. The construction of youth outdoor sports camp can expand the space of youth sports activities and effectively solve the difficulties existing in the development of juvenile outdoor sports activities. As an important base for training sports talents, colleges and universities, especially sports colleges, have the comprehensive advantages of outdoor sports environment, venues, facilities and so on. Therefore, it is a supplementary and beneficial attempt to establish the youth outdoor sports activity camp and realize the socialization service of resources on the platform of higher sports colleges and universities. This paper uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, case analysis, field investigation, interview, mathematical statistics, combined with the basic situation and experience of the construction of the national youth outdoor sports camp in Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University. The SWOT analysis of the establishment of the national youth outdoor sports camp in Beijing University of physical Education was carried out, and the model planning and creating plan were put forward from the aspects of site planning, project setting, organization structure, safety mechanism and operation process of the camp. Conclusion: 1) Beijing physical Education University has the advantages and opportunities of setting up outdoor sports camp for teenagers, and also faces the disadvantage and threat of lacking experience in camp operation and management. According to the SWOT analysis, the strategic combination plan is obtained. We can make use of the advantages and disadvantages, take advantage of the opportunity to deal with the threat, make it possible to establish the camp. 2) the establishment principle of the national youth outdoor sports camp model of Beijing University of physical Education is normative, practical, humanistic and developmental. Planning for the activity area, life service area and logistics support area three major functional areas. Set up development training, rock climbing, pioneer engineering, nature education, camping, field survival, orienteering, emergency self-care, characteristic experience nine kinds of activities, in organizational structure, safety mechanism construction, business process design adhere to people-oriented, The construction of the national youth outdoor sports camp of Beijing University of physical Education is divided into four stages, and the plan takes three years to complete the establishment of the camp model, the construction of the camp and the opening of the camp, respectively. And in 2018 to complete the national youth outdoor sports camp declaration, formal declaration.
