【摘要】：中华大地,地大物博,中国传统武术是中华民族文化的瑰宝,不同地域环境造就地方的色彩斑斓,刘家拳属于北派拳系,从形成到发展历经坎坷,又客观存在于宁夏西吉县,是本地区的文化财富。宁夏回族自治区属于西部地区,固原市西吉县位于宁夏回族自治区南部,六盘山西麓,地处黄土高原中心地带,生态环境脆弱“十年九旱”,灾害频繁,资源匮乏。本地区为回族聚居之地,在极其艰苦的条件下生存,其民风彪悍,具有尚武精神。刘家拳作为一种文化载体,在这样一个自然文化环境中发展,困难重重,极大阻碍了刘家拳的传播与发展,传承百年历史的刘家拳独具民族特色,对刘家拳的挖掘整理与发展研究是一项艰巨而又具有深远意义的工程,要对刘家拳从全方位进行研究。本文所选取宁夏回族自治区地市级非物质文化遗产地方拳种西吉县刘家拳挖掘拳整理与发展为研究对象,采用了文献资料法、田野调查法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法等对其进行研究。研究结果如下:1刘家拳根植于宁夏回族自治区西吉县,它的形成与发展深受本地区的自然生态环境,人文社会环境影响,艰辛流传至今。2刘家拳是清朝同治年间的拳术,创始人刘胜武曾前后三次拜师学艺,从事镖师之职,押送皮毛,食盐,往返于陕西、甘肃、河北等地。刘正清为刘胜武之子,具有极高的武学修为,中华人民共和国建国初是刘家拳发展鼎盛时期。刘家拳传承至今已有百年历史,具有独特风格。传承方式只有血缘传承与师徒传承。3刘家拳具有完整的技术体系,主要内容包括:拳术、器械、对练、功法和训练方法练习等。刘家拳根基稳固,行步如踩云,蹋步而稳,动如奔涛,静如山岳,进如风雨,退若磐石的刘家风范。注重阴阳变换,进身短打,拳耍五式,棍打三盘技术特点。刘家拳朴实无华,身灵步活,意气相随,变化多端,刚柔相济,结构严谨,“尚阳刚之势,崇阴柔之美”的独特风格特点。4通过对刘家拳习练者调查研究,其文化程度偏低,对刘家拳的总体认识不够,学习途径太过单一,面临失传危险,传承方式方法不够完善,宣传推广力度不够,师资力量较弱,刘家拳在传播过程中过于保守等。5刘家拳集健身价值,技击价值,观赏价值,教育与文化价值于一身,培养吃苦耐劳、持之以恒、坚持不懈的意志品质。为更好深入研究刘家拳与其发展,需要政府扶持,科研人员的研究,文化传播等多个方面着手才能更好的传承发展刘家拳。为此提出以下六点建议:1当地政府应加大刘家拳的保护力度与重视。正确指导刘家拳省级非物质文化遗产申报,增加资金投入,成立非物质文化遗产研究会。2刘家拳应借助或构建非物质文化遗产的科研机构。增加刘家拳理论研究,和本地区影响力。3刘家拳应要自身发奋图强。在传承发展中突破旧观念,大胆创新,在训练方法上应弃其糟粕,取其精华,与现代训练理论相结合,与科学接轨,提高武术训练效果。4应建立刘家拳的标准化体系。将刘家所以拳术进行归纳整理,并且标准化,编辑成册,录制刘家拳武术教学视频等。5刘家拳传播与发展要与时俱进。借助互联网、电视频道等进行宣传,并且要吸引文化程度较高的习练者。6政府相关部门应当注重本地区文化建设,响应国家政策,让刘家拳走进校园,建立文化特色。
