南宁市高校拓展训练性体育课程设置与教学的分析研究

【摘要】:高校拓展训练性体育课程是贯彻落实2002年和2003年教育部颁发的两个重要文件的精神,《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》与《全国普通高等学校体育教育本科专业课程方案》这两个文件分别体现了对课改的政策支持。随着我国教育部新《纲要》的颁发与实施,以及社会对素质教育理念和拓展训练学习方式的认同,与其相适应的体育课程也应运而生。“拓展训练性体育课程”是以《纲要》确定的运动参与与技能、身心健康、社会适应等为目标,充分地显示了体育功能与文化内涵的多元化价值。当前,在我国许多高校都具备了开设拓展训练性体育课程的条件,并且部分院校已开展实施。本研究在查阅《学校体育学》、《拓展》、《学校拓展训练》、《体育教学论》、《新课程的教学改革》、《体验教育创新—原理与方法》、《运动训练学》、《社会学研究方法》等书籍,以及大量文献资料的基础上,综合运用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,以广西大学、广西大学行健文理学院、广西民族大学、广西民族大学相思湖学院、广西体育高等专科学校、广西医科大学的拓展训练性体育课程设置与教学情况为研究对象,以这六所院校的校领导、授课教师、学生为调查分析对象,对高校拓展训练性体育课程的内涵、结构、特点、功能,拓展训练项目分析等进行理论研究,结合南宁市高校拓展训练性体育课程开展实际情况,完成调查分析,得到以下结论:1.在“健康第一”、“全面发展”、“以人为本”的指导思想下,南宁市有10所高校开设了拓展训练性体育课程,但相对来说开课院校较少,其设置形式主要是以选修课为主,一种是结合学校情况,改进创新后引入拓展训练项目,另一种是在引入拓展训练方法的理念下,将拓展训练与传统体育项目相结合。2.南宁市高校拓展训练性体育课程体系不完善,暂时还未形成专业课,课时比重所占比率不高,理论课比重低,大多教师把相关理论知识穿插在技能课中讲说,专职教师少。课程内容主要有定向、攀岩、和拓展训练项目,学生很喜欢冒险,喜欢挑战,最受学生欢迎的是野外项目,其次是水上项目、高空项目。由于场地限制以及安全考虑,高校开设最多的场地项目的拓展训练性体育课程依然受到学生喜爱。3.南宁市高校拓展训练性体育课程课程模式主要是课内外一体化和半传统模式,教材方面,主要是学校订购教材,拓展训练教师队伍比较年轻化,具备一定的管理学、体育学、心理学知识,但社会阅历和教学能力还不是特别丰富,不能在分享环节中充分引导互换感悟,也只有少部分教师经过培训获得拓展教师证书或相关从业资格证书。从专业技术层面上来说,与拓展相关的培训体系还不完善,目前南宁高校的拓展授课教师还难以保障拓展项目开展的效果和参训学生的心理历程,还不能满足学校拓展训练的发展需求。4.学生对拓展训练认知程度不高,参与度很高,喜欢这种体验式学习方式。学生选课动机、教学目标、教学效果一致性程度不高,主要是上课过于流程化,比较形式化,缺乏实质教学内容,拓展训练的价值功能在南宁高校还没有完全开发利用;拓展训练性体育课程的师生关系变化多样,学生不在是单单的从教师身上和自己的队友同学身上获得知识,而是主要从环境与项目体验和自己的反思与思考获得学习感悟;教师的角色在学生眼中变成了任务的设计布置者、任务的检验者、任务的参与者、安全员、观察记录,帮助回顾、旁观者、知识的讲授者等,不再单单为知识传播者;学校的安全措施主要是宣传到位,其次是制定安全规章制度和购买保险。5.调查结果一致认为拓展训练是体育综合类课程;关于拓展训练在高校的发展前景问题,57.1%的授课老师非常看好,42.9%的授课老师认为发展前景一般;领导支持、师资、拓展训练场地器材与资金是制约南宁市高校拓展训练性体育课程发展的主要因素。
[Abstract]:The development of training courses in Colleges and universities is the spirit of carrying out the two important documents issued by the Ministry of education in 2002 and 2003. The two documents, such as the guiding outline of the physical education course of the national colleges and universities and the program of the undergraduate course of the national colleges and universities, reflect the policy support for the curriculum reform. The issue and implementation of the new outline of the Ministry of education, as well as the identity of the society to the concept of quality education and the way of developing the training and learning, have also emerged as the times require. "Expanding the training course" is the goal of the sports participation and skills determined by the outline, the physical and mental health, the social adaptation and so on, which fully shows the sports work. At present, many colleges and universities in our country have the conditions of opening up training physical education courses, and some colleges and universities have carried out the implementation. This study is in the study of "School Physical Education >", "Development >", "school expansion training >", "PE teaching theory >", "new curriculum teaching reform >" "experience education innovation principle and prescription". "Law >," sports training > "," sociological research method > "and other books, and a large number of documents based on the comprehensive use of literature, questionnaire survey and other research methods, Guangxi University, Guangxi University, Guangxi University For Nationalities, Guangxi University For Nationalities to the Lake College, Guangxi University For Nationalities Developing the training physical education curriculum and teaching situation as the research object, taking the school leaders of the six colleges and universities, the teaching teachers and the students as the investigation and analysis object, the connotation, structure, characteristics, function, expansion of the training program analysis of the colleges and universities are studied, and the training courses are expanded in Nanning colleges and universities. Carry out the actual situation, complete the investigation and analysis, and get the following conclusions: 1. under the guidance of "health first", "overall development" and "people-oriented", there are 10 colleges and universities in Nanning to open training physical education courses, but relatively speaking, there are few courses in the course of opening up, the main form of its setting is elective courses, the other is the combination of the school situation. After the improvement of innovation, the introduction of training projects, the other is the introduction of the concept of the introduction of the expansion of training methods, the development of training and traditional sports combined.2. Nanning colleges and universities to expand the training of physical education curriculum system is not perfect, not a professional class, the proportion of class time is not high, the proportion of the theory course is low, most teachers take the phase. Theoretical knowledge is interspersed in the skill class, with few full-time teachers. Courses are mainly directed, rock climbing, and expansion training programs. Students enjoy adventurous, challenging, and most popular students are field projects, followed by water projects, high altitude projects. The exhibition training physical education course is still loved by the students in.3. Nanning city colleges and universities to expand the training course of physical education curriculum, which is mainly the integrated and semi traditional mode. The teaching material is mainly the school order teaching materials, the development of the training teachers are relatively young, with certain management, physical education, psychological knowledge, but social experience. And teaching ability is not particularly rich, can not fully guide the exchange of feelings in the sharing link, and only a few teachers have been trained to develop teacher certificates or related qualifications. From the professional and technical level, the development related training system is not perfect. At present, the development of teaching teachers in Universities in Nanning is still difficult to guarantee. The effect of the development of the barrier and the psychological course of the training students can not meet the development needs of the development of the school..4. students are not well aware of the development of the training, and their participation is very high. They like this kind of experiential learning. The students' motivation, the teaching goal, the consistency of the teaching results are not high, the main reason is that the class is too process, It is more formal, lack of substantive teaching content, and the value function of expanding training has not been fully exploited and utilized in Nanning colleges and universities. The relationship between teachers and students in the development of training physical education curriculum is varied, and the students are not only getting knowledge from teachers and their teammates, but mainly from the environment and project experience and their own inverse. The role of thinking and thinking obtains learning perception; the role of the teacher becomes the design arrangement of the task in the eyes of the student, the inspector of the task, the participant of the task, the security staff, the observation record, the review, the bystander, the instructor of the knowledge, and so on, not only the disseminator of the knowledge; the security measures of the school are mainly in place, followed by the formulation of the safety rules. The.5. survey results of the chapter system and the purchase insurance agree that the extension training is a sports comprehensive course. About the development prospects of the development training in Colleges and universities, 57.1% teaching teachers are very optimistic about the development prospects. 42.9% of the teaching teachers think that the development prospects are general; the leadership support, the teachers, the expansion of the training field equipment and funds are restricted to the expansion of the universities in Nanning. The main factors for the development of the training physical education curriculum.
