网球拍减震器对正手击球效果与持拍手臂冲击载荷的影响

【摘要】:随着网球热风靡世界各个角落,尤其是存李娜夺得法国网球公开赛冠军、澳大利亚网球公开赛冠军后,网球风潮席卷了中国的每一个角落。很多运动员和网球爱好者由于早期运动训练上的不合理或者技术的错误,产生了各种各样的损伤。其中最常见的肽骨外上髁炎,有人指出击球时产生的震动是导致肘关节致病的一种不可忽视的因素,,比如使用没有减震器的球拍就对手臂的震动非常强烈,容易导致网球肘。另有研究者提出减震器会减少击球时的振动,但是却会影响运动员的手感,有可能不利于比赛的成绩。因此,本研究通过采用Trigno无线肌电采集系统、YSV动态信号采集系统、YSV动态应变仪、应变枪,参照ITN国际网球等级测试的精度技术,对北京体育大学网球专项的15名二级运动员,使用不同位置减震器的球扪进行正手击球,观察和分析减震器靠上、靠下和不佩戴减震器的球拍,在与击球的效果、碰撞频率、球拍的应力变化、击球中肌肉的肌电放电时间、均方根值之间的关系上,进行数据采集和分析。通过研究得出以下结论:1、减震器有无不会对网球正手击球的击球效果产生影响;主要表现在球速和击球控制上。2、减震器位援不同并不会对正手击球时,垂直于球拍的加速度产生影响;也不会对球拍产生的应变力产生显著的变化;便可以减少击球时球扪振动频率并且呈显著性的减少。3、由于安置减震器的原因在正手击球时,肱桡肌、桡侧腕屈肌、旋前圆肌、指伸肌的放电时间均比持无减震器的球拍进行正手击球的放电时间长,且呈显著性的差异。且旋前囡肌的均方根值RMS值呈显著性的增加,说明肌肉预激活放电减少了冲击力作用在肘关节的载荷。因此,减震器能减少正手击球时对前臂的载荷。希望本实验的研究数据能对网球爱好者及运动员在减震器的选择上提供一些有利的建议与帮助。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of tennis in every corner of the world, especially the Li Na to win the French Open title, the Australian Open Championship, tennis tide swept through every corner of China. Many athletes and tennis lovers have suffered various injuries due to unreasonable or technical errors in early sports training. The acceleration perpendicular to the racket has an effect; nor does it make a significant change in the strain produced by the racket; it reduces the frequency of the ball's palpable vibration when hitting the ball and has a significant decrease of .3. because of the installation of the shock absorber, when hitting the ball in the forehand, The discharge time of brachioradialis muscle, flexor Carpi radialis muscle, flexor digitorum muscle and extensor digitorum muscle was longer than that of the racquet without shock absorber, and the difference was significant. The root-mean-square value (RMS) of the pronator muscle increased significantly, which indicated that the preactivation of muscle decreased the load of the elbow joint. Therefore, the shock absorber reduces the load on the forearm when hitting the forehand. It is hoped that the experimental data can provide some beneficial suggestions and help for tennis fans and athletes in the selection of shock absorbers.
