核心区力量训练对速度轮滑300米成绩影响的实验研究

【摘要】:目的:本研究通过核心区力量训练在速度轮滑300米轮滑运动中的应用,对轮滑学习者实验前后进行干预,得出相应的结论,为普通高校体育轮滑教学训练活动提供一些新型、高效的训练手段。方法:本文主要运用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法、对比分析法等在阿坝师范学院筛选符合条件的轮滑专选班学生60名。将实验对象随机分为对照组30名(男生15人,女生15人),实验组30名(男生15人,女生15人)。对照组进行课堂的常规教学学习。实验组采用核心区力量训练方法(主要采用站姿侧伸展、上体交叉转体、肩桥、卷腹、泳式练习、平板抬腿、平板支撑、侧肘支撑、侧卧踢腿)。核心区力量训练的频率为每周3次,每次45分钟,训练组数为2-4组。在实验前后对实验组与对照组分别进行300米时间和技术测试,闭目单脚站立、八级腹桥四项指标的数据进行采集,并将采集的数据采用统计软件SPSS19对实验数据进行统计描述与统计分析。结果:1.实验后,实验组和对照组男女生的核心区力量测试结果均有不同程度的提高,主要表现在8级腹桥和闭眼单脚站立测试成绩较实验前均有提高。2.在速度轮滑300米时间测试方面,实验后实验组男生速度轮滑300米测试时间减少到了实验后的37.80s,对照组男生的速度轮滑300米测试时间减少到了实验后的41.75s。实验组女生的速度轮滑300米测试时间由实验前的减少到了实验后的40.22s,对照组女生的速度轮滑300米测试时间减少到了实验后的43.94s。3.在速度轮滑300米技术测试方面,两组学生在训练12周之后,实验组男生速度轮滑300米技术测试提高到了88.86分,对照组男生的速度轮滑300米技术测试成绩提高到了73.93分。实验组女生的速度轮滑300米技术测试成绩提高到了84.86分,对照组女生的速度轮滑300米技术测试提高到了80.73分。结论:1.核心区力量训练在改善人体核心肌群素质方面的效果明显,测试指标中实验组八级腹桥和闭眼单脚站立的实验效果非常明显,实验组在速度轮滑成绩提高方面效果优于对照组。2.核心区力量训练对提高300米速度轮滑成绩有着非常明显的作用。在速度轮滑300米时间测试以及技术测试方面,实验后的实验组总体成绩均优于实验后的对照组总体成绩。3.在实验组进行核心区力量训练的同学们在课堂中的表现更为积极,加上训练内容的不断丰富,极大地激发了学生们的好奇心和积极性,同时核心区力量训练的引进也使更多的学生强化了对专项力量的认识。
[Abstract]:Objective: through the application of the core area strength training in the speed roller skating 300m roller skating, the author interferes with the roller skating learners before and after the experiment, and draws the corresponding conclusions, which can provide some new types of sports roller skating teaching and training activities in colleges and universities. Efficient training. Methods: in this paper, 60 eligible roller skating students were selected in Aba normal College by the methods of literature, experiment, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis. The subjects were randomly divided into control group (15 males, 15 females) and experimental group (15 males and 15 females). The control group was taught regularly in class. The core area strength training method was adopted in the experimental group (including standing position and side stretching, upper body crossing and turning, shoulder bridge, roll abdomen, swimming exercise, plate lift leg, plate support, side elbow support, side recumbent kick. The core area strength training frequency is 3 times a week, each time 45 minutes, the number of training groups is 2-4 groups. Before and after the experiment, the experimental group and the control group were tested for 300 meters of time and technique, standing on one foot with closed eyes, collecting the data of the four indexes of the eighth grade abdominal bridge. The experimental data are described and analyzed by statistical software SPSS19. The result is 1: 1. After the experiment, the test results of core strength of male and female students in the experimental group and the control group were improved in varying degrees, mainly in the abdominal bridge of grade 8 and the standing test result of one foot with eyes closed. In the aspect of speed roller skating 300m time test, the experimental group boys' speed roller skating 300m test time was reduced to 37.80s after the experiment, and the control boys' speed roller skating 300m test time decreased to 41.75s after the experiment. The test time of speed roller skating 300 meters in the experimental group was reduced from before the experiment to 40.22 seconds after the experiment, and that of the female students in the control group was reduced to 43.94 s. 3 after the experiment. In the aspect of speed roller skating 300m technical test, after 12 weeks of training, the test scores of the boys in the experimental group increased to 88.86, and that of the boys in the control group increased to 73.93 points. The results of 300m technical test of speed roller skating in the experimental group were improved to 84.86 points, and that of the female students in the control group increased to 80.73 points. Conclusion 1. The effect of core strength training on improving the quality of human core muscle group was obvious. In the test index, the experimental effect of the eighth grade abdominal bridge and closed eyes standing on one foot was very obvious, and the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group in improving the speed roller skating score. 2. Core area strength training to improve the speed of 300 meters roller skating performance has a very obvious effect. In the speed roller skating 300 meters time test and technical test, the experimental group after the overall results are better than the control group after the test results. 3. The students in the experimental group who conducted the strength training in the core area showed more positive performance in the classroom, and the constant enrichment of the training content greatly stimulated the curiosity and enthusiasm of the students. At the same time, the introduction of core area strength training also makes more students to strengthen the understanding of special strength.
