2013年全运会女子柔道选手得分技术分析

【摘要】：技战术分析为运动训练领域重要环节,本研究目的欲透过分析中国优秀女子柔道选手在新规则下使用的技战术表现,供现今柔道训练与选材参考。方法：本研究对2013年中国全运会女子柔道比赛各量级前五名运动员的比赛进行录像,纪录并聘请专家分析技术与战术项目,从以下几点进行分析：得分等级(一本、技有、有效)、战术(攻击时间、得分时间)、技术(抓手把位、手技、足技、腰技、舍身技、抱压技、绞技、关节技),所得数据以卡方检定表示各量级特性,再以单因子变异术分析比较各量级技战术差异。得出如下结果：技术动作足技占74.7%最多、舍身技占11.8%次之、手技占9.5%第三、腰技4%第四。手技使用惯用动作主要是单臂背负投、双臂背负投、体落；足技惯用动作主要以内股、小内刈、大内刈为主；腰技惯用动作主要是袖钓进腰、扫腰、浮腰、后腰；舍身技动作主要是大外卷、谷落、隅返、巴投。寝技部分抱(?)技占73.9%最多、绞技占24.1%次之、关节技占2%第三。得分等级以一本占39.2%最高,其次为有效占31.9%、技有占28.9%第三。得分时间以1-2分钟时间段占25.5%为主要得分时间、2-3分钟时间段占17%次之、3-4分钟时间段占14.5%第三、4-5、延长赛时间段各占14%第四。抓手把位以前襟占38.9%为主,颈后占30.6%次之、其他占13.9%第三、背后与后腰各占8.3%第四。结论：过去选手攻击得分后,常出现消极的攻击或防守过当型态。新规则日趋严苛,如能转化心态以攻代守,在抢手带动方面多下功夫,比赛获胜安全性将会大大的增加,并且也能防范对手的反攻,减少对手得分的机会。
[Abstract]:Technical and tactical analysis is an important link in the field of sports training. The purpose of this study is to analyze the technical and tactical performance of Chinese Excellent Women judo players under the new rules and provide reference for modern judo training and material selection. Methods: This study recorded the games of the first five athletes in the women Judo competitions of China National Games in 2013. Record and employ experts to analyze technical and tactical projects, from the following points: score level (one, technical, effective), tactics (attack time, scoring time), technology (grasp hand position, hand skill, foot technique, waist technique, handover technique, hold pressure technique, twist technique, joint technique), the obtained data are indicated by chi square test, and then single factor variation technique The following results are analyzed and compared.
