泰安市高中篮球代表队训练状况的调查分析

【摘要】：篮球运动自诞生那天,就随着社会的进步不停的发展,从最开始的一种游戏,演变成了今天内涵丰富,深受广大人们喜欢的一项竞技项目。近年来,我国的篮球水平在世界上却始终无法拿到让人欣慰的成绩,当前最重要的,就是加强我国篮球后备人才的培养,只有不断加强我国后备人才的培养,强化后备人才的训练,才能让我国在当前的局势之下在篮坛取得一席之地。篮球作为一项既需要技战术,又需要良好体能的综合性运动项目,更需要在平时的训练过程中做到真正的提高,技战术和体能这两点相互影响、相互制约,高中生的身体和心理正处于较快的发展阶段,只有把这些后备人才生力军的基础打牢了,水平提高了,才能在比赛中稳步前进。本文综合运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等,对泰安市高中篮球代表队训练现状及影响因素进行了调查分析,发现出在泰安市的高中篮球训练队中所存在的问题,并根据这些发现的问题找出合理的解决方法,真正为泰安市的篮球后备人才培训做出贡献。本文研究结论如下:1.泰安市篮球教练员高学历较少,外出培训经历较少,欠缺一些专业知识,影响训练时的效果。2.泰安市高中篮球训练队的学生身体素质较好,在篮球运动中有优势,对篮球表现出很高的兴趣,但是缺乏参赛经验,学习课业重。3.泰安市部分学校对篮球队投入经费不足,场地和设施无法完全满足篮球队的需要,举办的比赛较少,限制了篮球队的训练和发展。4.市内各县区之间的高中篮球训练队水平参差不齐,进行对抗赛时毫无悬念的比赛,即失去了对抗性,也失去了篮球训练的意义。5.泰安市篮球教练员在训日常的训练中,针对学生的个人技术特点所制定的训练计划并不充分和完善,影响了学生个人能力的发展。6.泰安市篮球教练员并未对学生讲述篮球规则,导致学生对规则了解不够详尽,从而在赛场上,比赛中造成一些不必要的失误。
[Abstract]:Since the birth of basketball, with the development of social progress, from the beginning of a game, evolved into today's rich connotation, by the masses of people like a competitive event. In recent years, the level of basketball in our country has never been able to get gratifying results in the world. At present, the most important thing is to strengthen the cultivation of basketball reserve talents in our country, and only to continuously strengthen the cultivation of reserve talents in our country. Only by strengthening the training of reserve talents can our country gain a place in basketball under the current situation. Basketball, as a comprehensive sport that requires both skill and tactics and good physical fitness, also needs to achieve real improvement in the course of training in peacetime, and these two factors affect each other and restrict each other. The physical and psychological development of high school students is in a relatively fast stage. Only by laying down the foundation of these reserve talents and improving their level can they advance steadily in the competition. Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, logic analysis, mathematical statistics and so on, this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the present situation and influencing factors of basketball team training in Taian City. Find out the existing problems in the senior high school basketball training team in Taian city, and find out the reasonable solution according to these problems, and really contribute to the training of basketball reserve talents in Taian city. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1. Taian basketball coaches have less higher education, less training experience, lack of some professional knowledge, which affects the effect of training. 2. The students of Tai'an Senior High School Basketball training team have good physical quality, have advantages in basketball, and show high interest in basketball, but lack of experience in the competition and study hard. 3. Some schools in Tai'an City have insufficient funds for basketball teams, and their venues and facilities cannot fully meet the needs of basketball teams, and fewer competitions are held, which limits the training and development of basketball teams. The level of high school basketball training team is not uniform among the counties and districts in the city, and the competition without suspense in the course of the confrontation has lost the antagonism as well as the significance of basketball training. In the daily training of basketball coaches in Taian City, the training plan made according to the students' personal technical characteristics is not sufficient and perfect, which has affected the development of students' personal ability .6. The basketball coaches in Tai'an City did not tell the students about the rules of basketball, which caused the students to understand the rules insufficiently, thus causing some unnecessary mistakes in the game.
