论茶文化在当代体育教育中的运用

【摘要】：中华民族的文化门类丰富多彩,源远流长,博大精深,茶文化呈现着独特的光辉,是我国传统文化的重要组成部分。随着我国当今社会各方面的高速发展,人们的物质生活水平提高,文化、经济生活发生了天翻地覆的发展,人们也越来越重视发展和传播茶文化。茶文化在人们的日常生活中的推广和普及也使得禅文化进入了教育领域,我国的教育发展逐渐深入,茶文化在当代体育教育中也起到了举足轻重的作用。本文通过讨论茶文化在当代体育教育中的运用,希望更好的发展茶文化,进一步促进体育教育的发展。
[Abstract]:The Chinese culture is rich and colorful, has a long history, broad and profound, tea culture presents a unique brilliance, is an important part of our traditional culture. With the rapid development of all aspects of our society nowadays, people's material living standard has been improved, culture and economic life has undergone earth-shaking development, and people pay more and more attention to the development and dissemination of tea culture. The popularization and popularization of tea culture in people's daily life also make Zen culture enter the field of education, the development of education in our country gradually goes deep, tea culture also plays an important role in the contemporary physical education. Through discussing the application of tea culture in contemporary physical education, this paper hopes to develop tea culture better and further promote the development of physical education.
