快步走对女大学生体质影响的实证研究

【摘要】:研究目的:大学生作为祖国的中坚力量,拥有健康的体魄是工作学习的最基本的前提与保障,女大学生的身体健康显得尤为重要。通过了解女大学生的身体状况,可引起当地有关部门对女大学生身体状况的重视,针对结果作出相应的政策调整。也对学校的课程设置产生影响,具有一定的参考价值。如何增强大学生体质,本次研究做了大量的调查,从女大学生的身体素质、机能、身体形态等方面对女大学生的身体状况做了一个详尽的调查,以期达到研究目的。研究对象:本研究随机抽取天津天狮学院在校女大学生30人为研究对象,其中15人为实验组,另外15人为对照组(除日常生活外,无其它运动方式)。研究方法:实验前采用测试法分别对实验组和对照组的身体皮褶厚度进行测定,实验组在下午进行快步走,每个实验组成员均有专人看护监督,保证实验的顺利进行、实验要求快步走要坚持每次一小时,每周持续3次。快步走进行前要有10分钟的准备活动,要求运动时的心率达110-140次/分钟。在正式运动前进行1周的适应性训练,运动中间和结束时测10秒钟心率,使受试者掌握用脉搏来控制运动强度。3个月后,对实验组和对照组的学生进行身体形态、身体素质、身体机能等指标的检测,并对比两者的数据变化。研究结果:1.身体形态指标方面,实验前后,实验组女大学生的身高、臀围、上臂围和肩部皮褶厚度几项指标对比均无显著性的变化(P0.05);而体重、BMI、胸围、腰围、大腿围、体脂率、腹部皮褶厚度和大腿部皮褶厚度数据对比具有十分显著性的变化(P0.01)。对照组女生身体形态指标在实验前后变化不明显(P0.05)。2.身体机能方面,实验前后,实验组女大学生的安静心率、收缩压、舒张压、肺活量和台阶指数五项数据变化十分显著(P0.01),对照组女生身体形态各指标在实验前后对比无显著性变化(P0.05)。3.身体素质方面,实验前后,实验组女生在立定跳远、纵跳摸高、仰卧起坐和50米跑成绩在实验前后无显著性的差异(P0.05);实验后实验组女大学生的3000米跑成绩具有十分显著的变化(P0.01)。对照组女生在实验前后各项指标变化均不明显(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:Research purpose: as the backbone of the motherland, college students have a healthy body and health is the basic premise and guarantee of work and study. The physical health of female college students is particularly important. Through understanding the physical condition of female college students, the local authorities can pay attention to the physical condition of female college students and make corresponding policies on the results. It also has a certain reference value to the curriculum setting of the school. It has a certain reference value. How to enhance the physical fitness of college students, this study has done a large number of investigations, from the physical quality, function, body shape of the female college students to do a detailed investigation on the physical condition of the female college students, in order to achieve the purpose of research. 30 women college students at Tianshi College in Tianjin were randomly selected. Among them, 15 were the experimental group and the other 15 were the control group (except daily life, no other sports). The research methods were tested before the experiment. The skin fold thickness of the experimental group and the control group was measured before the experiment, and the experimental group was carried out in the afternoon. Every member of the experimental group has a special person to watch and supervise the experiment to ensure the smooth progress of the experiment. The experiment requires a quick walk for one hour and 3 times a week. Before the fast step, it requires 10 minutes of preparation activities, and the heart rate of the exercise is 110-140 times per minute. Before the official movement, it takes 1 weeks of adaptive training, between the middle and the end of the exercise. After 10 seconds of heart rate, the subjects were tested with pulse to control the intensity of movement for.3 months, and the physical form, physical quality and body function of the students in the experimental group and the control group were detected and the data changes were compared. The results were as follows: 1. the body shape index, before and after the experiment, the height and hip circumference of the female college students in the experimental group. There were no significant changes in the thickness of the upper arm circumference and the skin fold of the shoulder (P0.05), while the weight, the BMI, the chest circumference, the waist circumference, the body fat rate, the thickness of the abdominal fold and the thickness of the skin fold of the thigh were significantly different (P0.01). The change of the body shape index of the female in the control group was not obvious (P0.05).2. body before and after the experiment. Function, before and after the experiment, the five data changes of the quiet heart rate, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, vital capacity and step index of the female college students in the experimental group were very significant (P0.01). There was no significant change in the body shape of the female students in the control group before and after the experiment (P0.05) and the body quality of the.3. body. The female students in the experimental group were standing long jump and jumping in the experiment group. There was no significant difference between the results of the sit ups and the 50 meter run before and after the experiment (P0.05). The results of the 3000 meter running of the female college students in the experimental group had a very significant change (P0.01). The changes of the indexes of the girls in the control group were not obvious before and after the experiment (P0.05).
