拓展训练引入邢台市高校公共体育课的可行性研究

【摘要】:高等教育推行素质教育,体育工作是学校教育重要的组成部分,要求“以人为本”,重视学生的全面发展,高校体育教育工作的目标不仅仅是让学生掌握运动技能,锻炼学生的身体素质,更重要的培养学生综合素质能力。高等教育所要培养的人才是要满足社会的需求,培养的是综合性的人才,当今社会经济迅速发展,知识大爆炸,社会对人才的要求不断提升,这就要求大学生不仅仅需要拥有健康的体魄,还需要在心理、社会适应能力、意志品质和创新精神等各方面不断地提高、完善自己。拓展训练是让学生通过参加一些冒险、挑战的身体活动方式,提高学生的身体素质,养成健康的运动习惯、培养学生良好的语言沟通能力、坚强的意志品质和团队合作精神等。拓展教育作为素质教育的一部分,已逐步进入高等教育中,全国有上百所大学开展了各式各样的拓展训练活动。与传统体育项目的教学相比,拓展训练注重体验式学习,通过体验式的运动方式,让学生在学习过程中体验学习的趣味性,在运动中增长知识,在运动中提高能力,达到提高学生综合素质的目的。在高校公共体育的教学中开展拓展训练课程,能够让学生的心理素质得到充分的锻炼,并能够很好的发展社会适应能力,从而更好地实现培养高素质人才的目标。将拓展训练有选择的引入邢台市高校公共体育课中,不仅仅可以丰富高校公共体育课运动项目,激发学生学习积极性,而且可以推动邢台市高校公共体育课程改革,推动拓展训练在邢台市的顺利开展,同时也为河北省其他院校公共体育课开展拓展训练提高理论和实践依据。本文在研究大量相关拓展训练知识文献的基础上,采用了文献资料法、调查法、实验法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,对邢台市高校公共体育课程开设拓展训练的必要性、可行性以及现实的条件进行了理论分析和调查研究,提出了在邢台高校公共体育课开展拓展课程的方案设计,同时为拓展训练引入邢台市高校公共体育课程提供重要的理论依据,并得出如下结论:1、通过对邢台市高校的调查研究和实验论证发现,将拓展训练引入邢台市高校大学体育课能够丰富大学体育课程的运动项目,满足学生学习需求和教师教学意愿,学校根据项目特点和自己实际情况,开设拓展训练课程具有较强的可行性。2、将拓展训练引入到邢台市高校公共体育课程当中能够丰富体育课的教学内容,学生对拓展训练学习兴趣较高,通过调查发现,拓展训练能够培养学生之间感情,提高团队合作精神。3、本研究所设计的课程方案符合邢台市高校目前体育教学现状,具有可操作性,方案可行。4、目前邢台各高校还没有专业的拓展训练教师和场地,制约了拓展训练部分项目在高校体育的开展。
[Abstract]:Higher education carries out quality-oriented education, and physical education is an important part of school education. It requires "people-oriented" and attaches importance to the all-round development of students. The goal of physical education in colleges and universities is not only to let students master sports skills, Exercise students' physical quality, more importantly, cultivate students' comprehensive quality ability. The talents to be cultivated in higher education are to meet the needs of the society and to train comprehensive talents. Nowadays, the rapid development of social economy, the explosion of knowledge, and the increasing demands of society for talents, This requires college students not only to have healthy physique, but also to improve themselves in psychological, social adaptability, will quality and innovation spirit. Development training is to let students take part in some adventure, challenge physical activity, improve students' physical quality, develop healthy exercise habits, cultivate students' good language and communication skills, strong will and team spirit, and so on. As a part of quality education, development education has gradually entered higher education. Compared with the traditional sports teaching, the extension training pays attention to the experiential learning. Through the experiential sports, the students can experience the interest of learning in the process of learning, increase their knowledge in sports, and improve their ability in sports. To achieve the purpose of improving students' comprehensive quality. Carrying out the extended training course in the teaching of public physical education in colleges and universities can make the students' psychological quality get full exercise, and can develop the ability of adapting to the society well, so as to better realize the goal of cultivating high-quality talents. The selective introduction of extension training into the public physical education course in Xingtai can not only enrich the sports items of public physical education in colleges and universities, stimulate the students' enthusiasm for learning, but also promote the reform of the public physical education curriculum in Xingtai. Promote the development of training in Xingtai City, but also for other colleges and universities in Hebei Province to expand training to improve the theory and practice basis. On the basis of the study of a large number of related literature on the development of training knowledge, this paper adopts research methods such as literature method, investigation method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method, etc. In this paper, the necessity, feasibility and practical conditions of the opening and expanding training of public physical education course in Xingtai university are analyzed theoretically and investigated, and the scheme design of developing the expanding course in Xingtai university public physical education course is put forward. At the same time, it provides an important theoretical basis for the introduction of extended training into the public physical education course in Xingtai University, and draws the following conclusion: 1. Through the investigation and experimental demonstration of Xingtai University, it is found that, It can enrich the sports items of the university physical education course in Xingtai University, satisfy the students' learning needs and teachers' teaching intention, according to the characteristics of the project and the actual situation of the school. It is feasible to set up the expanding training course. It can enrich the teaching content of physical education course by introducing it into the public physical education course of Xingtai university. The students have a high interest in the development training and study, and find out through the investigation, The extended training can cultivate students' feelings and improve the spirit of team cooperation. The course scheme designed by this institute accords with the present situation of physical education teaching in Xingtai city and has maneuverability. The scheme is feasible. 4. At present, there are no professional extension training teachers and venues in Xingtai colleges and universities, which restricts the development of some items of development training in colleges and universities.
