我国茶企的体育文化现状与发展对策研究

【摘要】：通过对茶叶企业自身经营状况进行分析,不难看出企业职工对企业发展的影响力极其突出。因此,如何才能充分发挥企业职工的工作活力,营造良好的企业文化氛围就极其必要。拟从当前我国茶企业体育文化建设的现状与不足分析入手,结合传统茶文化的理念与内涵,通过对体育文化有效融入茶企业的作用与价值的具体认知,从而探究体育文化融入茶企的具体建设思路。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the tea enterprise's own management condition, it is not difficult to see that the enterprise staff's influence on the enterprise's development is extremely prominent. Therefore, how to give full play to the work vitality of employees and create a good corporate culture atmosphere is extremely necessary. Based on the analysis of the present situation and deficiency of the construction of sports culture in tea enterprises in our country, and combining with the concept and connotation of traditional tea culture, this paper discusses the concrete cognition of the function and value of the effective integration of sports culture into tea enterprises. In order to explore the sports culture into the specific construction of tea enterprises.
