江苏省大学生课外体育活动调查分析与对策研究

【摘要】: 通过对高校大学生课外体育参与的调查,本文旨在推进体育教育改革、提高大学生对课外体育重要性的认识水平,增强大学生的体育意识,激发大学生参加课外体育活动的主动性积极性提供参考依据;探索有效组织和管理高校大学生课外体育活动的模式,为高校体育管理部门提供参考意见。 课外体育活动是指体育课以外学生从事体育活动的总和。既包括学生在校内外有目的、有计划、有组织地参加的体育活动,也包括学生自发的一切校内外体育活动,它是学校体育的重要组成部分,是学校体育目的的基本途径之一。 学生既是体育教育的受教育者,又是学校体育质量的评判者,本文通过文献资料调研法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对大学体育教育质量反馈情况和高校大学生的课外体育活动参与的现状和高校课外体育活动的管理进行了调查和分析,综合运用系统理论、体育管理学、终身体育理论、大课程理论、素质教育理论等多学科理论与方法,从多维的研究视角展开了研究。 得出的基本结论是:据高校大学生对大学体育教学反馈情况看,江苏大学生对体育锻炼意义的认识普遍较好,但是实际行为较为滞后。大学生参加课外体育活动的动机较为鲜明,符合大学阶段大学生以校园生活为主、追求消遣娱乐和兴趣爱好发展,追求健康向上的生活特点。大学生参与课外体育活动从参加的时间安排上、参与的次数以及影响他们参加的因素上看,他们的课外体育参与基本上处于一种自发状态,管理松散,参加的主动性不足,每次活动时间不足、每周活动次数较少,大学生课外体育活动的目的不明确、计划性较差。场地不足制约了大学生课外体育活动的开展。大学生缺乏自我锻炼的能力和意识,大学生的课外体育参与情况还不尽如人意。高校课外体育活动的组织和管理呈松散状态,有待进一步组织和管理。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of college students' participation in extracurricular sports, this paper aims to promote the reform of physical education, improve the level of understanding of the importance of extracurricular sports, and enhance the sports consciousness of college students. To stimulate the active enthusiasm of college students to participate in extracurricular sports activities to provide reference basis, to explore the effective organization and management of extracurricular sports activities of college students, to provide reference for university sports management departments. Extracurricular sports activities refer to the sum of students engaged in sports activities outside physical education. It includes both the purposeful, planned and organized sports activities that students participate in and out of school, as well as all the spontaneous physical activities in and out of the school. It is an important part of school physical education and one of the basic ways for the purpose of school physical education. Students are not only the educatees of physical education, but also the judges of the quality of physical education. This paper investigates and analyzes the feedback of college physical education quality and the current situation of college students' participation in extracurricular sports activities and the management of extracurricular sports activities in colleges and universities, and synthetically applies the system theory to the management of physical education. The theory of lifelong physical education, the theory of big curriculum, the theory of quality-oriented education, and so on, are studied from the perspective of multidimensional research. The basic conclusion is: according to the feedback of college students on college physical education, Jiangsu college students generally have a better understanding of the significance of physical exercise, but the actual behavior is lagging behind. The motivation of college students to participate in extracurricular sports activities is clear, which is in line with the characteristics of college students' healthy and upward life, which is mainly based on campus life, pursuing the development of recreation and hobbies, and pursuing healthy and upward living. College students participate in extracurricular sports activities in terms of the time arrangement, the number of participation and the factors that affect their participation, their extracurricular sports participation is basically in a state of spontaneity, loose management and insufficient initiative to participate. Each activity time is insufficient, the weekly activity frequency is less, the university student extracurricular sports activity goal is not clear, the plan is poor. The lack of space restricts the development of extracurricular sports activities of college students. College students lack the ability and consciousness to exercise themselves, and their participation in extracurricular sports is not satisfactory. The organization and management of extracurricular sports activities in colleges and universities are loose and need to be further organized and managed.
