6-12岁少儿网球技术学习指导方案

【摘要】:我国的少儿网球启蒙发展相对比较滞后,从普及范围上讲,只有在一些经济较为发达的地区才会有一些少儿网球培训班,另外只有一小部分省市会开展网球运动的专门课程;从教学水平上讲,教师和教练的执教水平参差不齐,行业标准化不够清晰。从这些方面看来我国少儿网球的发展多少受到了一些限制和阻力。然而这些年全国各个省市和地区开始举办各年龄段的少儿网球比赛,甚至是全国锦标赛和一些国际赛事,大大带动了少儿参加网球运动的学习和训练。不过从目前看来,在“三小球”中少儿参与羽毛球和乒乓球训练的人数还是远远大于少儿参与网球运动的人数,国家网球运动管理中心也正在根据这一点情况作出积极努力,希望通过各种方式和途径扩大网球运动的在少儿群体中的传播,提高少儿的网球参与度,提高网球教学和训练水平,加快和完善场馆建设,培养我国网球运动的后备人才,因为少年强则中国强,必须将少儿网球作为促进我国网球运动发展的重中之重。本论文希望通过学习研究这一年龄段的少儿身心发育特点以及网球运动的项目特征,总结出一套行之有效的少儿网球初学者入门学习方法,使广大少儿网球学习者能够更简单更清晰的认识网球运动,更快速更扎实的掌握网球基本技战术,对从事少儿网球训练教学的相关工作者提出建议和参考,切实可行的促进网球这项运动在大众中的发展。本论文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、观察记录法、录像观察法、逻辑分析法等方法对6—12岁的少儿网球运动员进行研究和分析,对这一年龄段的少儿进行了阶段划分,确立了这一年龄段少儿网球训练的指导思想和基本原则,并制定了相应的训练计划方案作为参考,为本论文从理论过渡到实践上提供了可能性。本论文的结论为培养兴趣为这一阶段少儿网球训练的重要内容;学习和掌握各项网球基本技术是首要目的;尊重少儿身心发育特点;针对性的制定合理的训练计划和方案;注重身体素质各方面的训练等。
[Abstract]:The development of children's tennis enlightenment in our country is relatively lagging behind. Only in some economically developed areas will there be some training courses for children's tennis, and only a small number of provinces and cities will carry out special courses in tennis. From the teaching level, teachers and coaches teaching level is uneven, industry standardization is not clear enough. From these aspects, the development of China's children's tennis is somewhat limited and resistance. However, in recent years, all provinces, cities and regions of the country began to hold children's tennis competitions of all ages, even national championships and some international competitions, which greatly encouraged children to take part in the study and training of tennis. At present, however, it seems that the number of children participating in badminton and table tennis training in the "three small balls" is still far greater than the number of children participating in tennis, and the National Tennis Sports Management Center is making active efforts in accordance with this situation. It is hoped that through various ways and means to expand the spread of tennis among children's groups, to improve the participation of children in tennis, to improve the level of tennis teaching and training, to speed up and improve the construction of stadiums, and to train the reserve talents of tennis in our country. Children's tennis must be regarded as the most important to promote the development of tennis in China. This paper hopes to sum up a set of effective learning methods for children's tennis beginners by studying the characteristics of children's physical and mental development of this age group and the characteristics of tennis events. So that the majority of children tennis learners can more simple and clear understanding of tennis, faster and more solid grasp of basic tennis skills and tactics, to engage in children's tennis training and teaching related workers put forward suggestions and references, To promote the development of tennis among the masses. Through the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, observation and record, video recording, logic analysis and so on, this paper studies and analyzes the young tennis players aged 6-12 years. The children of this age are divided into stages, the guiding ideology and basic principles of tennis training for children of this age are established, and the corresponding training plan is formulated as a reference. It provides the possibility for this thesis to transition from theory to practice. The conclusion of this paper is that cultivating interest is the important content of children's tennis training at this stage; learning and mastering the basic techniques of tennis is the primary purpose; respecting the characteristics of children's physical and mental development; Pay attention to all aspects of physical training, etc.
