中超联赛主体的社会责任研究

【摘要】:体育行业在我国社会整体发展中扮演着重要的角色,在从政治功能转向多元功能的转型发展中,经济和国民健康促进功能逐渐得到重视,但社会责任建设仍显滞后。中超联赛作为我国竞技体育表演业的“主力军”,其社会影响力不断扩大,社会价值得到了更大的体现,但从社会责任角度对联赛的研究较为匮乏。本文试图对中超联赛主体的社会责任“是什么?为什么?有哪些?怎么样?怎么做?”等问题进行回答,为提升联赛促进社会进步的表现寻找可靠路径,为实现联赛与社会的协同发展提供参考。本文使用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、德尔菲法等研究方法,通过对企业与企业社会责任内涵的分析,提出中超联赛主体社会责任的概念;对中超联赛主体应该承担社会责任的理论和现实依据进行探讨;构建了中超联赛主体社会责任体系;分析中超联赛主体社会责任发展中的现状及问题,并提出现存问题的产生机理和成因;提出中超联赛主体社会责任的发展策略。主要结论:中超联赛主体的社会责任,是指中超联赛主体(中国足协、中超公司、参赛俱乐部)基于其自身权利,对联赛非股东利益相关者承担的法律和道德义务;中超联赛主体承担社会责任的正当性为:“竞技体育职业化”改革发展下的责任担当、中超联赛产权及准私人产品属性相应的价值体现、行业垄断下中超联赛的收益再分配,现实依据包括社会需求和联赛可持续发展需求;构建了包含责任主客体和64项具体内容的中超联赛社会责任内容框架,并提出了中超联赛主体社会责任的特征、履责途径、推进机制;当前中超联赛社会责任主体履责时存在的问题包括社会责任认识不足、功利思想严重、被动性履责特征明显,以及评价方式难以正确引导和有效激励各俱乐部的履责行为、披露方式难以实现主客体信息交流和提升各俱乐部的履责动力;主体的利己本性使然、主体间治理目标差异、社会责任主客体缺乏制衡机制是这些问题的形成要素,主体内部治理结构不完善和主体外部利益相关者团体缺失是问题的主要成因;中超联赛主体社会责任的发展策略为:完善治理结构、调整治理目标、加快组建利益相关者团体。
[Abstract]:Sports industry plays an important role in the overall development of our society. In the transition from political function to pluralistic function, economic and national health promotion function has gradually been paid attention to, but the construction of social responsibility is still lagging behind. As the "main force" of Chinese competitive sports performance industry, the social influence of the Chinese Super League is expanding and the social value has been more embodied, but the research on the league from the angle of social responsibility is relatively scarce. What is the social responsibility of the main body of the Chinese Super League? Why? What do you have? How's it going? How? " In order to find a reliable way to improve the performance of the league to promote social progress, and to provide a reference for the coordinated development of the league and society. This article uses the literature method, the interview method, the questionnaire survey method, the Delphi method and so on research method, through to the enterprise and the enterprise social responsibility connotation analysis, proposed the superleague league main body social responsibility concept; This paper probes into the theoretical and practical basis that the subject of the Chinese Super League should bear the social responsibility; constructs the system of the main social responsibility of the Chinese Super League; analyzes the current situation and problems in the development of the social responsibility of the main body of the Chinese Super League. It also puts forward the mechanism and causes of the existing problems, and puts forward the development strategy of the main social responsibility of the Chinese Super League. Main conclusion: the social responsibility of the main body of the Chinese Super League refers to the legal and moral obligation of the main body of the Chinese Super League (the Chinese Football Association, the Chinese Super League Company, the participating clubs) to the stakeholders of non-shareholders of the league based on their own rights; The legitimacy of the main body of the Chinese Super League to bear social responsibility is as follows: under the reform and development of "competitive sports professionalization", the corresponding value of property right and quasi-private product attribute of the Chinese Super League is reflected, and the income redistribution of the Chinese Super League under the monopoly of the industry. The realistic basis includes the social demand and the sustainable development demand of the league, constructs the content frame of the social responsibility of the Super League, including the subject and object of responsibility and 64 specific contents, and puts forward the characteristics and ways of the main social responsibility of the Chinese Super League. At present, the problems of social responsibility subjects in the Chinese and Super League include insufficient understanding of social responsibility, serious utilitarian thinking, and obvious characteristics of passive responsibility. The evaluation method is difficult to guide and effectively motivate each club's duty behavior, the disclosure way is difficult to realize the information exchange of subject and object and to promote the driving force of each club's duty, the main body's self-interest nature is caused by, the main body governs the goal difference, The lack of checks and balances between the subject and the object of social responsibility is the main factor of these problems. The main causes of the problem are the imperfect internal governance structure of the subject and the absence of the main body and external stakeholders. The development strategy of the main social responsibility of the Chinese Super League is to perfect the governance structure, adjust the governance objectives, and accelerate the establishment of stakeholder groups.
