啦啦操运动员技术等级标准（试行）测试指标存在问题及完善策略

【摘要】：本文依据2015年啦啦操运动员技术等级测试指标进行研究,从指标的划分方法及内容入手分析,发现其存在的问题,对其存在的问题提出修改建议,进而完善啦啦操运动员技术等级测试指标。本课题的研究可以为啦啦操相关部门提供依据与参考;同时,有利于运动员自身竞技能力的发展,有利于教练员制定合理规范的训练计划,有利于提高啦啦操项目的发展水平。本课题将啦啦操运动员技术等级标准测试指标作为研究对象,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法以及数理统计法,主要研究方法是问卷调查法,针对参加全国啦啦操锦标赛的专家进行调研。通过对本课题的研究,得出了以下结论:首先,啦啦操的项目特征在制定指标时是一项必须考虑的因素。技巧啦啦操具有特殊性,技巧啦啦操包括尖子与底座,因此,技巧啦啦操身体素质测试指标将尖子与底座分开进行测试,便于教练员在以后的训练中制定出相应合理的训练计划。其次,舞蹈啦啦操身体素质测试指标不仅仅按照项目进行测试,应更多考虑男、女性别差异,所以测试指标具有针对性,这样不仅能更好地反映出运动员的个人能力,而且有利于教练员制定合理的训练计划。再次,舞蹈啦啦操运动员身体素质测试指标不仅包括下肢力量,还要考虑到上肢力量的重要性,上肢的控制力和爆发力也是至关重要的。通过对本课题的研究结果与分析,提出以下建议:首先,测试指标要与时俱进。其次,测试指标的选择需要紧跟项目的发展趋势。再次,测试指标的制定必须要考虑多方面的因素,有针对性的制定出合理的测试指标。
[Abstract]:Based on the research of the technical grade test index of the gymnasts in 2015, this paper analyzes the classification method and content of the indexes, finds out the existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions for the modification of the existing problems. And then perfect the test index of the technical grade of the gymnasts. The research of this topic can provide the basis and reference for the relevant departments of cheerleading; at the same time, it is beneficial to the development of athletes' own competitive ability, to the coaches to formulate a reasonable and standardized training plan, and to improve the level of the development of cheerleading events. This subject takes the standard test index of cheerleading athletes' technical grade as the research object. It adopts the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics. The main research method is questionnaire survey. Conduct research on experts participating in the national cheerleading championships. Through the research of this subject, the following conclusions are drawn: firstly, the project characteristics of cheerleading are a factor that must be considered in the formulation of indicators. Skill cheerleading has its particularity, skill cheerleading includes the top and the base, therefore, the skill cheerleading physical quality test index will test the top and the base separately. It is convenient for coaches to draw up the corresponding and reasonable training plan in the later training. Secondly, the dance cheerleading physical fitness test indexes should not only be tested according to the items, but also consider the differences between men and women, so the test indexes are targeted, which not only can better reflect the individual ability of the athletes, And is advantageous to coach to make reasonable training plan. Thirdly, the physical fitness test index of dance cheerleading athletes not only includes lower limb strength, but also takes into account the importance of upper limb strength, upper limb control and explosive force is also very important. Through the research and analysis of this subject, the following suggestions are put forward: first, the test index should keep pace with the times. Second, the selection of test indicators needs to follow the development trend of the project. Third, the formulation of test indicators must consider a variety of factors, targeted to develop reasonable test indicators.
