ITF,PTR,USPTA网球教练员认证在我国发展现状的研究

【摘要】:教练员的综合素质和业务能力是制约和影响竞技体育发展的关键,提高教练员的执教水平己是各国竞技体育竞争的条件之一,培养高素质教练员是实现体育科学化训练的主要途径。近年来我国网球运动取得很多辉煌成绩,这与我国网球教练员的不断探索密切相关。但目前国内网球教练员的整体水平并不高,因此应准确的了解目前我国网球教练员培训班的开展情况,给出合理实际的建议。研究通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法,对目前国内三大网球教练员培训班的培训体系进行系统研究,为今后国内网球教练员培训班的开展提供参考依据。研究得出以下结论:1、中国网球协会培训班分为初级、中级、高级和特级。PTR与USPTA培训班只分为初级与高级。2、中国网球协会培训班周期较长,培训内容更加丰富。PTR与USPTA培训班周期较短,培训内容不够丰富。3、参加中国网球协会培训班的教练员大多是国家,省市队教练员与退役运动员。参加PTR与USPTA培训班教练员大多是俱乐部教练与网球专项学生。4、中国网球协会培训班导师大部分在国家或省市担任过主教练职务。USPTA培训班导师也有一部分在国家队担任过主教练职务或国家队退役的运动员。PTR培训班导师大部分是网球俱乐部和业余体校主教练。5、中国网球协会培训班报名条件较高。PTR,USPTA培训班报名条件不高。根据目前我国网球教练员培训班的发展现状,提出以下几点建议:第一、重视网球教练员的分层培训,初级培训内容简单、用时较少、要求较低、培训中应更重视实践操作。高级培训内容复杂、需要长时间的潜心研究、要求较高、培训中应更重视理论与实践操作结合。第二、促进培训教材的国际化与本土化,在网球教练员培训内容方面既要总结前期经验,又要融入欧美国家网球教练员培训教材的合理内容,逐步实现我国网球教练员培训教材国际化与本土化。第三、适度将参加网球培训班人数控制25-30人,有助于提高网球教练员的整体培训质量。第四、目前我国网球教练员培训班导师技术水平能满足现状,但由于导师较少,办班点增加,出现了培训导师调配困难的新问题。在今后的培训过程中应不断吸收新的优秀导师加入培训队伍中。第五、增加培训班的报名途径与名额,在一些体育院校或社会机构设立报名点,同时适量的增加报名的人数,让更多不同水平的教练员能有机会参与。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive quality and professional ability of coaches are the key to restrict and influence the development of competitive sports. Cultivating high-quality coaches is the main way to realize scientific training of physical education. In recent years, tennis in China has made a lot of brilliant achievements, which is closely related to the constant exploration of Chinese tennis coaches. However, the overall level of domestic tennis coaches is not high, so we should accurately understand the current situation of tennis coaches training courses in China, and give some reasonable practical suggestions. Through the methods of literature, questionnaire and expert interview, the paper systematically studies the training system of the three domestic tennis coaches' training courses, and provides the reference for the future development of the domestic tennis coaches' training courses. The following conclusions are drawn: the training courses of the Chinese Tennis Association are divided into primary, intermediate, advanced and advanced. PTR and USPTA training courses are only divided into primary and advanced classes, and the training courses of China Tennis Association have a long training period. The training content is more abundant. PTR and USPTA training course cycle is shorter, the training content is not rich. 3. The coaches who participate in the training course of China Tennis Association are mostly national, provincial and municipal team coaches and retired athletes. The coaches of the PTR and USPTA training courses are mostly club coaches and tennis special students. Most of the trainers of the training courses of China Tennis Association have served as coach positions in the country or provinces. USPTA training course instructors are also part of the national team. Most of the coaches who have served as head coach or retired national team are coach of tennis club and amateur sports school. The registration condition of training course of China Tennis Association is higher. The registration condition of USPTA training course is not high. According to the present situation of tennis coach training in our country, the following suggestions are put forward: first, pay attention to the layered training of tennis coaches, the primary training content is simple, the time is less, the requirement is low, the training should pay more attention to the practice operation. The content of advanced training is complex, which requires long time intensive research, so it is necessary to pay more attention to the combination of theory and practice. Second, to promote the internationalization and localization of the training materials, in tennis coaches training content, we should not only sum up the previous experience, but also integrate the reasonable content of tennis coaches training textbooks in Europe and the United States. Gradually realize the internationalization and localization of tennis coaches training textbooks in China. Thirdly, 25-30 participants will be controlled to improve the overall training quality of tennis coaches. Fourth, at present, the technical level of trainers in tennis coaches training courses in China can meet the present situation, but due to the small number of instructors and the increase in the number of classes, there is a new problem of difficult deployment of training coaches. In the future training process should continue to absorb new excellent teachers to join the training team. Fifthly, increase the enrollment channels and places of training courses, set up registration points in some sports colleges or social organizations, at the same time, increase the number of applicants in an appropriate amount, so that more coaches of different levels can have the opportunity to participate.
