无氧耐力训练对西安市15到17周岁男子篮球生高强度运动中投篮稳定性影响的实验研究

【摘要】:研究目的:本文旨在通过对15到17周岁的西安市篮球生的无氧耐力下的投篮稳定性测试和对陕西省体校篮球队15到17岁进行的无氧耐力训练对其投篮稳定的实验研究,探索西安市15到17岁的篮球特长生的在高强度运动和高强度比赛中的投篮稳定性及无氧耐力水平,揭示了西安市高中篮球队在日常训练的对无氧耐力训练的不足,以及在日常训练中过于重视技战术训练和专项素质训练,忽视了基本素质的训练。研究方法:本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法和实验法等方法;分别以西安市篮球男子特长生48名为研究对象,通过测试法,利用篮球体能测试中的17趟速度耐力折返跑和2min强度投篮组成的无氧耐力投篮稳定性测试,测试出运动员在高强度运动中的17趟折返跑成绩、高强度运动中每10s的心率和2min强度投篮的命中数,画出投篮稳定性曲线,来了解西安市篮球特长生高强度运动下投篮的投篮稳定性;同时以陕西省体校男子篮球队15到17岁的10队员,通过实验法,进行划分对照组和实验组,对实验组用每周俩次的无氧耐力专项训练替代俩次日常训练,对照组则进行日常训练,经过8周的训练,利用无氧耐力投篮稳定性测试来反应无氧耐力训练和投篮稳定性的关系。研究结果:(1)测试结果表明西安市15到17周岁的篮球生随着进入无氧耐力运动的时间加长,体能状况下降明显,投篮命中率下降明显。(2)实验结果表明,经过每周俩次无氧耐力训练的实验组相较于一直接受日常训练的对照组而言,在测试过程中,随着进入无氧耐力运动的时间增加,运动强度不断增大,速度下降相对对照组较慢,投篮命中数下降较慢,投篮稳定性较好。研究结论:(1)西安市篮球生日常训练中技战术以及专项素质训练比重大,基本素质能力训练不足。(2)西安市篮球生带队教练只有一名,在体能训练方面能力不足,导致特长生接受的体能训练欠缺。(3)西安市篮球生在日常训练项目中,无氧耐力下的技术训练不足。(4)西安市15到17周岁的篮球生无氧耐力水平的提高,对其高强度运动中的投篮稳定性的提升具有促进作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this paper is to test the shooting stability of the basketball students aged 15 to 17 years old in Xi'an under anaerobic endurance and to study the stability of shooting in the basketball team of Shaanxi Sports School from 15 to 17 years of age. This paper explores the shooting stability and anaerobic endurance level of basketball specialty students aged 15 to 17 in high intensity sports and high intensity competitions in Xi'an, and reveals the deficiency of anaerobic endurance training in the daily training of senior high school basketball teams in Xi'an. And pay too much attention to technical and tactical training and special quality training in the daily training, neglecting the basic quality training. Research methods: through the methods of literature, expert interview and experiment, 48 basketball male students in Xi'an city were chosen as the research objects, and the test method was adopted. The stability test of anaerobic endurance shooting composed of 17 speed endurance reverse runs and 2min strength shots in basketball physical fitness test was used to test the performance of 17 reentry runs in high intensity sports. The heart rate per 10s and the hit number of 2min intensity shooting in the high intensity exercise, draw the shooting stability curve, to understand the shooting stability of Xi'an basketball specialty students under the high intensity movement; At the same time, 10 members of the men's basketball team of Shaanxi Sports School, aged 15 to 17, were divided into control group and experimental group by experimental method. The experimental group was replaced by two daily training sessions with special anaerobic endurance training twice a week. The control group received daily training. After 8 weeks of training, the anaerobic endurance shooting stability test was used to reflect the relationship between anaerobic endurance training and shooting stability. The results of the study are as follows: (1) the test results show that basketball students aged 15 to 17 years of age in Xi'an have a significant decline in their physical fitness and shooting percentage with the increase of the time of entering anaerobic endurance sports. (2) the experimental results show that, Compared with the control group, which received daily training twice a week, the exercise intensity of the experimental group increased with the increase of the time to enter the anaerobic endurance exercise. The decrease of speed is slower than that of the control group, the number of shots hits is lower, and the stability of shooting is better. The conclusions are as follows: (1) in the daily training of basketball students in Xi'an, the proportion of technical and special quality training is large, and the training of basic quality and ability is insufficient. (2) there is only one coach for basketball students to lead the team in Xi'an, and the ability in physical training is insufficient. As a result of the lack of physical training received by gifted students. (3) basketball students in Xi'an lack of technical training under anaerobic endurance in their daily training projects. (4) the level of anaerobic endurance of basketball students aged 15 to 17 in Xi'an is improved. It can promote the stability of shooting in high-intensity sports.
