上海市青少年篮球培训市场现状及发展对策研究

【摘要】:随着社会的转型,经济收入不断增加,可支配性的收入提高,使人们的体育价值观和消费观念逐步增强,他们需要多渠道、多方式来满足不断增长的文化需要,其中体育健身和娱乐就是首选。鉴于此,以传授技能为主的体育培训业开始在全国兴起,各种形式的体育培训机构相继出现,社会上一些单位或个人开始涉足体育市场,培训项目主要集中在足球、篮球、乒乓球、网球、羽毛球、棋牌、游泳等项目上,体育培训业正在成为国民经济的新增长点。篮球是一项极具魅力的运动,在以海派文化交会融合为特色的大都市上海,青少年篮球运动有广泛的学生基础,深受广大青少年的喜爱。但受诸多因素的制约,无法充分满足青少年的篮球爱好。鉴于这种矛盾,越来越多的青少年利用课余时间甚至抽出专门时间来参加篮球培训,以青少年为主要培养对象的篮球培训机构迅速发展。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,通过实地调查与网络调查相结合,对上海市青少年篮球培训机构的基本情况进行了调查研究,分析了这些培训机构的机制、类型、分布状况及经营情况,并对参与培训的学员及其家长进行调查访问,注重专家权威和一线工作者的观点与意见。在大量文献资料的基础上,从整体上了解青少年篮球培训机构的运行现状,找出存在:人员配置不理想、整体规模小;收费标准混乱、经营能力差、培训目标不明确等实际问题。并得出以下结论:1.上海市青少年篮球培训市场是建立在上海市经济、文化及政策背景下形成。虽然目前初具规模,但还算不上是产业,就上海青少年篮球培训市场未来前景来看,存在巨大市场潜力。2.上海青少年篮球培训机构可以满足学员及家长在培训时间、培训费用和培训场地设施的需求,但在培训目标及教练员教学水平还有待于提高。3.上海青少年篮球培训市场学员和家长的参训动机基本一致,不但为了提高篮球技术,而更重要的是通过篮球培训锻炼身体,保证身体健康,培养学员的团队协作能力,养成良好的运动习惯。4.上海青少年篮球培训市场中参训学员以中小学生为主。女学员参训很少。参训学员期望篮球培训的教学内容能够紧扣时代潮流,贴近实战技术。5.上海市青少年篮球培训市场教练员专业程度较高,年轻且富有激情,但缺乏经验丰富的老教练。且全职教练比例过少,给培训的长期稳定性带来隐患。6.影响上海市青少年篮球培训市场发展的因素是机构因子、教练员因子、学员因子和家庭因子。7.上海市青少年篮球培训机构的管理监督部门不明确,审批部门不统一,培训目标不明确,收费混乱,缺乏具体法律法规的规范和约束。8.上海青少年篮球培训市场在互联网背景下机构有了新的运营模式,主要以微营销的销售模式,给培训机构提供更广阔的平台。提出以下建议:1.政府相关部门要尽快制定青少年篮球培训市场法规制度,并制定统一评价体系,对现有市场培训机构进行规范指导,严格把关,使青少年篮球培训走向正轨。2.建立教练员和学员评价体系,了解学员以及学员家长的参训动机和需求,使得教学的内容和形式多样化,让学员家长了解学员的教学进度,并对教练员的教学能力进行评价,更好的反馈教练员的能力,促进教练员教学水平的提高。3.对教练员选聘进行严格筛选,增加全职教练比例,并经常对教练进行培训,制定绩效考核工资标准,把教练员课时费和教练等级挂钩,提升教练员积极性。4.精准的培训市场定位,提高成才效率,拓宽培训市场渠道,积极与学校与社区合作,为上海市篮球人才培养提供更加广阔的平台。5.扩大对青少年篮球培训的宣传,多运用微营销策略,建立品牌战略,形成品牌文化,增强品牌影响力,开拓上海市青少年篮球培训的潜在市场。6.培训机构管理人员、教练员、参训学员以及参训学员家长建立有效的沟通渠道,通过相互交流沟通,促进上海市篮球培训市场健康有序的发展。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of the society, the economic income is increasing and the disposable income is improved, and the sports values and consumption concepts are gradually enhanced. They need multi-channel and multi ways to meet the growing cultural needs. Sports fitness and entertainment are the first choice. With the rise of the country, various forms of sports training institutions have appeared one after another. Some units or individuals in the society begin to dabble in the sports market. The training projects are mainly focused on football, basketball, table tennis, tennis, badminton, chess and card, swimming and so on. The sports training industry is becoming the new growth point of the people's economy. Basketball is a very attractive sport, In Shanghai, a metropolis with the characteristics of the rendezvous and integration of the Shanghai school culture, the youth basketball game has a wide student base and is deeply loved by the majority of young people. However, under the constraints of many factors, it can not fully satisfy the basketball hobbies of teenagers. In view of this contradiction, more and more young people use their spare time and even draw special time to participate in the study. With the training of basketball, the basketball training institutions which take the youth as the main training object are developing rapidly. This paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and so on. Through the field investigation and the network investigation, the basic situation of the Shanghai youth basketball training institutions is investigated and studied, and the training institutions are analyzed. The mechanism, type, distribution and operation situation of the students and their parents were interviewed, the expert authority and the views and opinions of the front-line workers were paid attention to. On the basis of a large number of documents, the present situation of the youth basketball training institutions was understood as a whole. The following conclusions are drawn as follows: 1. Shanghai youth basketball training market is based on the economic, cultural and policy background of Shanghai. Although it has begun to take shape at the present time, it is not the industry, and the future of the Shanghai youth basketball training market will come. There is great market potential.2. Shanghai youth basketball training institutions can meet the training time, training cost and training site facilities for students and parents, but the training goals and coaches' teaching level still need to be improved in the.3. youth basketball training market learners and parents' training motivation is basically the same, not only for the training of the students and parents, not only The more important thing is to improve the basketball skill, and more important is to train the body through the basketball training, to ensure the health, to cultivate the students' team cooperation ability and to develop good sports habits.4. students in the Shanghai youth basketball training market are mainly primary and middle school students.
