山西省高校非奥运项目开展现状与对策研究

【摘要】:非奥运项目体育运动因具有独特的趣味性、易操作性以及浓厚的传统文化气息在高校中深受学生的喜爱,同时也为我国的传统民族体育文化起到了传承的作用。因此本论文旨在分析高校中非奥运项目发展的现状,寻求高校非奥运项目开展的影响因素,为普通高校体育发展与改革提供参考依据。本研究以山西省高校(不包括体育专业院系)非奥运项目开展情况为研究对象。运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对山西省高校非奥运项目的开展状况展开全面的了解,并发现和分析对其发展产生影响的各种因素。通过研究发现以下六个方面:1、非奥运项目运动在高校中的开展可以有效的推动我国民族传统体育文化的传承。非奥运项目在高校的开展将为民族传统体育的传承打下了坚实的基础。非奥运项目由过去政府主导的“保护”型的传承方式向“娱乐”型的传承方式转变,同时非奥运项目也为传统体育文化提供了新的传承方式。2、山西省高校非奥运项目课程的整体开设率较高,但教学场地明显不足,大部分课程都是通过占用其他运动项目的场地进行;开设的形式大致为必修课程和选修课程两种,并且是以必修课为主;教学内容较为丰富,能够激发学生积极参与非奥运项目课程的兴趣;教学方法与手段传统单调。3、高校非奥运项目运动队教练员大多为本校的教师,因此在担任运动队教练员的同时仍然有大量的其他工作要做,这种“兼职”的状态使得教练员难以将自身的时间和精力集中在非奥运项目训练上。长此以往将对非奥运项目在高校中的开展造成不利的因素;山西省普通高校非奥运项目教练员年轻化水平比例较低,不利于形成新老队伍的交替;相对来说我省各高校在资金方面对非奥运项目的投入并不算低,但由于非奥运项目本身对相关器材服装等硬件设施设备的要求比较高,所以从整体的角度来看仍然时非常的有限。4、从山西省高校非奥运项目体育社团的组织形式上看,学生为社团的直接管理者,负责社团活动的调度工作;教师为间接管理者,负责引导学生正确、安全、科学的组织开展社团活动,在开展熟练和项目的多样性上比较欠缺;非奥运项目体育社团的经费来源均以学校拨款和收取会费为主,这对于常规的体育社团来说并不会造成太大的影响,但对于规模小、资金耗费较大的新兴非奥运项目体育社团来说无法满足日常活动开支,所以需要开拓多途径的经费来源渠道。学生参加体育社团的动机以掌握体育技能和增强体质为主,社团的活动时间主要安排在每周的周末或者是在法定的节假日自发组织。而在每次社团活动频率和时间长短上,则大多是每周两次,每次2-3小时。山西省高校的非奥运项目社团的宣传方式比较传统。5、从学生参与非奥运项目的情况来看,参与的形式以“娱乐”为主,参与动机则是以“出于喜欢”和“出于好奇”为主。但学生对非奥运项目的了解程度低且了解途径比较单一。因此对高校的非奥运项目应通过运用正确的手段将自身最诱人的一面展现出来才能更好的在高校中开展。6、因子分析后的结果表明,山西省高校非奥运项目的开展根据影响程度高低进行的影响因素排序,分别是学生认知、学校管理、课程开展、非奥运项目结构、师资力量。其中,学生认知和学校管理是山西省高校非奥运项目开展的主要影响因素。是故,如果想更好的在山西省高校开展非奥运项目应首先从以上三个方面着手。据此,本研究针对通过实地走访调查发现的上述问题后提出了以下五项对策来改进山西省高校非奥运项目开展状况:1、顺应市场经济的发展规律,开拓传统文化新的传承。2、集中力量大力推动具有传统民族特色的非奥运项目向高水平发展。3、转变体育教学观念,以提高学生体质为目标。4、运用培训的手段优化非奥运项目师资结构。5、举办赛事提升学生对非奥运项目的运动体验。
[Abstract]:Because of the unique interest, the easy operation and the strong traditional culture atmosphere, the non Olympic sports sports are deeply loved by the students in the colleges and universities. At the same time, it also plays the role of inheriting the traditional national sports culture in our country. This paper aims to analyze the status of the development of the non Olympic Games in Colleges and universities and seek non Olympic projects in Colleges and universities. The influencing factors are provided for the development and reform of physical education in Colleges and universities. This study takes the non Olympic events of colleges and universities in Shanxi province (excluding sports professional departments) as the research object. By using the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the non Olympic events in Universities in Shanxi province are opened. The following six aspects are found in the following six aspects: 1, the development of non Olympic Sports in Colleges and universities can effectively promote the heritage of Chinese traditional sports culture. The development of non Olympic Games in Colleges and universities will be the heritage of traditional national sports It has laid a solid foundation. The non Olympic projects have changed from the past government led "protection" type to the "entertainment" type, while the non Olympic projects also provide a new way of inheriting the traditional sports culture,.2. The overall opening rate of the non Olympic courses in Shanxi universities is high, but the teaching field is obviously insufficient. Most of the courses are carried out by occupying other sports sites; the form is roughly two kinds of compulsory courses and elective courses, and it is based on compulsory courses; the content of the teaching is more abundant and it can stimulate the students' interest in the non Olympic programs; the teaching methods and means are monotonous and.3, and the non Olympic Games in Colleges and universities are transported. Most of the coaches are teachers in the school, so there are still a lot of other work to be done at the same time as the coaches of the sports team. This "part-time" state makes it difficult for the coaches to concentrate their time and energy on non Olympic training. This will cause adverse events in the development of non Olympic projects in Colleges and universities. The proportion of the coaches of non Olympic Sports Coaches in Shanxi province is low, which is not conducive to the formation of the old and new teams. The overall point of view is still very limited.4. From the organizational form of the non Olympic Sports Association in Shanxi University, the student is the direct manager of the community, responsible for the scheduling of community activities; the teacher is the indirect manager, and is responsible for guiding the students to carry out community activities correctly, safely and scientifically, and to carry out proficiency and projects. The resources of the non Olympic sports associations are all based on school appropriations and collecting fees, which will not have much influence on the regular sports associations, but it is necessary for the small and expensive new sports clubs to meet the daily activities. Develop a multi-channel source of funding sources. Students' motivation to participate in sports associations is to master physical skills and enhance physical fitness. The activity time of the community is mainly arranged at weekly weekends or in the statutory holidays. The frequency and time of each club are mostly two times a week, 2-3 hours a week. The publicity methods of non Olympic sports associations in Shanxi colleges and universities are compared to traditional.5. From the situation of students participating in non Olympic events, the form of participation is mainly "entertainment", and the motivation of participation is "out of love" and "out of curiosity". The non Olympic projects in Colleges and universities should show their most attractive side through the use of the correct means to better carry out.6 in Colleges and universities. The result of factor analysis shows that the influence factors of non Olympic projects in Shanxi colleges and universities are based on the influence factors, which are students' cognition, School management and course opening. Exhibition, non Olympic project structure, teacher strength. Among them, students' cognition and school management are the main influencing factors of non Olympic projects in Shanxi province. Therefore, if we want to better carry out non Olympic projects in Shanxi colleges and universities first from the above three aspects. Accordingly, this study aims at the above questions found through the field visit investigation. After the question, the following five countermeasures are put forward to improve the non Olympic events in Shanxi province. 1, conform to the law of the development of the market economy, open up a new heritage.2 of the traditional culture, and concentrate our efforts to promote the development of.3 with the traditional national characteristics of non Olympic projects to the high level, change the concept of physical education and improve the students' physical fitness as the goal.4, Using training means to optimize.5 structure of non Olympic events, organize events to enhance students' sports experience for non Olympic events.
