广州地区普通本科院校与高职院校体育选项课比较研究

【摘要】:随着基础教学的不断改革,体育课程的改革也紧随其后并持续发展。在《全国普通高等学校体育课程指导纲要》(简称纲要)中,提出了“以人为本、健康第一”的指导思想,着重突出了学生们的主体地位以及全面提高学生基本身体素质的宗旨。在体育选项课中,应以学生为主体、调动学生对体育锻炼的积极性、掌握运动项目技能以及满足学生的兴趣爱好为目的来开展实施。如今,体育选项课作为普通高校(本科院校和高职院校)普遍开展的一种教学模式,适应了高校学生的身心特点,深得学生喜爱,但是这种教学模式并不是完全统一的,教学内容也存在差异。同时,两类院校面临着教学理念、学制、人才培养方向等众多方面不同,体育选项课的开设情况也存在着差异。基于此情况对两类院校体育选项课进行更深层次的研究,分析两类院校之间存在的异同点,找出适合两类院校体育发展方式,进一步促进高职院校体育的发展与改革,并对学生运动能力的提高、兴趣爱好及身体素质的培养产生积极作用。本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、对比分析法等研究方法对广州地区两类院校体育选项课的现状进行了全面系统的分析,从两类院校体育选项课现有的课程设置、课程模式、教学方法与手段、教材理论内容、成绩考核评价、师资力量、场地器材设施等几个方面进行调查对比与分析。得出以下结论:1.在两类院校,学生对体育选项课的态度差距很明显。尤其是在高职院校中,学生对体育选项课的喜爱程度要低于普通本科院校的学生。2.广州地区高职院校体育选项课开设的运动项目相对于普通本科院校较为单一,大都是以传统项目为主,相对片面化,开设的新颖、时尚的项目较少。且学校理论课开设较少或者有些院校没有开设,导致学生缺乏理论知识作为支撑。教材应用以高校统编教材为主,缺少校本教材,且现有的体育教材利用率不高。3.两类院校的体育教学组织形式过于单调,教学方法、手段过于单一且相对传统。4.两类院校的体育选项课成绩考核方式仍以运动技术技能为主,过于注重结果,而忽略过程。在高职院校中,体育选项课专业针对性较低,不能满足学生日后职业的需求,无法形成终身体育思想。5.在高职院校中,青年体育教师占据比例较大,性别比例失调,学历较低,职称结构不够合理,学习能力相对较弱,教师专项特长较为单一,教师参加继续教育、培训很少。高职院校的校领导重视度不够,影响了体育选项课的发展。6.在普通本科院校中,体育场地、器材设施较为充足,基本能够满足学生们的需求;而在高职院校中,体育场地、器材设施相当缺乏,严重影响了正常的体育教学以及学生们的课外锻炼,限制了学生兴趣爱好的保持与发展,导致学生锻炼的积极性降低。本文旨在对普通本科院校与高职院校进行对比研究,找出两类院校之间存在的差异,为广州地区高职院校体育选项课教学的改革提供可参考依据。
[Abstract]:With the continuous reform of basic teaching, the reform of physical education curriculum has followed and continues to develop. In the guiding principles of physical education curriculum in the national colleges and universities, the guiding ideology of "people-oriented, health first" is put forward, emphasizing the status of the students and improving the basic physical quality of the students in an all-round way. Aim. In the course of sports options, the students should be taken as the main body to mobilize the students' enthusiasm for physical exercise, to master the skills of sports and to meet the interests and interests of the students. Now, the sports optional course is a common teaching model in the general colleges and universities (Undergraduate and higher vocational colleges), which has adapted to the students of higher education. The physical and mental characteristics of the students are deeply loved by the students, but the teaching mode is not completely unified, and there are differences in the teaching content. At the same time, the two types of colleges and universities are faced with different aspects of teaching ideas, academic system, and the direction of training the talents. A deeper study is carried out to analyze the similarities and differences between the two types of colleges and universities, to find out the suitable sports development methods suitable for the two types of colleges and universities, to further promote the development and reform of sports in higher vocational colleges, and to have a positive effect on the improvement of students' sports ability, interest and the cultivation of physical qualities. A comprehensive and systematic analysis of the present situation of sports optional courses in two types of colleges and universities in Guangzhou area is carried out by the method of investigation, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis. The existing curriculum, course mode, teaching methods and means, the content of the textbook, the evaluation of achievement assessment, the strength of teachers, and the facilities and facilities of the two types of sports optional courses in the colleges and universities are analyzed in a comprehensive and systematic way. The following conclusions are made, and the following conclusions are drawn: 1. in the two types of colleges and universities, the students' attitude towards the optional course is obvious. Especially in the higher vocational colleges, the students' affection for the sports optional course is lower than that of the students in the higher vocational colleges of.2. Guangzhou. The general undergraduate colleges are relatively single, most of which are based on traditional projects, relatively one-sided, new and fashionable items, and there are few school theory courses or some colleges and universities are not opened, resulting in the lack of theoretical knowledge as a support for students. The use rate of teaching materials is not high in.3. two colleges and universities, the form of physical education is too monotonous, teaching methods, means too single and relative to the traditional.4. two types of physical education option class performance assessment methods are still mainly sports technical skills, too much attention to the results, and ignore the process. To meet the needs of students' career in the future, it is impossible to form a life-long sports thought.5. in higher vocational colleges, the young PE teachers occupy a large proportion, the sex ratio is disproportions, the educational background is low, the title structure is not reasonable, the learning ability is relatively weak, the teachers' special specialties are relatively single, the teachers take part in continuing education, and the training is very few. Higher Vocational Colleges' school leaders The lack of guidance is not enough to affect the development of sports optional courses.6. in ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities, sports venues, equipment and facilities are more adequate, basically can meet the needs of students, but in higher vocational colleges, sports venues, equipment and facilities are quite lack, seriously affecting the normal physical education and students' extracurricular exercise, restricted the students The retention and development of interests and interests lead to the reduction of students' enthusiasm for exercise. This article aims to compare the general undergraduate and higher vocational colleges to find out the differences between the two types of colleges and universities, and provide a reference for the reform of the teaching of sports options in the higher vocational colleges in Guangzhou.
