我国政府体育奖励发展历程及特征

【摘要】：采用文献资料、比较研究等方法研究我国政府体育奖励的发展历程和特征。我国政府体育奖励发展经历4个阶段,建国初至"文革"前奖励制度初步建立,"文革"期间奖励停滞,"文革"后至20世纪90年代中期奖励恢复与快速发展,20世纪90年代中期至今法制化及围绕两个纲要稳定发展。其基本特征为奖励逐步深入体育工作各领域,形成以竞技体育与群众体育为核心的多类奖项;奖励主体向多方参与发展;奖励对象逐步扩大;物质奖励从无到有,力度不断加大;精神奖励一如继往,内容日益丰富。
[Abstract]:The development process and characteristics of Chinese government sports awards are studied by means of literature and comparative study. The development of sports awards in China's government has gone through four stages. From the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China to the beginning of the Cultural Revolution to the initial establishment of the reward system before the Cultural Revolution, the reward system stagnated during the "Cultural Revolution", and the reward restoration and rapid development from the "Cultural Revolution" to the mid-1990s have been legalized since the mid-1990s and developed steadily around the two outlines. Its basic characteristics are that the reward gradually goes deep into the various fields of sports work and forms a variety of awards with competitive sports and mass sports as the core; the main body of the award develops to participate in many ways; the object of the award is expanded step by step; the material reward starts from nothing. Increasing efforts; spiritual rewards, as always, increasingly rich in content.
